Not a pizza, just veggies with DAIRY cheese ontop in a plastic box. I CANT EVEN EAT DAIRY. Ridiculous thing is I gave him 20 percent tip prior to them making it. All he did was apologize. Ordered online and came in when it said to, but they were slammed with most people saying they ordered an hour ago. I waited patiently in the lobby for another hour. I checked in again and someone found my order on the rack this time, so no telling when it was made (yes, I was listening for my name). They forgot the Pineapple and had to remake it, but still only put it on half despite paying for all of it. I had a pizza from the BG store tonight for the first time in several months. It was a chicken garlic on original crust. It was bland, pretty much like a frozen pizza. The best thing about it was the crust since it was nicely crisp. I've shopped at this store since it opened. It was the best pizza in the area for a couple of decades. I was extremely disappointed with this visit. There didn't seem to be any seasonings on the toppings. Since pizza is something that I'm not supposed to eat now, it wasn't worth "cheating on my diet" so I probably won't do it again. read more

We live pretty far out and this is the closest stop for take-n-bake. Two stars for fresh ingredients for pizzas and occasional friendliness. Lately though, we've noticed toppings are less and less, forcing us to order extra of the toppings we like, but it seems though we pay extra for "more" toppings, we're still getting skimped. In addition, I placed my order online, arrived a little after the estimated order readiness time, went inside (as opposed to the drive-thru), and stood at the counter waiting for someone to simply acknowledge my existence at the counter. I'm a patient person, I understand people are waiting for their orders, I'll wait! But, completely ignoring your customers isn't a great way to impress anyone, you'll likely lose your customers. It seems PM is getting too big to care, too bad. Another occasion we received a Hawaiian with white garlic sauce (can anyone say yuck?!), and didn't discover it until the pizza was cooked and sliced. When we called, there would be no refunds, no store credit, nothing. They would only work with us if we brought the pizza back in. We live 1/2 hr. North. It's not right to expect your customers to drive aaaaaallll the way back to Battle Ground to fix something that should have been done correctly or at least corrected over the phone. I normally don't leave Yelp reviews, but today I felt let down. Worst customer service! We were starved. We arrived at 8:46. They close at 9pm. We only wanted a simple pizza. They said the don't make pizza after 8:45pm. We missed the cutoff by one minute. Way to go Papa! You left a great impression an scored a solid review. Just change your closing time to 8:45 p.m. and set expectations so that people don't feel let down. read more

I can't say I have a problem with the pizza. It is what it is. The issue I have is trying to get a pizza the last half hour before they close. Sign says closed at 8:00, It's 7:30 and I can't get a pizza. According to staff manager said so. This has happened before, if your hours are till 8:00, stay open till 8 or change your hours to 7:30. read more

The Battleground Papa Murphy's needs to learn the concept of customer service. Good customer service isn't just important when things are going right. It becomes even more important when something has gone wrong. Holding 5 minutes for a call in order is inexcusable. Answering the phone by saying "hold" right after the Papa Murphy's is ridiculous. Wow, rude staff! Impressive, outstanding and unparalleled rudeness! 8:47 pm I spoke with a nice young man to order a plain pizza. "We will be closing in 10 minutes." He said. We live in town about 10 min away. I said I was getting into my car now. He said ok. Somewhere between 9:00-9:01 pm I stood in front of the glass doors that had been locked. I knocked and knocked and saw two young men cleaning the counters. They both kept their heads down and their backs to the door. They were both actively ignoring me. Then I phoned the store. One man answered the phone. I asked him if they had made the pizza I ordered earlier. He said yes "and you can pick it up at the drive through window", which was steps away. "Did you not see me standing at the front door?" I asked. He nodded, "but our lobby is closed after 9". "You could have acknowledged me and told me to walk around the corner." Today I was in the mood for a pizza. I've tried the majority of pizzas in the Battle Ground area and several in Vancouver (fire roasted). I decided to try Papa Murphy's because it was close by. I ordered the triple pepperoni and requested extra cheese. It was very easy online. Paid online and received a notification when the pizza would be ready for pick up. I arrived at the drive thru and was greeted by a young man. He bright the pizza to me within 30 seconds. We baked it as instructed. It was very good. I'm very particular about my pizza. The pizza had plenty of pepperoni (triple). There were three different pepperoni options on it. One was nice and spicy, but not too spicy. There was a good amount of sauce, but not too much sauce. The cheese was a mixture. I prefer mozarella, but I enjoyed what they used. Bottom line, I will definitely order the same thing again and again. The large is big enough for three adults. The crust was good. The cost was $15 and some change. I burnt the top of my mouth because I ate it too fast. That's the sign of a pizza you want to get into before it cools down. Delicious, quick service, good quality. Easy-breezy to order, drive thru, and bake. Thanks Papa Murphy's! I'll see you soon. Have not had the best experience after the new ownership bought papa Murphy's in Battle Ground several years ago and started using the salmon Creek location just has much better customer service. I used to work for papa Murphy's at a different location so I know how a store should look. The employees there are so so friendly and always willing to accommodate to special orders. Finest ingredients like all papa Murphy's should have. The only reason I took a star off is because since I worked for pmurphs once I know how frustrating it is to NOT have a POS system. I think the owner should invest in them. They cause fewer mistakes and faster service to the customers! But overall great store and convenient location. Haven't used the drive thru yet tho read more

When I arrived at the drive thru was told it was not quite ready and told told to park and they would run it out in five minutes. 20 minutes later I stomped in to find no other customers and the employees standing around with my pizzas waiting in the rack.
