I received a coupon in the mail to try a personal pan pizza AND cinnamon bread sticks from Marco's so I dropped by one afternoon to pickup this discounted hot lunch to go to try out this chain eatery for the first time. The service was just as swift and sweet as the food, which will result in a definite return for myself in the near future. Since pickup (or delivery) is only offered, I can't say much about an experience dining on the inside of the store ...other than it was a bit disorganized behind the counter. Marco's! I wanted to give up carbs, but because of you, I am seriously rethinking things. My waistline may hate me, but my tastebuds are definitely going to love me. LOL Someone recommended that I try this pizza restaurant after I remarked that I like pizza. Shortly after getting the recommendation, I ordered a medium Deluxe pizza for delivery from the Marco's on Reynolda Road. First of all, when they say "Deluxe", they mean it. The toppings are not skimpy or chopped so small you have to look for them in the sauce. I had huge pieces of meat and veggies, plenty of sauce and cheese, and everything tasted fresh. The pizza had that homemade, real Italian, not overly processed or frozen flavor. They even have a variety of dipping sauces to accompany the crust. I loved it! My mom saw how much I was enjoying myself, so I was kinda forced to share a slice or two with her, and she loved it too. The customer service was exceptional from the moment my call was taken, until the pizza was delivered to my door by an employee who was wearing a mask. Both individuals seemed genuinely thankful to have me as a customer. Refreshing! Needless to say, I'm not giving up carbs or Marco's any time soon. With their Tuesday deal, they were very busy. But yet, our order was accurately completed and delicious in taste. The toppings for our pizza are fresh and adequate to generous in amount - not skimpy like other pizza places can be. We love their crust topping choices which they provide at no additional cost. Although their pizzas are already flavorful, adding the option for crust topping boosts the flavor even more if we so choose and as we so choose. That's our typical " don't want to cook weeknight " place for pizza. Easy ordering, fast service, and decent pizza. Sometimes, they make mistakes with orders. We had a few times where we ordered the veggie pizza without onions and it showed up with onions for example. It is fairly priced and they often have coupons. read more

I ordered a pizza and salad. The Door Dash driver delivered the pizza, not the salad. I called the store to ask about my salad. Amy said they didn't make the salad and to send the driver back to get it. I said Marco's should deliver the salad, as they forgot it or give me a refund. Amy said to call Door Dash and they were too busy to deliver the item they forgot, and that it would take 2 hours. She was rude and disrespectful, and their customer service is horrible! read more

Love this place. We order from them frequently for delivery. It never takes very long and the food is always piping hot and the salads are very fresh. Delivery people are always pleasant and professional. My only complaint is that I wish they had a bigger menu. I was out on an errand and then got hungry. When I spotted Marco's I remembered how good their pizza was and pulled in. I spotted something unique which was a no crust pizza and I chose the Garden Pizza Bowl. I was cutting back on carbs and thought I'd try it. It had my fav topping like mushrooms & black olives as well as tomatoes, onions cheese and sauce. It really wasn't a bowl, but a rectangular container containing what looked and smelled like a great pizza, just with no crust underneath. If I could give this store a "0" I would. Between the rudeness kf the drivers and lack of attention to my orders., this location (as well as Salisbury Ridge Road), makes a bad name for the company. I placed an order with them a month ago around 9p on a Saturday night and when I received the update on the app that my order was ready at 924p, I went to the location and everyone was inside just goofing off. To make things worse, when I knocked on the door because it was locked, the tall kid answered, let me in and said he tried to call me (despite my phone being next to me and it was the correct number with no missed calls) and said "oh we decided to close early"... ON A SATURDAY NIGHT?! I replaced my order with Jonestown, talked to the manager and he was agitated as I was as if Reynolda was ran by teenagers and just chose not to work. To add it this, 2 more customers drove up as I was walking back to my vehicle and I informed them of their work ethic and they were also never contacted and quite livid. I am so disappointed. I have been a loyal customer for years, but after the way I was treated and lied to last night, I will never use any Marco's location again. I ordered online. The delivery time was estimated at 7:41pm which meant a 50 minute wait. Given there service in the past, I placed the order anyway. At 8:30 I called and they apologized and told me it would be another 20 minutes. I called again at 9:20 and was given another excuse by a rude person claiming to be the manager. At this point I asked for my money back. I called again today to verify the charges we credited back to my card and was met with more rude excuses. Apparently, Marco's does not have the integrity to provide customer with honest, respectful answers. This is the second time that this location has forgotten to bring part of our online order. This is also the second time that we called and told them that they missed part of our order. First time eating Marco's Pizza. Ordered the all meat pizza thin crust with pineapple. Excellent tasting pizza! The meats were plentiful and well defined. Didn't have to guess what was on the pizza. Nice balance of flavors. Really impressed and will order again. read more

The pizza is usually good and the service is usually great. We've never had a problem ordering online....until tonight. Ordered online as usual, waited 1.5 hours and called them to check on the status. They tell me the order came through as carryout, but wouldn't you think that after 1.5 hours they would've called? They say they have no control over the web purchases. So, they say they'll deliver as soon as possible. I preheat the oven, expecting a cold pizza to arrive. Fold a load of laundry, and wait. 15 (give or take) minutes later I get a call saying that they would put a new order in (which would probably take another hour I'm sure), cancel the charge on my card (which would put a hold on my card for "a few" business days), and re-enter the order as delivery. Why not just let me pay the delivery fee separate? No go. So, after all of these issues, I tell them to forget it, cancel the order and I'll figure something else out. IF they had offered a solution to this problem I wouldn't have left this review. However, I get "Ok have a blessed day and thank you for calling Marcos", and a disconnect. Seriously?? I'll be watching to see if that charge comes off my card. read more

Horrible customer service! We had the wrong door delivered and it took two hours to get manager on the phone. They claimed it wasn't the wrong order yet what they have is don't even match the receipt. The manager basically said he couldn't help me and it wasn't there problem. His only explanation was that their were having a bad night. Was the worse customer service I have had at a restaurant. We are ended up not getting to eat anything that night because it took so long to even to even speak to me. We thought we'd try a new pizza place and this Marco's was close to home. We ordered over $50 dollars worth of food. The employee brought it to our table and spoke not a single word.
