I've always ordered from them for studio events without any issues. But this morning was a disaster--it took over an hour to place an order, they took my payment, and in the end, no pizzas. I even sent someone to check, and there was no record of the order. Calling didn't help--they just cut me off. We had 13 hungry kids waiting! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They scammed us by taking payment in cash as well as charging my credit card too. I called and they said that it would be refunded within 40 hours. That was never done so I called again a couple days later and they said they could no longer refund it. They ended up hanging up on me twice. Terrible service. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I ordered and chose to get my food brought out into my car. The young woman working literally walked out and slammed my food into the Frunk on my Tesla and when I went in to ask why she threw my food she screamed "I TRIPPED ITS FUCKING RAINING" she literally didn't trip. Most the time the pizza is good but every third pizza or so I order there is a lot of sauce which is strong tasting and barely any cheese.

My mother ordered a large pizza with 5 toppings n 2 boxes of Lava cakes, they told us 40mins but we where very surprise that came early n everything was still at a good temperature n was very filling... So I know I will be ordering from them again in the future... Oh we used the Domino's iPad app to find the deal we ordered, the app was easy to select pizza type n toppings... The tracker feature on the app was great but would ask that app give an idea of how long it might be before it will be delivered mom call n they said 40mins but was delivered in half that time A+++ service... Super disappointed. It has been awhile since we ate pizza here, but were so disappointed how bad it was. A large thin crust with sausage and peppers tasted like cardboard. There was hardly any sauce and the peppers were so overcooked they were dried out. read more

Placed a $30 Order and went to pick it up. I wasn't allowed to use the restroom while I waited for my order. I was told it was for employees only because of COVID. While I watched the employees make pizzas without gloves. I'm glad he wore a mask though, lol. Thanks Dominos franchise owners on Manatee Ave for being so COVID responsible that you allow your employees to make food without wearing gloves, while the patrons hold their bladders or can go across the street to another business. but as long as your employees wear masks and no gloves. TRIED to order delivery from this Domino's tonight. Huge disappointment. The guy on the phone had a horrible time trying to take our order; couldn't seem to get it right. He told me that we couldn't order 4 medium pizzas because their coupon was only good for 3 medium pizzas. (So, you can't just sell me a 4th pizza at regular price?). I had to repeat the order multiple times. Finally thought it was all figured out. After an hour, called to check on the pizzas, was told the driver would be leaving soon. Well, three hours later, still no pizza. Thank goodness I didn't prepay with a credit card. What a joke! read more

DOMINO'S PIZZA review from me: We ordered 2 salads bread twist and 2 different build your own pasta dishes last night, when it came one salad was slimy rotten so I called and they were sending a new one so I decided to eat my pasta which was supposed to be chicken ham and spinach in the white sauce while I waited for my salad to arrive and discovered that there was 5 spinach leafs and 4 small pieces of ham NO chicken!! So the delivery guy came with my salad and I gave him the slimy one but I looked at the new salad and it was SLIMY ROTTEN so I sent it back and they were going to replace it with my pasta dish since the first one was wrong but I was starving so I ate the first pasta. When the driver came I asked if they put the chicken in it he was like oh yes mam I was like okay!!! I knew I should of checked it when he was here but I figured that since they screwed up 3 times already that they would of made sure I got what I wanted! Well I opened it and it was what my husband had ordered and eaten with his nice salad his pasta dish was cheese shredded cheese and pepperoni with red sauce. Well I can't eat red sauce or pepperoni so 4 screw ups on 1 order !!!!!! So we spent over $30.00 for a really STRESSFUL AND CRAPPY MEAL!!!!! Don't think we will be ordering anything from y'all anymore! And never got an apology its like y'all have a bunch of grade school kids running the place!! My friends and I called excited for our pizza. We waited outside in a parking lot for 3 hours where we told him to come and he never arrived. We were in 30 degree windchill and freezing for hours.
