They had changed the original zesty pizza to a "  only sausage " pizza. I am a bit disappointed with that as now you have to pay extra for adds on. The staff offered us bell pepper as a side to spread on. So, service was meh Ambiance a bit creepy on the parking lot as usual but i focus on the food when going there. read more

They need to use gloves when preparing food. How do you toss pizza with no gloves, while working and want people to eat that?

Service was horrible. Ordered pizzas a day in advance for a Teacher's Luncheon and confirmed day and time. The next day came the pizza was nowhere to be found. We called and had trouble getting through to a manager. The store finally answered and didn't have the order on file. They had to get the 12 pizzas ready and gave us a 30min delivery ETA. An hour later the pizzas still were not delivered - when we tried to call 45mins after the reorder - the store kept hanging up on us. So disappointed and embarrassed for hosting a lunch with an incompetent store staff/company. read more

Ordered through Uber eats. Got no ranch or the spicy garlic sauce. I called them to make it right and they told me to go through Uber eats. They say to be retired military owned and I'm military. Never will order again! Worst papa Johns ever! I didn't want anything free just an apology. But they got the money for the extra sauce. Monday evening after contractors at house all day and we are starving. We order the pizza at 9:20pm and are quoted 30 minutes. At 10:25pm, the pizza arrives cold. We accept the pizza because we are super hungry. The pizza was terrible. I called back to the store and was told that they got a "rush" and only had one driver. They could provide me another pizza for free, but it would take "a while" because the driver had 2 more deliveries before I would get my new pizza. When I suggested to the employee that they could have picked up the phone and called us and offered us the opportunity to cancel the order, I could hear over the phone that it has never dawned on him to actually make an outgoing call. We would have been much happier to cancel the order and go to bed, rather than waiting an hour and eating cold pizza. . Last order from Papa John's they will see from me..... read more

Ok so I am visiting from out of town, ordered yesterday which was Saturday...Pizza came, delivery time was cool. Tipped the driver and then prepared to eat. I opened the box...cheese was sketchy..not even to where some places lacked cheese...also ordered wings..a little undercooked per my mom. The pizza was good and moist. I left the slices with the missing cheese for the kid as they don't care...as long as its pizza!!! Lol I earned a free pizza with that ordered and decided to order again today on a Lazy Labor Day weekend. Placed order online then called to ensure my Lil blurp wouldn't happen again. Pizza here taste like any other Papa Johns which i think is a little too sweet. The parking lot here can be a hassle especially when UPS is unloading supplies. Pizza take a while, I ordered carryout online and it wasn't done even thought it was past the time given. Overall, nothing special. read more

I have never had a bad experience getting my pizza here. Deliveries were always within their reported timeframe and picking up the crew has always been polite. My pizza always came as ordered and not to mention delicious. This is my favorite location to order from but unfortunately not the location that delivers to my house :( read more

Quick delivery and very friendly. Super accurate (I order a very oddly specific pizza and they haven't messed it up once).

1st scenario: I was in my car with my boys. They wanted pizza. I figured I can call and pick it up-no problem! Right? Wrong! I called to order a pizza that I was told was an online special. Ok. So I pulled over. I logged on to the website to order and kept getting an error message. I tried 5 times. I was over it. I called the store back and told him what happened. Still sitting in my car, I wanted to see if they can honor the online special over the phone...you know...since their website was having issues. He said I'll have to hang up and order it online. Poor listening skills! I told him again what happened. He said (again) that I can do it online. Blood boiling-I hung up and ordered Domino's. 2nd scenario: I gave these people a break for a few months since that last scenario. Today I called to order a pizza for delivery. I was told 25 minutes. An hour later-NO PIE. I called back to cancel it. She verified my name and address, then proceeded to say I just called 20 minutes ago. I was shocked. It was actually 62 minutes ago. She tried to argue back at which point I said "It's ok! Just cancel it!" I had to hang up. Ordered Domino's. Poor poor POOR customer service. Lack of people skills. Horrendous attitudes and less than perfect listening skills. Argumentative and RUDE. Never calling this location again! read more

Used my free pizza points and ordered 2X pepperoni and bacon. Upon delivery I received very little pepperoni and zero bacon 2nd time this has happened. No attention to detail on orders. I will be taking my business to Domino's and Pizza Hut and give them a try. Good bye Papa John's . read more

The pizza is great, but the service is BAD. I ordered on the phone, and I was on hold for over ten minutes. They finally came back on the phone took my order. I went into the store to pick up the pizza and I watched the young man behind the counter put all three lines on hold while talking to coworkers about his classes and was really doing nothing. Then went to one picked it up and told the person he would be with them soon. I wrote an email to the general manager who's name is on the door with an email address. I explained in the email what I experienced and what I witnessed. And of course no response for them either. Just Bad phone service, you have to go online to order a pizza if you want a pizza from this store. read more
