Coming into Big Bear late at night, this one one of the only two spots that were open late. They had a deal going on their website, "Any 2 for $7.99 each" so we opted to get a pizza and a pasta. The pizza, was okay. It was lacking in the "robust tomato sauce", although I do appreciate the pizza arriving hot still. We split the toppings so we could have a half and half pizza, and got the mango habanero sauce and bbq sauce to dip. There was also a new pasta on the menu, the buffalo mac and cheese. Probably one of the worst fast food pastas I've ever had, but this is no fault of the business. I'm sure they had to follow whatever corporate tells them. Service here is fantastic. This location does not disappoint! It has improved so much over the last year! The pizza is always fresh and for some reason tastes delicious honestly not a bad dominos if you're craving something cheap and quick and good quality. Just be warned wait times during busy seasons can be super super long and the approximate wait times the app gives are way off but that's because it is a resort town and they get hundreds of orders at once so just be patient they're doing a great job! read more

The staff was attentive, the food was warm, and they were quick. I ordered through the app and my order was perfect.

My family ordered pizza & other items from this place because it was the only pizza location in the area that'll deliver since we were just too tired to cook. Food arrived fairly quick. Only took about 30 minutes to get our food. Our driver almost delivered to the wrong house but luckily we caught her before she did. The food tasted funky. We ordered items we've had in the past many times and this time it tasted gross. None of us got sick fortunately but we could tell the ingredients just didn't taste that good. Literally the WORST experience I have ever had at a food place. Placed my order at 6 pm and was told multiple times it would take 15 minutes to arrive after waiting almost two hours. Spoke on the phone with a man who told me I would get a refund and called back 30 minutes later only to be told he had been sent home for not knowing what to do. Called back again for the third time to be told that my order had been delivered. Finally lost my patience at 9 pm and called again only to be told that they didn't know what had happened to my order. Eventually had to drive to the store to pick it up and couldn't even get an actual refund receipt. And it also took ANOTHER 30 minutes to finally get it because the oven had apparently broken. The store was full of employees that were just standing around and clearly didn't know what they were doing. One girl was standing at the register telling customers that she had just gotten there and didn't know what was going on. Another guy was loudly saying he didn't want to answer the phone whenever it would ring. And there was customer after customer coming in regarding issues about their order. Horrible people working here. Ordered pizza at night for my young daughter. Looked at my app it said it was delivered. Checked my ring camera no one at my door. Called dominos lady told me they would call back I waited no response. Called back they put me on hold didn't come back to the phone for awhile then someone came back and said "oh I noticed you were on hold she didn't say anything" had to explain situation. They told me go to your neighbors and check uh no? It's dark and I'm not just going to go rummage around my neighbors house. I said can I just come in and just make a fresh one make it easier on you guys. I get there & the driver says he gave it to some guy at the house, no he didn't and if he did give it to some guy it wasn't who ordered it. I am disappointed in myself for not reading the onslaught of one star reviews. So we placed our order for two pizzas and a pasta at 8:30 pm. We were told it could take up to an hour. That first hour came and went and still no sign of the pizzas or pastas we ordered. At 10 o'clock my wife called to check on the status of the order and was left on hold for a little over 20 mins. The order finally arrived lukewarm at 10:23 pm. We filed a complaint and honestly the free pizza is the least they could do. With no apology from the driver. The only other course of action was to call the location but why would we waste our time on hold for a second time. The definition of insanity is "doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results." Hence we opted not to call the location. I urge everyone to save themselves and order from someplace else, from ANY other place!!! We however will not order from this location again.. Ps I wish I could give them a zero star. read more

The crust was tough and hard to chew, lacking the softness and crispness it has when it's hot. The cheese was no longer melty--it became rubbery and lost its appeal.
