I came in for lunch to grab a slice. It was a different kind of pizza place I've ever been to where you cannot see the pizza before you order it. But they are known for their "big slices". So between the two of us we ordered the special each, which comes with a big slice, fries and a drink (bottled or fountain). That came out to $20 and change, which wasn't too bad. I didn't even know it came with fries until it was served to us. The staff was quick and polite. They did get everything moving and handed out to everyone quickly. Although the pizza wasn't amazing but it was not bad. I had the vegetable slice, it had a lot in it, just not very flavorful, but it was still good. The only real negative was the walls. Which looked like they could use a new paint job. Otherwise it is a nice little restaurant to stop in for a slice and fries. read more

So, I'd give this place 5 stars if I was there for takeout... first time we dined there. The food was great! The place - absolutely disgusting. Chairs have black filth permanently staining the wood, all the vinyl on the seats are split, the walls are all beat up, I could go on. You'd think that for a place that purportedly does a lot of business, they could afford just a bit of remodeling. I ordered Pizza and wings this evening. Pizza was great wings were old hard and not hot. To add insult to injury manager Tyler refused to refund my money. He claimed all sales are final. I stopped in for a quick lunch on a Friday afternoon. It's a basic pizzeria with subs and pizza. They had a great lunch special, $6.50 for a slice, fries and a drink. I got a huge plate of steak fries and a large slice of pizza. it was an excellent deal! The fries were great, and the pizza was fantastic. I think this is an excellent pizzeria for the value. I have been ordering her weekly for years. Their food is good. The workers are okay, always on their phones though. Today I noticed their bathrooms though. Super gross, but it was even worse that it was for my 4 year old to use the potty. I couldn't keep her clothes from touching the front of that toilet. Huge, varied menu. Prices are mostly good. It's not really a "restaurant" inside. You place an order and then they bring it out. No one checks on you. You get your own drinks. There are 6 or so tables and it's quite loud. Mostly it's from the kids working there. They were very nice. I got a Trio of Italian dishes - Lasagna, Stuffed Shells, and Cheese Ravioli-$13.99, great price. The dishes themselves were tasty But I didn't care for the sauce. My friend didn't like it either. She got a Large Stromboli, which was Huge. Both of our dishes had way too much mozzarella cheese, and I love cheese. Mine came with a salad and a big garlic bread sub roll. I'll be back. I'm not sure if I'd try the same thing again. While good, it's a lot to have 3 ricotta cheese bases. read more

Shut this place down. It is filled with rude children working behind the counter. I waited 20 minutes for a quesidilla that was the size of one big piece cut into 4 pieces. The crab meat did NOT look fresh. The whole time they were staring at my boyfriend and I laughing and smiling at us. I even heard one kid say, "where are they from?" in a huge judgemental voice. They were very rude and unprofessional. I asked for a refund and I told them I would not be back. According to the manager, she was "fine with that." I held my composure. I wish I had taken a picture of my pizza slices before devouring. One slice was the size of 2 at a regular pizza shop. I ordered 2 slices of pepperoni and an order of wings. Excellent taste and because the pizza filled me up, I was able to take the wings home for lunch the next day. We opted to eat at one of the tables they had inside because there weren't a lot of people there at the time. You have the ability to get free refills from the fountain too. I used to order from them twice a week. And they're incapable of getting an order right specifically they cannot get their homemade Blue cheese dressing in a cup sent to me. Regardless of the numerous times that we bring this to their attention they said some crack in a packet. Stopped in at 11:30 am to grab 2 slices and chips to go. They didn't have a glass case with slices on display. The kitchen was hidden from view. Personal preference of mine is seeing the pizza in a pizzeria before I order. They only had 3 bags of chips on the shelf and 2 of them were cheese curls or something other than chips. Had to order fries. It took 20 minutes to get our order. Probably because we ordered the fries. Pizza was hot, fries really good. I order from here all the time. The past 2 or 3 times Ive ordered Ive been told a 45 minute delivery time. Mind you, these past 2 or 3 times have NOT been on weekends. I've called every single time to ask where my food is. I ordered at 7:12pm & it's 8:30pm & I haven't received my food, nor has my food left the store. It's kind of out of hand. I completely understand that most places are understaffed, my work is as well, but you should not be telling me 45 minute delivery times when it takes an hour & half. Ordered and paid for a large pizza yesterday on their website around 12:45pm to be picked up at 5pm. When my wife arrived at 5pm, she was told by the female cashier that they just started making it. I called and asked the manager what was going on as I had company here waiting for the pizza while the food that was here became cold. I told him this was the third time this has happened and want to know how he would resolve this ongoing problem. The only answer I got from him was we just found the ticket at 5pm and have to check on the kitchen printer. NO EXCUSE!!! Nothing was resolved, no discount or anything! My wife finally got her pizza around 5:30pm. She said multiple phone and walk in orders were prepared before ours. Also, cashier and other employees, including manager, were observed standing around on their cell phones. Stop lying to loyal customers and admit to your mistakes. Employees playing around on phones during peak hours or any hour while on the clock should be fired! Tired of these lazy kids and their excuses as to why things are not done correctly. This place needs management who knows how to run a business, not be best friends with employees. We've been ordering Slices for years. They're one of the few restaurants that delivers to our farm. And we consistently get good service and good delivery. And if there is every a mistake - they always make it right. Just the other day, Noa took our order. I don't know her - but I know her voice. She's a mainstay at Slices. Our order was good, the delivery was good, the food was good. But one items was missing. I called and they immediately issued a credit. They offered a credit for more than 2x the cost - which I declined. Just the right credit was fine. They also offered to bring the item to us - but we're just too far out. And just to be clear, this was the first mistake in many dozens of orders over years. It just impressed me how quickly they were to want to make it right! Short story: Stay Away!!!! Go to Domino's or Seasons or anywhere else. Long Story: I needed pizza for a party for my Mom and some of her friends at the nursing home nearby. I walked into the store at around 12:44 and ordered 2 large plain pizzas and 2 large pepperoni pizzas which I wanted delivered at 2:30 that day. The pizzeria is approximately 10 minutes away from the nursing home. I thought this would work. That wasn't the case. I called at 2:35 and asked where they were and was told the driver would be there any minute. They lied. Ultimately they arrived at 3:07 (not cool when you are dealing with group of seniors on specific schedules)!!! Then to add insult to injury, they brought 3 cheese pizzas and only 1 pepperoni!!! They had online coupons and I notified them at the time of ordering so 2 large cheese pizza's should have been $19.99 and a large 1 topping should have been $11.99. By my math that is $44.00. Add tax, x 6% = $46.60. The total was $51.80 and that's because they charged me $11.99 + $2.00 x 2 for the pepperoni pizzas. Then they charged me another $2.00 for a delivery fee. I guess in my haste to get to the nursing home to decorate and set up for the party I failed to question the receipt so the extra charges and delivery fee are stupidity on my part but pretty shady on theirs. Complete failure as far as I am concerned. The pizza had a good flavor but was extremely greasy. Oh, only one box contained one of those garlic sauce things. Not sure why they all didn't have one and it wasn't needed but if you are going to throw one in a box, put one in every box. I guess sometimes trying to save a buck doesn't always pay off. We have ordered carry-out a few times from here and it has always been great food. We have tried the onion rings, club sandwiches, chicken wings (which were crispy/saucy and delicious) and the awesome Philly Cheesesteak Pizza, a must-try.
