Order two pizzas at 11:14 and quoted that it would take 15 - 20 minutes and it didn't get delivered until 11:55. Was not pleased at all with the pizza I received and the time it took for me to get my food added to my displeasure to my order with this dominoes. Avoid at all costs. read more

Poor quality. Avoid this place. Picked up my order yesterday night. After coming home I noticed they missed the main meat topping in the pizza. Ordered a medium pie...took an hour and a half to be delivered, and showed up to my door (wrong door because driver didn't even follow instructions) ice cold and hard like cardboard. I live a whopping 5 MINUTES away from this location (Caldwell, NJ).....literally.... and they are incredibly difficult when it comes to delivery. I cannot order online and get delivery. I call for delivery and I can't get the same deals I can get online---the deals that are offered publicly on their website. So, that basically negates an convenience factor I would hope for with Dominos. If I'm leaving my house for take out it will most certainly not be for crappy Dominos food--I'd rather hit up a diner instead. read more

I would actually give them 0 stars if that was possible. I was quoted 24-34 minutes as the time frame for my pizza to arrive. An hour and a half later I still didn't receive it. When I called it, all the did was give me an attitude about it. They told me "oh we are sorry there's nothing we can do, we only have 1 driver." Extremely unhealthy yet extremely irresistible at the same time. The pizza is what you'd expect from a place like this which is ok. The delivery service is what really grinds my gears with this place because they can sometimes take very long amounts of time to deliver the food. The best desert is by far the lava cakes. When you can see the manufacturing number of the lava cake on the bottom of it it's your lucky day. RIP cinnasticks read more

I placed an order online for a sandwich at 12p got a call 10 minutes later from a guy at the store saying they were out of something that wasn't even part of what goes on my meal I said okay it's no problem he said ok I have one delivery before you I'll be there in 30 minutes. An hour goes by so I call and some girls answers says she has been calling me and a guy was answering, she reads back my number and says it wrong she had been calling the wrong area code even though the number was correct plain as day on the order. she said well that order was canceled because we are out of tomatoes. No apology for the fact she wasn't even calling the right number and no explanation on how I got a call from a man there already that told me they were out of something completely different and that the was on his way, according to her the order was never worked at all. I ordered online and paid with card so I was already charged - she didn't even try to offer to start the order and deliver it now instead, she was rude and honestly the people that work here can't even get a small sandwich order correct I wouldn't trust them with any orders at all. Told an hour delivery and didn't show up!!!! Awful!! Called 3x and said I its way. Never showed up!!!! Done!!! Never again!!!!

They advertise that they're open to 1 am on Friday and Saturday nights. I made 3 call starting at 12:15 am to 12:30 am. The call was answered by a machine giving me the specials then telling me to wait for a team member. After another 90 seconds it hung up on me. Like a fool I did this three times. I decide to drive there since I was coming home from work late and wanted to pick something up. The open sign was lit and the door was open. I go in and a woman from the back comes up and asks what I want. I tell her about the calls I made. She then tells me that she's closed due to no drivers being available. I tell her I never wanted a delivery in the first place. She then tells me that the owner knew she wasn't going to be answering the phone. I call the next day and am told that the employee from the night before was lying. The owner didn't know and there were drivers available. I very rarely eat dominos pizza but I worked a late shift and wanted something to eat before going to sleep. When a business screws around like this one did it's not worth going back to them ever again. It's clear to me that the management of this franchise has no idea what it's employees are up to. read more

YEA HELLO 911!!!! I HAVE AN EMERGENCY!!! Today, I had tHE WORST pizza I have had in my LIFE EVARR!!!!! The cheese, lemme tell you about the c h e e s e. If you can even call it cheese at this point. It was DROOPING off the edge of the crust and when I pulled out a slice, ALL THE CHEESE SLID OFF and I was left with a messy piece of CARDBOARD with MARINARA SAUCE E V E R Y W H E R E. I have ordered from this location multiple times in the past and I have had DELICIOUS pizza but this occasion is inexcusable. Placed an order at 6:49 PM, and was told delivery time of 37-47 minutes. Waited until 8:00 PM to call... tried to call twice but was hung up on both times. 8:30 PM and still a no show. Last time I order from any Dominos. read more
