App is still totally fake - arrive - pizza ready - no it's not - it's in oven. Little Caesar's totally has app that is accurate and they move to warmer where you enter code to get your pizza. Dominos has pretend timer app with absolutely no technology behind it that they probably downloaded from the internet to add to their website lol. Like - why bother. Why have a pretend app - like why do that? Once you arrive a couple times after app says pizza is ready you come to the realization. Just funny in a world with technology to have a company as big as dominos with a fake timer. So no rush - it's not ready yet. Pizza was fine. read more

Ordered medium pepperoni pizza with cheesy bread sticks. Instructions were extra cheese, extra pepperoni, well done and square sliced. They delivered an undercooked pizza, no extra cheese or pepperoni, and pie sliced. The cheesy bread sticks looked like they fell on the floor, were tossed in the oven folded over, then burnt to a crisp. Inedible. How is this place still in business? read more

Waited over an hour for my order and never got my order ever time I asked about it nobody seemed to know what's was going on ... This location needs a Manager to Manage!!!! One girl offered me a drink because I had waited so long.. I don't want a drink I wanted my pizzas... They finally found 1 of my pizzas .. Ordered the special (2 pizzas, cinnamon bread, parm bread and coke) no dipping sauce came with the cinnamon bread which if you ever had the bread you need the dipping icing. I called the store and asked for it and the girl on the phone said it would be a hour for the dipping sauce (the are literally across the street) when I said I'm not waiting an hour she said she would credit my account 54 cent. I told her I didn't need the 54 cent and the girl hung up on me. I left the hotel to go get my icing and there was 4 people just sitting around (obviously not an hour wait kind of busy). 1. Check the orders before they are sent out 2. Offering a 54 cent credit because you don't want to drive to the other side of the parking lot is ridiculous. 3. I've ordered from this Domino's a fair bit, had a missed topping here or there and it's always been resolved quickly and kindly. Mistakes happen, i'm not unreasonable. Tonight, I decided to use my free pizza I had left and order dinner in. I added a couple toppings and such, and because I didn't really feel like writing in a tip I simply added the tip they allow for cards (20%). I think the tip was around 1.17, lower than I usually tip, but this Domino's is .3 miles from me. It's right up the street. I can *walk* there in 15 minutes or less. I usually tip two bucks or so for such a short delivery. I took the pizza from the delivery guy, sat it down in my kitchen, opened the box and this is what I was greeted with. I live in a high-end retirement area. There's no potholes. All these streets are pretty new, and again, it's .3 miles away. I was at a loss and pretty angry. So I called and asked to speak to a manager. He seemed completely uncaring to the whole issue. He explained to me that if I wanted to bring the pizza back, he'd make me a new one. Excuse me? It's not my responsibility to fix this mistake. Finally, he agreed to have his drivers pick it up, but really? This is how you conduct business? Fighting with me over even picking it up? They could pick it up when they delivered the new one! This is unacceptable customer service. Disgusted. I don't even like Papa John's, but apparently they're gaining my business. I wish we had a single pizza place worth a damn that delivered. UPDATE: After waiting an hour for this driver, I called back and was informed not only was that a lie and they weren't sending a driver to pick this pizza up, they weren't making a new one unless I came to get it and now I have an ice cold pizza I do not even want. read more

Every time I order here there's a problem. I ordered a pizza at 8:26pm for carryout on a Monday night , and my tracker told me it would be ready between 8:35-8:45pm. When I get there to pick it up at 9:00 I am told that it needs a few more minutes which was weird because it had already been 40mins. I see them looking around which leads me to believe that they forgot about my order, or put it in way later than my order time. So they tell me they will bring it to my car. Someone brings my pizza to my car about 10 mins later, and when I get home to eat it, it's not cooked all the way. At this point I'm just not gonna order from them again. The Manger refused to make the people parked blocking the door move, it is a fire zone and is well marked. So called the sheriff's department and they are sending a car to remove the offenders. And since the manner will not do their job hopefully they will be closed down until someone can make a decision on what is right and wrong read more

I called to place a pick up order. Phone was answered, asked to hold, no problem. A guy with heavy accent picked up, I placed my order. Half way thru order he asked again what I had ordered. I started over, he kept repeating the wrong thing back to me. I asked to speak to manager, left on hold for about 10 minutes, I hung up and called back, hung up on. Called back, was hung up again. I called back, asked to speak to manager, waiting on hold for over 10 minutes. Store was so unprofessional it's ridiculous. Sad thing is all I wanted was a medium pepperoni pan pizza and a coke. Bad experience for past 4 times we attempted to have pizza delivered. Understand that things are crazy now but over an hour for delivery when the estimated wait is 30 minutes is not acceptable. We live 5 miles from the door and it is taking the delivery driver over 40 minutes to deliver. App has said on several occasions that it was delivered and when we call we get told there was a mix up and it is on its way. Latest time we were on hold for close to 10 minutes before just hanging up. They do have decent food but not worth the hassle any more. read more

Truly unbelievable. Worst service I have ever experienced. We ordered a pizza and when it was delivered, it honestly looked as though it had been thrown like a frisbie. We do order from them fairly often, so I called to let them know what a mess it was. The manager was very rude, and informed me I could then bring the pizza in and get a new one. I believe it is fairly obvious that if I ordered one I was probably not wanting to go out for dinner, or anywhere for that matter. It was not my mistake. The manager, Paul was incredibly rude. I was looking for a "oh no, I am sorry. We were busy and dropped a box, or rushing too much." I didn't want anything else but to feel like a valued customer. Instead you told me what I could do to rectify your mistake. It is very obvious that Paul does not care even a small bit about the customers. I hope this is not condoned by the franchise owner, or the home office. I will seriously have to think before I order there again. A 5 second apology for something that looked like it had been thrown in the box was apparently too much to ask for, If you like rude people and poor service. This is the restaurant for you! I moved to the area recently and found out that Dominos delivers here and has gluten-free pizza. That's why I ordered it at first - I hadn't had Dominos in a long time and never thought much of their pizza, it was just so-so. I am gluten-free by necessity so I have sampled a lot of GF pizzas, and since we lived in Chicago before this there was a lot to choose from. So many of the GF pizza crusts you get at restaurants taste like cardboard and do not have the consistency and form expected of traditional pizza. So I was VERY pleasantly surprised to find out that Dominos GF pizza is really good!! Good crust, good toppings, good combo of doughy/crispy crust; just very good pizza in general. My family says their regular pizzas are great too. They also love the chicken sandwiches (especially the Chicken Bacon Ranch) and the Parmesan bread bites and the wings. I absolutely LOVE the Mango Habanero wings - just enough spicy with just enough sweet, and meaty wings. This particular Dominos is FAST, the way you can see online what stage the delivery is at is great, and the pizza is never cold when we get it. The delivery personnel are VERY nice and polite. Overall, I'd say the food at Dominos now is much better than I remembered from years ago, and this particular restaurant is excellent. Highest recommendation! read more
