the size of a slice of pizza
Corey S.

I received a coupon in the mail to try a personal pan pizza AND cinnamon bread sticks from Marco's so I dropped by one afternoon to pickup this discounted hot lunch to go to try out this chain eatery for the first time. The service was just as swift and sweet as the food, which will result in a definite return for myself in the near future. Since pickup (or delivery) is only offered, I can't say much about an experience dining on the inside of the store ...other than it was a bit disorganized behind the counter. Overall, I recommend sinking your teeth into one of their hot pizza pies via take-out or delivery.

Marco's! I wanted to give up carbs, but because of you, I am seriously rethinking things. My waistline may hate me, but my tastebuds are definitely going to love me. LOL Someone recommended that I try this pizza restaurant after I remarked that I like pizza. Shortly after getting the recommendation, I ordered a medium Deluxe pizza for delivery from the Marco's on Reynolda Road. First of all, when they say "Deluxe", they mean it. The toppings are not skimpy or chopped so small you have to look for them in the sauce. I had huge pieces of meat and veggies, plenty of sauce and cheese, and everything tasted fresh. The pizza had that homemade, real Italian, not overly processed or frozen flavor. They even have a variety of dipping sauces to accompany the crust. I loved it! My mom saw how much I was enjoying myself, so I was kinda forced to share a slice or two with her, and she loved it too. The customer service was exceptional from the moment my call was taken, until the pizza was delivered to my door by an employee who was wearing a mask. Both individuals seemed genuinely thankful to have me as a customer. Refreshing! Needless to say, I'm not giving up carbs or Marco's any time soon. When you go by Marco's on Reynolda or place an order, tell them Kindra sent ya!

Super bad , if you at location they have no track of your order , and they don't give you any feedback at all while you waiting.

Decent fast-food pizza. Better than Dominoes, Pizza Hut, or Papa John's. More options. Better taste.

The onion rings were really good and the Philly cheesesteak was good. The biggest drawback is with the weather in the cloudy 60's outside, it was FREEZING inside! As a matter of fact, I heard other people comment that it's always cold when they come in. I think I will just order online from now on.

One of the reasons why I chose this place is because of the menu. There is something for everyone, and the food is usually good. Our server was Taylor, and even though we walked in the door just as they were opening, she was super friendly and ready to go. I ordered a chicken caesar salad, and we also had a chicken sandwich (mild) with onion rings and chips, and bone-in mild wings with a side of pertater-terts (tots). My salad was great. The dressing was average because it's hard to find a real caesar dressing. One of the neat things about the salad was that they used pretzel croutons, which I have never seen. Weird, but really tasty. I think they must have a pretzel appetizer or something that makes it a multi-purpose item. The chicken sandwich was super flavorful, but when they say "mild" they mean it. My wife said next time she'll order a notch up. My son said the same thing about the mild wings. The tots, chips, and onion rings were pretty good as well. I find that house-made chips are usually cold and bland, but these had season salt and were warm. Overall, we had a good experience. I'll definitely come back.

Full disclosure, this place used to be a staple for us. When we moved to the Clemmons area years…read moreago, we would visit them quite frequently. And the food was always on point. To go orders were always fresh and cooked very well, and the few times we dined in, the service was good as well. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars has to do moreso with the past 3 experiences we've had with them. All were to go orders mind you, but there's been a drop off with the food. A few yrs ago, we ordered a chef salad that had all sorts of toppings with it. Unfortunately, the spiral pinwheel filled with meats and cheese had spoiled salami in it. I called and told them what happened and they made it right by comping our next meal there. We gave them another try and the food was ok. We normally get their wings, pizza, salad and maybe another side or 2, but that's usually our go to. The wings we ordered the following visit were dry...even the sauces they were tossed in couldn't save it. So we decided to give them another try tonight since it's been awhile. Ordered wings with a salad and onion rings. These wings weren't dry this time. However, they were not crispy at all. We expect the sauce to contribute to that some, but in this case, that made them more soggy and somewhat chewy? I may not be making much sense in my description, but let's just say I've had way better wings from them and from other places. The skin wasn't crispy at all. The salad was good....nothing out of the ordinary with this one. The only thing that stood out were the onion rings. Oh and their ranch. Their ranch, in my opinion, is the best around. It has to be homemade. I know its been awhile since we've visited them, but we may have to try a pizza from here the next time. I'm not giving them less than 3 stars because I also saw where they're understaffed currently so I do wanna give them some grace. They have plenty of food options there, but when their wings are cooked right like before, they're the best in the area.

This restaurant began in Garland, Texas in 1994, and has grown very rapidly, bucking the trend of…read morefast food spots over the last few years, becoming a bit of a food media darling! I've tried their Fried Chicken Sandwich ( small filet, middle of the pack overall), but not the wings. Today I ordered the classic wings, both the Original Hot and the Lemon Pepper dry rubbed - a 6 piece mix & match combo for $12.69, it comes with their famous, well seasoned FF and a large drink. I also got a side of Cajun Corn medallions. I got both the Blue Cheese and the Ranch sauces. The FF are rather unique for a fast food spot - freshly hand cut, with a bit of skin left on, sprinkled with a seasoning mix that gives the fries sweet, salty, and savory aspects. While these fries are very popular, I'm not a fan of the seasoning, don't care for the sweet flavor on fries. Without that sweetness, these would be very, very good fries in both taste and texture - as it is, I would pass on a combo on any future visits, or swap out the fries for celery or such. The corn medallions are sliced directly from the cob, deep fried, and then sprinkled with Cajun seasoning. The corn was tasty and in medallion form, easy to deal with, but a touch greasy. The medallion were easily handled with one hand, a convenient touch. Now let's talk about the wings. The wings served here are touted as never frozen , and are cooked to order. The cooked to order claim is simply not always the case - at heavy traffic times, full baskets are cooked in anticipation of orders to be received - just how broad is the "cooked to order" window? Since around 90% of Wingstop restaurants are franchised operations, I would guess there can be significant differences in the breadth of that window. As to the never frozen, this approach brings up logistical issues for the individual restaurants - dependable suppliers capable of frequent deliveries, determining proper delivery sizes - would locations be tempted to freeze chicken to reduce loss? Would cooked wings be "carried over" to the next day? Like always, get to know your restaurant if you expect you will visit more than just occasionally! As is my habit when visiting a restaurant, I arrived shortly after the posted opening time - here it is 10:30. As was the case at the other location ( and a good number of other restaurant spots), they weren't really ready to conduct, still prepping, organizing, turning on the fryers, checking their cell phone, getting ready for their day in the world of fast food service! Took just under 25 minutes to get my order, not exactly fast food speed. The Original Hot wings were very nice with the sauce providing the right amount of heat to complement the plumb, well cooked chicken. The texture was also excellent with the tender meat pulling cleanly off the bone. The wings were nicely sauced with a bit of residue at the bottom for more dipping, but not so much as to make the wings soggy in any way! The Lemon Pepper wings were much the same, though I found them as touch bland. The Blue Cheese was good, but not great. I thought the ranch was the stronger of the two! Would I come back for these wing - only if a convenient drive by. There are a number of spots locally that topped these wings, with comparable pricing and better service - Starting with Ronni's, Waldo's, Sixty-Six, and even Longhorn, for dry rub. And other very good choices include Pizza Hut (Yes, Pizza Hut), Chili's, East Coast Wings, Buffalo Wild Wings, Applebees, and of course Zaxby's! Long review, but for a reason - this chain is getting a lot of media attention - sometimes this works, sometimes it don't - we'll see, I think there are storms on the horizon, with the service aspect the most troubling!

Open 7 days a week, it was convenient for us to stop in for an early dinner. There is a small parking lot and the signage was clear and visible which made it easy to find. We stepped inside and immediately saw their health score of 100%! Impressive - we don't see a perfect score often. We were immediately greeted by the young lady behind the counter and the menu was easy to read and navigate. We asked for a few recommendations and my wife chose the #6 Hibachi with steak and shrimp with fried rice, zucchini, onions, and mushrooms with the white sauce on the side. I chose the #2, 4 chicken tenders with a side of mac n cheese and fries. I chose both the moose juice and buffalo sauces on the side. The prices felt consistent with other local chicken joints and after we paid, we took a seat. There was a steady stream of customers coming and going but they were either picking up to-go orders or placing orders to go. We were the only customers who were eating there. The food took a bit to arrive but we understand it takes longer when it is fresh and cooked to order, which we appreciate. My wife was really impressed with her hibachi meal, she really enjoyed it and there was enough to take leftovers for the next day. My meal was very heavy on the fries and the four chicken tenders felt pretty flat and smaller than I anticipated. The flavors were good but the overall size was a bit disappointing. I enjoyed the mac and cheese too. The moose juice was too sweet for me but I am not a fan of a traditional sweeter sauce so I wasn't entirely surprised. My wife decided to splurge and order a banana pudding cup, which she enjoyed but the serving was pretty small and she felt there are other local options that offer better banana pudding. Overall, we would try again and wish them all the best.

They have burgers, hot dogs, subs, breakfast sandwiches, other sandwiches including a fish one, and some good wings. I've had the chicken before and it is quite nice, good crunchy exterior, tender and moist inside. On this visit I opted for a hot dog and the regular cheeseburger. The hot dog is a good one, nice amount of a good tasting chili, and they now use chopped white onions rather than those awful red ones. At $2.69 this is a nice value, the cost in most places here is $3 to $4! The cheeseburger is solid as well, though at $6.90 it is not the value that the hot dog is.
