Pathetic excuse for any food much less pizza. Southwest WA doesnkt know what decent food is much less factory made franchise food. My son brought home bread sticks (warm but raw) and Pizza that was also undercooked. Cracker crumb machine made factory pizza that simulated soggy soda crackers. This place will not take your order, or speak to you if you don't wear a mask. I explained to the man very kindly that I was medically exempt, and not able to wear a mask, but said I could give him my card and stand outside. He still refused to walk up to the counter. For those of you who aren't aware with federal law, refusing to provide service to someone due to race, ethnicity, gender, or medical condition is discrimination. And in WA state, a store can be fined up to $20,000 per case. This specific type is called medical discrimination. I shouldn't have gone back in after this, but I went and found a mask, then went back to the store because it was late and I was hungry. He took my card and I was out within 2mins. I should have taken a picture of the pizza, but it was by far the worst quality pizza I've ever gotten from a little caesars. (This is in no way tied to my lack of service that I received). The crust looked like thin crust, not traditional and it still had white portions of flour on it. The crust was uneven and carried in size around the pizza. There were much less toppings then back when I use to frequent here years past. And the price for hot-and-readys went up 40% ($2). Overall.. super disappointed by this location. I don't know if maybe they got bought out by someone new, or if the chain has dropped in quality as a whole. But I most definitely would not recommend any fellow Battle Groudner to support this business. read more

I went in today ordered one pepperoni pizza and and an order of breadsticks. Paid for it adding a tip. They told me 15 minutes it would be ready. Went to my car 10 minutes later came back in and I noticed the girl making pizzas was not wearing gloves and her hands were not clean, I went to the front desk and I said I want a refund . The girl taking the orders went and get the woman who is preparing the pizzas with no gloves, on. I told her I wanted the refund because I couldn't wait any longer because I didn't want to embarrass her in front of the other customers by telling her that she needs to put a pair of gloves on. She said she couldn't give me a refund because the girl who took my order didn't get my name. I looked at the girl who took my order and said hey, you took my order but you didn't ask my name that's not my problem I want a refund. I was told again by the Girl making the pizzas that she was not able to give me a refund it would take hours for her to be able to do that. As I'm speaking with this woman, I noticed under her fingernails were even dirty, and her hands were not clean. I didn't want her making my pizza without gloves, and I was really surprised she was. Consistent product, it's your basic pizza of course, but for what it is they do a great job. I'm always greeted by a friendly face and I highly respect the fact that they require masks during Covid. I can't imagine a high traffic food establishment not enforcing the Governor's mask mandate. Thanks for helping us stay safe while we get some quick food! I noticed some people upset regarding delivery, but the Battle Ground store doesn't deliver. I can't believe the amount of 1 star reviews of the Little Caesars! I have been here probably close to 10 times since moving to Battle Ground in August of 2019 and every single time the pizza is fresh and the service has been great! I have lived in quite a few other cities in the past 10 years and this location is BY FAR the best that I have been too! The pizza is ALWAYS fresh! The people that are complaining about there never being hot and ready pizza's maybe should look at it in a different way! At least you aren't getting old gross pizza! From what I've seen the kids that work there bust their butts hustling to get pizza out! This is the busiest location by far that I have ever been too! I think they are doing a great job! read more

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The problem isn't the pizza it's the workers. I've lived in the area for over a year and I've seen so many reviews come through on how bad the service is, how rude they are, and completely unorganized. I have been coming to this location for years. The staff is always friendly. The customer service has alway been good. The quality of the pizzas has gone down hill. This pizza I got today was another example of W.T.F. come on guys what is this. I didn't order a side of pooled grease in the box. I went in to the establishment for the purpose of using their world renowned bouncy ball bin pall machine. This was in order to have the experience of using a retro game and to get vintage little caesars bouncy balls. As I looked to right of the store to where the machine was I noticed a paper covering a good majority of the machine which read, "out of service". I was distraught, my adventure for these amazing bouncy balls was ruined. I asked an employee and they said it has been that way for over a month! I could not believe that they have went for so long not fixing the machine and they still seem to not have any intention to fix it. Since ownership change this place is terrible. We use to come once per week, but now the pizza is soggy with less toppings and the breadsticks are half the size they use to be. And no more stuffed breadsticks! Owner is a cheapskate and it shows. read more
