Very dirty place with stale pizza. Employees are rude. They are never on time and will treat you bad.

I sat at the bar because the wait for a table was long, and the service was excellent. Each of the bartenders was friendly and attentive. Although I sat at the bar, I had a peach iced tea and one of their seasonal mocktails. Both tasted fantastic, and I didn't even miss the alcohol. For dinner, I had the Bader Sting pizza, which featured soppressata, mozzarella, tomato sauce, and hot honey. It was fantastic. My mate had the grandma pizza (mozzarella, pecorino romano, pesto, garlic, tomato sauce, oregano), and it was equally delicious. Since we were served bread before the meal, we could've shared one pizza since it had 6 slices, but I was glad I had leftovers. All in all, I had a great experience at Woodstack and look forward to trying their wings since I saw so many orders coming out. Plus, there is a happy hour during the week from 3-6 pm with great food and drink specials.

We had the Salumeria (cheese and meat board) special that was a huge portion! Definitely a good amount to share with a group of 4-6. I wish the seafood was a bit larger but otherwise it had lots of great flavors. Their espresso martinis were delicious!

There is a lot of good pizza in a 20 min radius but Third Proof really stands out. I did not know until I went to write this review that they recently got a monster score from Portnoy, it was fully earned. Friendly pizza joint vibe with great pizza (and chicken parm) made with care and great service. We tried the New Haven style and a Vodka Parm. Being from the New Haven area I had a high bar they need to hit and they did. Perfect thin crispy crust with a touch of char and the right ratio of mozzarella to a delicious sauce with some salty parm to cut the sweet brightness of the tomato sauce. Bonus, it was even cut New Haven style with imperfect small to medium slice size. I don't know if they adjusted after Portnoy made his comment about the slicing style, but well done! Now for the chicky chicky parm parm.... Exceptional - What a huge surprise, delicious crispy thin chicken cutlets topped with delicious creamy vodka sauce and melted mozzarella. And they offer them in 4 different styles. Will go back very soon to try the others. If I had notes - slightly less mozz to checked ration and get a little more brown in the cheese. For a chicken parm it had such a light and flavorful feel. Often times too much sauce and gooey cheese overwhelm the chicken and at Three Proof the perfect chicken stands front and center and is well complimented by sauce and cheese.

We ordered the garlic knots and love that they offer options of marinara or vodka sauce- vodka sauce please! Also had the New Haven since it's not super easy to find around these parts. The garlic knots were disappointing. Not fully cooked on the bottom and some piles of u distinguishable dough but the tops were lightly browned. Perhaps the oven was too hot? Not sure, vodka sauce was great and we loved the fresh generously grated cheese on top but we stopped after we both noted the mushiness of the knots. Consolation was that the flavor was there, just lacking on the cook. On to the pizza- a pie that shows well both on top and bottom. Sauce forward with a good bit of tang and the right amount of cheese. We felt it was a solid pie and while maybe not in the 8's for us, certainly the mid to high 7's. Aside from the knots maybe having an off day- service was very friendly, kind and accommodating and we will one day trek back to try the standard cheese pie! The place was packed for a random Thursday lunch so thats a great sign!

I like their thin crust, tomato sauce and fresh toppings. This family run business has always been competitively priced. I stopped by on a weekday around 5pm. The business sits at the intersection of RT. 46 with a jughandle right in front. Sometimes it's difficult to get get in or out. This is a dine-in or takeout restaurant. The dine-in side has been relatively newly renovated and is warm, cozy and aesthetically pleasing. I ordered the Chicken Marsala ($21.25). The chicken was cooked in a Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms and shallots. This was a well done tasty Marsala wine sauce with moist chicken pieces. It's BYOB. I always carry a bottle of wine in the trunk of my car because I travel a lot and often eat at BYOBs. The calamari ($9.95) was a take-out. It was not tough and chewy like some calamari can be. The calamari had a light crispy coating

What arrived did not appear to have burrata on it, but instead looked like a different melted cheese. I called the restaurant and asked if they could replace the pizza. I was told a replacement was only available for pickup, and that I would have to place and pay for a new order if I wanted another pizza delivered. When I asked for a refund, I was told I needed to contact the third-party delivery provider because Dough does not process refunds for online delivery orders. I then contacted Toast, the platform used for the order, and was told they could not issue the refund and that I needed to contact the restaurant. I called Dough again, explained the situation, and offered to send a photo. I made it clear that I was not trying to get free food. I simply wanted the correct order. After being placed on hold, I was told that the melted cheese on the pizza was the burrata and that this was how they prepare it. I am including a photo because I have never seen burrata served this way on a pizza. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was incredibly disappointing. I was passed back and forth, offered no reasonable delivery replacement or refund, and ultimately told that the pizza was correct despite what was delivered.

Hands down the BEST 00-Style Wood-Fired Pizza in New Jersey…read moreyou're anywhere near Fairfield, stop what you're doing and get to Double Zero Pizza. I'm honestly shocked this place isn't packed wall-to-wall every night -- this is the kind of pizza you expect to find in Naples . From the second you walk in, you know they take their craft seriously. Stacks of real wood, the authentic Pavesi Italian oven, and trays of perfectly risen dough balls -- it's the real deal. No shortcuts, no gimmicks. Just craftsmanship. I ordered two pies: White Pie with Mushrooms & Olives Incredible. The crust has that perfect leopard-spotted char, blistered just right, crispy on the outside but still soft and airy inside. The ricotta and mozzarella are super fresh, the mushrooms taste like they were sliced minutes before hitting the oven, and the olives add the perfect salty punch. Every bite tasted like it was straight out of a wood-fired pizza boutique. Classic Margherita One word: unreal. The sauce is bright and fresh, the cheese melts into little pools of heaven, and the basil actually survives the oven without turning bitter. Balanced, clean, and addictive. The crust is truly the star -- you can tell they use high-quality "00" flour and slow fermentation. Light, airy, not heavy at all. The kind of crust you want to eat all of, even the charred ends. The owner Mike clearly cares about every detail -- from the dough to the toppings to the oven temperature. This isn't "pizza shop pizza," this is artisanal, handcrafted, authentic wood-fired pizza done right. Prices are super fair for this quality. Cash-only but totally worth it. If you love real Neapolitan wood-fired pizza, put this place on your list immediately. Easily one of the best pies I've had in NJ -- maybe the best. I'll definitely be back .

The ambiance is what one would expect from a casual BYOB -- slightly better than average decor; attentive but not overwhelming service; and freshly-made and tasty classic Italian favorites at reasonable prices. I recently attended a surprise birthday party for a friend at Tuscany Villa and I can't say enough good things about our experience. The kitchen executes well on flavorful and beautifully presented dishes and every member of the staff was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure that our group was well-taken care of all evening. The dinner menu features typical pizzeria cuisine including a variety of slices and hot and cold subs as well as a variety of more Italian favorites including pastas, chicken, and shrimp dishes, which offers enough variety to appeal to everyone (including those with dietary restrictions like gluten or dairy intolerance). It's obvious that the chef takes pride making meals that present well and taste great. It's rare to find a spot that hits the mark on both high-quality cuisine and seamless hospitality. We'll definitely be back! PRO TIP #1: Bring a bottle of wine or beer from home or stop at the liquor store next door for some adult beverages to enjoy with your meal. Tuscany Villa Ristorante is a BYOB establishment and does not serve alcohol. PRO TIP #2: Portions are often generous; consider sharing an appetizer or entree if you're not planning on taking home leftovers.
