Great ambiance and customer service from the staff! Tasty pizza and great view of the lake from the dining balcony.

Lake Arrowhead Pizza is one of my best spot in SoCal. Food is good service is great! View is fantastic!

I brought my 4 year old here for a slice of pizza & fries. The employee helping us recommended the chubby subby for myself. Such a yummy sandwich! I recommend asking for yellow peppers

When I am up in the mountains I love to get me some fresh hot pizza. Something about the warm nice smelling food just fits perfect in the snow or brisk breezy mountains. Lake Arrowhead Pizza offers a very large space to come in and enjoy some freshly made pizza with your family and friends. Great for large groups or just dining at a smaller table. Plenty of outdoor seating with views of the village and lake. The pizza was tasty and came out fast. Just got a cheese and the small was big enough for 2. They offer pizza by the slice too if you are just strolling by in the village. The staff was friendly and offered plates and ranch with the pizza. Inside has a huge arcade for the kids. It was a slow day and some machines weren't on but they probably power them up as needed. There are big screen tvs everywhere with plenty of different sporting events on. Parking is easy with the huge lot.

If you have a large group, come here and get the super pizza! It's 24" and they cut it into squares for easy sharing. The pastas are also huge portions!

Was out here for business and decided to pop in for some pizza. Pizza dough was not cooked all the way, and there was hardly any cheese. Service was ok. At least you have beautiful views.

A long way to go from LA South Bay for delicious pizza but our go to when headed into the mountains! Always the best and friendliest service here. Love sitting outside when here in the summer looking out over the lake. Pizza is always perfect thin crust and right flavors

Every time we take a visit to big Bear, we end up coming here because the kids love it. The arcade games, the big pizza to share. I love the pastrami sandwich and they're delicious fries.. obviously you can't go wrong with the picture of beer as well. The ambience is fun and you have a beautiful view of the lake. Everyone here is very friendly and I've never had bad service here.. I definitely recommend it

On Saturday afternoon, I enjoyed a slice of cheese pizza on the patio. Good outdoor weather! They charge a 3% credit card surcharge

Pizza was basic. Not the greatest ingredients. Not bad though. Good view. The girls up front could use a lesson in customer service though. Clearly saw us standing there waiting and helped the couple behind us. Not accommodating, not cheerful, welcoming, smiling. Nothing.

Outside seating area has a great view and breeze. There's plenty of seating for large groups. Order at the counter then seat yourself. The cheese pizza is the best.

While doing some shopping in the Lake Arrowhead Village, we stopped in for some pizza. We ordered a small cheese pizza, which has 6 slices. The cheese was a blend of cheeses and the sauce was nice and thin. Fresh out of the oven pizza was delicious while enjoying the view of the lake and village.

We had a large gathering of family visiting for the weekend and thought we'd try Lake Arrowhead Pizza/Deli for the first time to feed our hungry group. We ordered take out, and brought the kids to explore it. We were super impressed with the multiple patio spots to eat, with epic views of the lake. The side patio had a charming camper that may serve drinks or desserts, but it was not in operation when we were there. The interior was very 'mountain-y' with local vibes and lots of sports TV's and memorabilia. Our 3 basic large pizzas cost over $70, which seemed high but we were OK with that as we expected a high end style of pizza. We get them back to the house and they are cold and very skimpy on the cheese and pizza sauce with a thin, dry crust. In truth, they were the worst pizza I've had for decades but the kids liked them. Three stars for the ambience.

While waiting for my friend, I noticed a large table off to the side having drinks and playing a card game. I was impressed seeing that they were consistently getting rounded on by their server. Finding out this was a family run small business made this even more impressive as it was a full house. Additionally, it felt like the entire bar was excitedly watching the FIFA game, which was surprising because the difference in noise level from the outside of the building was significant. From the bar perspective, the bartenders were so kind (A), provided short/sweet conversation and excellent recommendations (A+), AND gave us time to look over the menu without being pushy (A++). Hey Brian, I wanted…read moreto reach out about something that happened tonight that I feel you should know about. I also want to be clear that all of this transpired after you had already left for the evening. For context, I'm a regular at the bar and have been coming in for quite a while. I've never had a major issue with Brent or Steven, even though they both have personalities that can come across as sarcastic or abrasive. I've generally let it go because my reason for coming to the bar is simple: I come in to have a few beers, relax, and enjoy myself. Tonight, while I was still drinking one of my beers and had some left in the glass, Brent came by and took it away as if I was finished. I jokingly said something along the lines of, "I guess you're not going to let me finish the last bit." I wasn't upset and wasn't trying to start an argument. It was an obvious mistake that could have been solved with a simple apology. Instead, he responded with a snarky comment rather than acknowledging the mistake. Later, he brought another beer to my table. I made eye contact with him and before I could even say anything, he asked, "Do you want to say something to me?" I replied, "No, I just wanted to say thank you." His response was, "Your eyes are telling me differently." Again, I found that unnecessarily confrontational and disrespectful. At that point, I decided to leave a $0 tip. I normally tip very well, often around 30% or more, and this was the first time I've intentionally left no tip because I wanted to send a message that I was unhappy with the way I was being treated. After that, Steven came over and confronted me about leaving no tip. He asked if I was really zeroing it out and questioned me about whether something had happened between me and Brent. I told him that whatever issue I had was not his concern, and he responded, "Fair enough." I assumed that would be the end of it. Instead, Brent came outside and confronted me. He told me Steven had said I had a problem with him. I explained that I didn't have a personal problem with him; my issue was his attitude and the way he was treating me as a customer. Rather than listening, he became increasingly hostile. I reminded him that I'm a customer and that I'm only there to buy beer from the business. I'm not there to deal with sarcasm, attitude, or an employee's emotions. As a paying customer, the minimum I expect is basic respect. I shouldn't have to walk on eggshells or accept being spoken to disrespectfully while simply trying to enjoy a beer. That confrontation ended poorly and he went back inside. A short time later, he came back out and confronted me again, this time in front of other customers. The situation became even more uncomfortable because it was happening publicly. During that exchange, he ultimately told me that I was not welcome back. Again, I reminded him that I am a paying customer whose only purpose in being there is to support the business and enjoy a beer. I should not be getting into arguments with employees, being confronted in front of other patrons, or being told I'm not welcome because I expressed concerns about how I was being treated. The bigger issue is that, in my opinion, this isn't just about tonight. This has been months in the making. I've noticed a pattern with both Brent and Steven where they seem to have become comfortable treating customers with attitude and sarcasm in ways that shouldn't be acceptable in a customer-facing role. I've overlooked it many times because I enjoy the bar and didn't think it was worth making an issue out of. On the other hand, employees like Kim, Josh, and David have always treated me and other customers with professionalism and respect. They know how to joke around while still making customers feel welcome. I've never had an issue with them. From my perspective, the problem is specifically Brent and, to a lesser extent, Steven. Brent especially has developed a demeanor that I find unwelcoming, confrontational, and disrespectful toward customers. I don't think I'm the only person who feels this way. Tonight was simply the point where it crossed a line. I'm not sending this because I want anyone fired or punished. I simply think you should know what happened, especially since it all occurred after you had left. I've spent a lot of time and money at your establishment over the years, and I would hope that customers--especially regulars--can expect basic courtesy and respect from the people serving them. I wanted to give you my side of the story directly. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

The folks/beertenders were very friendly and you can tell they're enthusiastic about craft beer and the craft beer community. I've only visited once, but I've been told that they regularly rotate out their taps and have cans of local and not so local breweries for sale out of the fridge. At the time of my visit, I noticed some cans from some of my favorite breweries in the LA and SD area. The place feels like a craft beer oasis in that it's a bit of a destination and I'm not sure what else is around. Although, to be fair, I don't live in the immediate area and don't really know the area that well in terms of craft beer offerings. Definitely a spot I would like to frequent. There seemed to be plenty parking when I went. Not sure if it get's really crowded when some more of the surrounding businesses are open, but I had plenty of spaces to chose from.
