This is the third time I've ordered from this location. The other two times were great. Today, I bought a deal that was supposed to come with soda. Pay for delivery. No soda. I mark on the website that there was an issue. My options are a free medium pizza or 20% off (use within 30 days). I don't want either of those choices but I pick 20% off. Now let's do the math because this is a joke. My order was roughly $25. 20% off is $5. My soda was $3.50. I can't combine coupons and fyi, the website already has a coupon under deals for 20% off. So basically I'm getting nothing because I already paid the money, I can't get a discount that I'd be able to pick if I didn't use you "free" 20%, and if I don't use it at all, free money for you! I will not be ordering dominos again. I guess I'm supposed to be too stupid to know you just f'ed me over. read more

I couldn't tell you the last time I ate a Dominos pizza. I gave up on them years ago just like I gave up on healthy living, performance Christianity (even though I am still a licensed minister who does the occasional wedding and funeral), the two party system, serious drugs and I mean real serious drugs, and a soul sucking 9-5, Monday thru Friday existence. Truth is Casey's pizza is my jam but I couldn't pass on the $7.99 up to three topping carry out deal. Don't be like me. Don't try to install a new app on your phone while you are driving even though I did it expertly. It's just not worth it. I ordered wings a large sausage and mushroom and a large pepperoni and jalapeño. I was asked on both (suggestive selling) if I wanted extra cheese on each pizza. Being used to Casey's which loads theirs with cheese I said no thanks. Big Mistake. I was tracking the order on my phone and as it turns out my order was ready almost 20 minutes before the app informed me that it was. So much for technology. Now I had heard that they made improvements to their "process" and upon the first reveal I gotta admit, they looked pretty tasty but seemed to be lacking a little something. Well son of a bitch. Now I know why the app kept asking me if I wanted extra cheese. It's because the stingy bastards barely have any on there. The taste of what was there was good, much better then I remembered, but they would have been so much better with extra cheese. How thre hell am I supposed to know this. Son of a bitch. I like Domino's Pizza... the pizza at least. I was torn between 2 stars and 3, because the pizza tastes just like Domino's should. I got this sandwich, though... (see picture). A "chicken" parmesan sandwich. I had them go light on the cheese and provolone, but that didn't stop it from coming crusted with burned cheese. There was also hardly any sauce on it, and there was basically no chicken on it. It was pretty much dry bread, with a little bit of overcooked cheese on it, and burned cheese stuck to it. Pretty awful. The salad was crisp and fresh, and the salad dressing was Ken's (fine), but it is not worth $7 at all. If you go classic- pizza and wings, you will be fine. I wouldn't get too adventurous with the other items on the menu. I have only gotten carryout from this Domino's, so I can't speak about the drivers, but the other staff inside are very pleasant. I decided on 2 stars, because the overpriced salad, and cost of the abhorrent sandwich were a little more than half of my total food bill. I could have gotten a lot more for that money from some of their local competitors. read more

Called talked to store manager Elijah an said he couldn't give my money back an could only give me a credit told him I would like my money back instead called cooperate was told that someone would call me back qn gave me a number # to call she was very nice. Called the store again an he said that since I went over his head I need to talk to whoever I called was very rude an nasty the entire time. They are normally okay, hardly have any issues, but I'll get this one delivery driver that really just looks like he hates me, or at least my house or something. And on my jalapeño bacon cheese bread instead of using bacon they used chunks of ham, definitely not a bacon taste or feel. read more

She also seemed put out when I told her I was staying at a hotel. I politely told her I would order elsewhere and she tried to stop me from hanging up but at this point in the midst of a pandemic you would think she would be happy getting a steady paycheck. I work at a hotel. Call to place an order for the front desk special. They bring a card in each time they drop an order off. Clear states One medium with up to three toppings for 7.99+ tax. Person answering the phone don't know what I'm talking about and ask her manager and says one topping. I say I'm looking at the coupon. She says well my manger says 1 topping. so I got stuck over at the Fly J til the morning unfortunately the old bosselmans Flying J lost restaurant just before Christmas last year. across the street the Burger King got a fire in the franchisee I think took the insurance money and said hell with it... so that leaves either chicken wings and fried greasy crap ola out of the fryer in the hot case at the central checkout desk here..or drop the trailer go find something to eat, there are a lot of places on the other side or go hoof it..but I decided you know what Domino's sounds good I know there's a Pizza Hut down here but I really wanted Domino's.. So off to the interwebs I went..the Domino's closest to me here on 8th Street in Altoona.. I call up I was put on hold because she was taking care of another person but I was promptly returned and greeted very nicely I told her where I was so I'm at the truck stop do you deliver here she said bosselman's Flying J I said yup.. she returned and said yup. so we were off and running.. I got one of my usuals. the medium thin crust sausage. because I am a cased meat eating carnivore from Chicago.. she said yep will deliver be cash or charge I said it'll be cash it's under 20 bucks it was just under fifteen bucks what delivery. came out nice and quick like they said the delivery driver calls and where are you in the back of the parking lot? Said no I am up towards the front.. nice thing about here is they will drive up to your truck once they know where you're at which is very cool something to remember especially when winter time comes.. presentation of the pizza was really good..thought it might have been a little harder but it did come about two or three miles but it's okay it was good...I was very satisfied I would definitely order from here again if I want pizza and I'm here at Flying J. nice thing though is for a truck driver and you're stuck here for the night can get a cold one inside the J right there so you got your pizza your brewski and you're good.. keep up the good work I had no complaints at all from the time I called in and it was delivered... read more

I just had the BEST PIZZA EVER! I've always put dominoes in the good order take out wherever I'm in the country pizza. Tonight...that all changed. I decided to try the HANDMADE PIZZA PAN 5 topping pizza coupon. HOLY PIZZA BATMAN! That pizza was SO DAMN GOOD! One of the best pies I've had in YEARS! What's different...THE CRUST! It was like a pillow of thick soft, chewy, deliciousness with 5 of my fav toppings on it. It came in a black take out box..not the white usual take out box. I will NEVER order anything else except the handmade pizza pan pizza again! It was SO AMAZING. And the medium I ordered was only 10.69. I actually had a $3 tip takeout menu I forgot to use but i'll order another one this week. I am SO SHOCKED at how good that pie was. I too was torn between 2 or 3 stars. I placed my order online. If you place the order for later it has to be over an hour from the time you place the order. Anything less is placed as ASAP. Bummer, I was a little farther away so the pizza was ready before I got there. I walked in the door and there were 2 people in front of me. The first customer already had his pizza but the lady running the register was having trouble. She kept doing something on the register screen but was having trouble. She finally asked for help to make sure she gave the proper change. Another employee came over to help her. By this time there was another customer behind me. When the guy left with his pizza he looked irritated. Not it's the lady in front of me turn. Unfortunately she is not picking up a pizza, she is asking questions about pizza and sizes. Something she could have done online since she was playing with her phone anyway. Still only one register open. The customer finally placed a order. Now the employee is messing with the register and can't make something work. Another employee helps her fix it. By now there is a line all the way to the door. She continued to mess with the register. She finally asked for help at the register. There was a guy putting the printed labels for the orders that had been placed on the empty boxes. He came over to help with the register. Don't know why it took that long to ask for help he could have stepped in long before that. I gave him my name and he went to the rack to look for it. Looked at the boxes a couple of times before he found mine. By this time I have been in the store well over 10 minutes. By the time I got home, the pizza was room temperature. Now the pizza. When I placed the online order I requested extra cheese and extra chicken on the bbq chicken. Nope. Looked like the regular one I had ordered the last time. It did taste good, and would have tasted better when It was warm. It was between 5:45 and 6:00 pm on a Friday. I think I will have to wait awhile before going back. read more

Fast delivery, from the time I placed my online order until I received my food was faster than my estimated wait time. I like the tracker feature on the app and the ease of online ordering. The food was pretty standard, we ordered stuffed cheesy bread and it was sooo cheesy! Also ordered a Hawaiian pan crust which was really good and a chicken Alfredo pasta. We didn't love the pasta, I thought the chicken was not great and the Alfredo was meh, but it's a carry out pizza place and we appreciate the variety they offer. read more

New location and we've ordered 3 times. First 2 were fast and great, the 3rd time they said 30 minutes for delivery. An hour later I called to check on my order and they said they had the wrong address so they'd have to remake it and deliver it. Why wouldn't they just call me?
