She also wanted ketchup for her chicken and I had asked for extra sauce. When she got to the window and received the food the girl at the window was very rude. She asked if the extra sauce was in the bag. The girl replied if you ordered it it's in there. Well to that girl we didn't receive the extra toast nor the slaw, so just one piece of toast, the Caniac combo comes with 6 chicken tenders and there was only 5, and she didn't receive her ketchup. So maybe instead of acting rude to customers maybe you should make sure the orders are correct.

Speaking over him when he stated he wanted ranch & then later asking him if he wanted sauces? We've worked in the food industry and understand people have their off days but this was just an awful encounter. My husbands ranch was not provided. We were not impressed with today, a thank you to the woman in the window as she saved this entire interaction by simply smiling at him. The woman with a head piece behind the woman at the drive thru window (also wearing a head piece) was assumed to be the one with taking orders, as she's the one who glared when my husband said she was nice in comparison to whomever took his order.

We have been there before with friends for drinks and enjoyed the restaurant and good service so decided to check out their burgers. We were in around 5:15 on a Saturday night and immediately seated in a large booth. Our server was friendly and attentive and efficient (checked in briefly 3 times and let us say if we needed anything) all throughout the meal. The burger menu isn't super extensive but satisfying to all palettes- a classic/simple/just the basics, to specialty (see picture). I did sample the means for other offerings and there were many diverse offerings. Apps and dessert tempting but all I was craving was a good burger. I wasn't sure about Mac and cheese on my burger but it was a nice addition. I took some off the burger and enjoyed as an extra side/ it was creamy and mildly flavor so as to add more texture than actual flavor to the burgers. I should mention I had not eaten all day as normally I could never eat two burgers, however they were more thin than thick and tasted perfect on what tasted almost like a steamed (and soft) bun. I enjoyed the signature pickles on the side and added a little signature bacon jam to the burger which was a nice flair of flavor. My husband's burger was the perfect mix of cheese and mushrooms and flavor. Nothing special about the Tots or fries except a generous amount of both and their presentation in a mini fry basket. We waited about 10-15 minutes for our food but between water and drinks served it was a quick wait, especially for a Saturday night. This is a pleasant restaurant whether eating in a quiet booth or for watching bets while eating. Lots of options for couples or larger groups. There isn't much parking close to the restaurant but we found spaces at the hotel right next to it. Worth the drive. Craving satisfied.

I also know it takes all of 30 seconds to switch out the syrup. I asked him at least 5 times. I'm not leaving without what I ordered. The syrup IS out. I'm not drinking soda water that I did not order. You can see it, it looks like iced tea. Literally this guy takes my money and refused to correct the error. He wouldn't even take the incorrect beverage back. I dropped it in the parking lot, I did pick it up. He was all dramatic, putting his hands up like I was going to attack him or something, it was the best acting job I've ever witnessed in real life. It's all on the video footage as well. He tried to tell the manager that I threw it. I absolutely did not. To say it was insane is putting it mildly. The manager went to the lobby to fulfill my drink order and did absolutely nothing to deescalate this vile employee, likely because he's intimidated by his employee. Still not what I ordered, but I just settled. Medium Diet Coke is also NOT what I ordered. It was the dark brown we all know Coke, Diet Coke, vanilla Diet Coke looks like. He refused to even give me a receipt that I asked for. After he threatened to punch me in the face and was screaming at me, flipping me off, I left. HUGE learning curve, just because the machine says it's not out of syrup doesn't mean the machine is correct. This was a joke. "The machine would tell me if it's out of syrup." Clearly your machine is broken. Imagine that. Depending on a machine instead of visuals, taste and brainpower. I just wanted the large vanilla Diet Coke that I paid for. Real simple. I will NEVER go back to Wendy's. Not any of them. I didn't even eat my food. This place cannot be trusted. Even worse, when I was telling my daughter what had transpired, she described the guy to me! He's known to be like this to customers. Yes, he should 100% lose his job. He's in the wrong line of business, or they should move this lunatic to the BOH.

As part of the complaint, they asked if I wanted to be contacted about it and I said yes. I also had to give my contact information online. Within 48 hours I received an email from the location manager apologizing for what happened and offering me a free small meal for my trouble. Today, I showed up at the store with the email. The manager who wrote the email took my order and made sure I got what I wanted. I had to wait a few minutes to get the food but it was worth going through the process. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and will continue to order from this location. But I'll always check my bag before driving away from the drive-thru window. See the aftermath, below.
