Let me tell you about this place! I ordered 3 pizza and 3 sandwich, I specifically wrote instructions to please leave them inside my front entrance porch. At the time of arrival, I received a message saying that the pizza where left. I opened my door and the food was no where to be found! So I went inside to call the place, meanwhile my son's called me from outside and said that he had found the food. Do you know where he found it? I'll tell. He found it on the hood of my truck!!!! Right on the street!!!! Complete with flies on top!!! I called the place, to complain about what had happened, I asked for the manager and started relating the facts, the guy, in all his rudeness, didn't even wait, as a courtesy, for me to finish and told me to wait, putting me on hold. Obviously he was not the manager as he had stated when I asked for the manager. After 7 minutes, yes, I timed it, a woman come back online and with her rudeness she gave me the explanation that it was the delivery man first day and to cut me some slack! So I asked if he knew how to read, because obviously the instructions I had left on the note, was not read at all, and the fact that he left the food outside with bugs on top didn't justified "his first day" since it was left in a place that was not safely sanitary! All she said:" we all have our bad days" Did you read that?? We all have our bad days???? Does this sound as a professional educated nutritionist in food safety???? At that moment, I instantly understood, she was not even educated in public relations since she was rude and acting like " missknowitall" I just finished the call with a thank you for not doing anything at all and hang up. The pizza went to the garbage, I wasn't going to risk a malaria for these incompetent people. I will send this review to domino's corporate to show the type of people they're employed and the bad reputation they are earning! The moral of this story is: that first of all I will never ever order from that store again and I will give them free bad advertising with everyone I will talk too. This people are the reason our Country is going down the drain! I had to give it a 1 star because there's no button that says minus zero! Wow, is all I can say. I called to use a credit from having previously issues (like 2-3 hour pizza delivery and having to pick up delivery at the store twice) manager Meghan got the order WRONG. Then when delivery showed up the delivery driver told us he was "told to make us check it was correct". Ok after the conversation with the manager I understood why. She's was horrible. I looked and the topping were correct but after they left then realized it was marinara sauce (which my kids can't eat without getting sick) and I had ordered Alfredo. Called back and she was EVEN worse! I reiterated that I had ordered Alfredo to which she argued. Then told me sarcastically that she would send one "asap". and that "you will return the pizza that was wrong". Ok no problem but the child puking from marinara sauce probably won't want out now. I ordered pickup. Pizza was ready on time. Store was loud so it was hard for us to hear. The person at the register was a bit strange but nice. The pizza was cooked fine. Toppings were a bit lacking but still Present on every slice. Their deep dish offering was one of the main reasons we came here and it was good. They have a good variety of things on the menu which is nice. They also had quite a few deals going on at this location. Well probably be back here instead of the other chains in the area. read more

After waiting an hour for my food to move from quality check to delivery, I called to find out they are short handed on drivers and there would be a 3 hour wait. I received attitude from the person that answered the phone and the manager. After finally receiving my food, it was cold and the sandwich had green peppers and onions on which I requested to not be put on. Service. My sister ordered dinner for the family . They processed the order and her card. She then receives a call and told they do not deliver to her location......interesting considering she has ordered here before. She asked to speak with the girls manager after the employee was rude. The original employee gets on the phone and told my sister the order was voided never asking if it was ok or even if she wanted to pick up the order. My sister again asks for the manager who then gets on the phone and proceeds to be as rude and the original employee. Her response was it has already been voided so nothing I can do. Now my sister is in hold with corporate headquarters for about 20 min. Customer service is not a strong suit here.Wont be a customer here. Great service goes a long way. Not sure why this place has bad reviews. I've been ordering here for years and I can't recall ever having a bad experince. They've always been on time with my orders, unlike Pizza Hut, and I've never had any issues with the food. All the delivery people have been nice to me and have received good tips from me. My favorite thing from them is their penne pasta with Alfredo and mushrooms. read more

Quick Fresh, great tasting. Hot! Great deals online. Make sure to use online coupons. Why don't I give 5 stars? 5 Stars would mean: I didn't have to leave my home and it was fed to me one piece after another; Just like they do in Chicago. The pizza is Hot and great when ordered with double cheese: Yummy!! I believe that double portions are much more enjoyable: but, why should I have to order double, or why should I believe the store needs more than 4 stars for the price.
