Always screw or or just don't make it. Always late. Crew doesn't seem focused. The store on Broadwater is much better.

This is my closest dominos, so I eat here often. However, after today, I am willing to drive further for a different location. They made my pizza incorrectly, so I called to say I would be heading back to get one remade. I drove 20 miles from my house, only to find out they hadn't started making the replacement, and I had to wait even longer! The girl at the window was very rude, and acted like it was my fault for not liking the pizza the way they made it. When I asked why she hadn't started making it when I called, she said that she had waited until I got there to speak to her manager. I can understand making it wrong was just a mistake (it happens more often than not with my weird order), but being rude, and having no respect for my wasted time was inexcusable. Time to change my favorite location! read more

Pizza was really good. Although it was Christmas Eve the pizzas took forever even on pickup orders!! I was surprised that they had tables to sit at in the restaurant but I realized it was for customers waiting for their food not dine in. We got two large pizzas and some bread knots for under $40 so it was a great deal. read more

HORRIBLE! I ordered my pizza for 7:45 pm. It shows ready on the app and on the monitor in the store. There is one guy in front of me. I'm watching the employees walk around in circles. There are about 6 of them. No one acknowledges me. They finally get this guys order. I give them my name. It's 7:55 and the guy tells me it'll be 7 more minutes. I'm in the car watching these people. Lots of standing around. The people making the pizza aren't wearing gloves. No hair nets.... Wish I didn't pay in advance. I could be on the couch. I have been coming to the main street dominos for 5 years.i worked for domino's in south.i have to say from top to bottom this is the worse one I have ever been too. Service is slow and dysfunctional. Not sure of the location, cuz I just ordered online from my workplace, but when I received my medium pizza it was smaller than it should've been, like they just quickly threw it together and tossed it into the oven (it was after 11pm on a Monday night). So normally this place no matter how many times I ask, never gives us plates but this time it was issue after issue. I order always for a time in the future, so I don't have to wait a long time. I ordered around 1 p.m. so we can pick up our dinner at 6 p.m. Paid for it through the app and was done. When we went in, the guy asked my name. I told him and he said I didn't pay for my order, when I try to inform him I did. He was insistent I did not. I showed him the purchase on my banking app, and when he went and asked the oven guy he just looked at it and said not the right prices and left. So my better half paid again, and I did ask to speak to a manager. Well surprise we paid for someone else food. So we took our (as we thought) food. Checked the receipt and they gave us that guys food. Good thing we were still in the parking lot. Went back in with the food and told him. A woman asked what was my name and I told her, then said looks like my name. I am a female and I looked at the name and it was a guys name I told her "No, it's not". Pointed at my name on the screen. Then got told it be about another 30 minutes. The guy who came in and was the big mistake. They gave him his food for free, and after all that they finally gave us our food. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I placed my order I was told it would be 30 minutes for delivery. I waited over an hour before I called. Spoke to 3 different people, all were rude and had different stories. The manager Chrysat was absolutely horrendously rude. Offered no solutions, except my wait would be 2 to 2.5 hours. Awful service. They delivered me completely raw pizza, I picked it up an the slice literally stretched back to the box. When I called the first time to try and get a refund the kid hung up on me. So I called again from a different phone and talked real slow and firm so maybe he would understand the words coming out of my mouth. Absolutely not impressed. "Extra cheese" means you pay extra $ for none in most spots. Dry, inedible crust, just incredible how you can burn a pizza when that's your job, and then send a burnt pizza out the door after looking at it. We've had ok luck in the past, but I think if we're spending $20+ on this quality, we might as well save our money and go to lil Caesars where they're at least consistent. read more

Absolutely horrible service. They told me my food would be done in 50-60 minutes I showed up and they said it was going to be 15 more minutes and were completely rude about it. I waited my 15 minutes because it's not that long and I wasn't too mad but they blamed it on being understaffed. Every where in America is understaffed right now learn to adapt and be honest about wait times. I went back after my 15 minutes and he told me they haven't even started making my pizza yet! That is completely unacceptable 2 hours later and my family is hungry and we have no food and now have to wait for food else where. Horrible service and this place is filled with liars. I love Dominos pizza it's the best but I will never in my life go back to this location. Management needs to learn a few things about being a manager for god sake. read more

We sat waiting for our order in the front lot which faces the big glass window where the workers work on the pizzas: Sat., Aug. 29 just before 5 pm. We could see them tossing the dough. There were 4 to 5 employees there. One guy wore the mask below his nose (and often touched the mask) and others consistently had the masks under their chin. I saw one or two walk in and out of that group who properly wore the mask. I sat horrified and wondering if we should cancel our order. Sitting in the car was my mom who was awaiting cancer surgery. This was supposed to be a treat after our drive as my mom hadn't eaten any restaurant food during the pandemic. When she noticed the maskless workers, I tried to reassure her that if the pizza is cooked at a high temperature "we should be OK." When it was delivered to our car window, I asked the properly masked man if he was the manager and he said yes. I told him our concerns. He listened but honestly didn't reassure us. If I were him, I would have apologized profusely and said I would remedy the situation. We sat a couple of minutes more to see if he would talk to the employees when he walked inside and we did not see any change. No masks were fixed at all. I was very disappointed. read more

When our order was delivered it wasnt complete. The delivery person said she would run back to the store and get the rest. She never came back. When I called the store to see when the rest of our order would be delivered the guy said "no idea we're super busy" and hung up on me. The people are nice, and the delivery is fast. If you are a wing fan like me though you might want to pass. You consistently have to ask for wing sauce otherwise you get naked wings with a splash of sauce. Also make sure to order double toppings or end up with a medium pepperoni pizza with 10 pieces on it. I have ordered from multiple Dominos in town and this one is the worst as far as quality goes. Which is unfortunate because I live in the Heights. read more
