When they did my wife remarked that the "fries better be fresh" which apparently they weren't because they then took the fries back off our tray and threw them out. They then dropped fresh fries in the fryer and stuck the tray with our sandwiches on it under a heat lamp. It was "sarcastically hot" and clearly it was a retaliatory measure aimed at my wife for having the nerve to complain about the absolute garbage service and food. There is a reason BKs are closing.
