Had to wait in store when according to the board my order was ready. Called to tell them about the wrong food. Oh you have to bring the order back. And what wait another 40 mins. I've never had a poor experience at any Dominos (I'm their #1 fan), until today and they let me down hard. I looked at the reviews before I stopped here and remembered laughing at the comment about their poor cutting -- welp it was accurate. They also somehow managed to mess up the garlic bites because mine were solid as a rock and it made it even worse that I used my points to get them. They were super skimpy with the toppings (usually dominos loads them up regardless of the location) and some slices didn't have any on them. Not to mention they left off half of the toppings I ordered. I should've looked at the pizza before I pulled away, but I didn't check it until I got to my hotel 45 minutes away. I just know I won't be stopping here when I come back. The one positive is the girl at the window was super sweet. read more

I had not been to this Dominos in awhile but really wanted some pizza. I saw their star ratings were surprisingly low but did remember my last experience was a good one so decided to go with them. They told me they were really busy especially being a Friday & it would be 45 min. Wait. They had 2 people call out so short handed. I decided to still order. I got a Philly cheesesteak pizza w/ Brooklyn crust and a pepperoni pizza & sausage w/ traditional crust. Well I was shocked when they handed me my pizzas in 20 minutes with a big smile The pizzas looked & smelled amazing, awesome flavor too! Definitely will be back. Prices were reasonable as well. I strongly recommend both these pizzas and the location! The facility was clean looked like it had been recently renovated with two TVs, nice sofa seating w/ booth, etc. I just chilled while I waited after a very stressful week. Horrible customer service. Complained to management about huge air bubbles in the pizza. It wasn't one pizza but two. Called corporate office and Lady said the district manager would contact me. Placed an order on the 5th of March at the dominoes on 9 mile rd pensacola fl food was delivered cold and the order was wrong, reached out to the supervisor and was told that I would have a 15 dollar credit for the mishap. So I waited till the following weekend to replace my order, I reached out to the store and now the routes have changed to where they can't deliver my order, not my problem, Was told by the lady that I would have to reach out to the Cantonment store in which I did, spoke with Matthew and was told he couldn't apply the discount and wasn't finna argue with me about it. I am livid because I paid my hard earned money on your food and the service I've been getting from these 2 MANAGERS has been nothing but a pain. They have been extremely rude and unaccommodating. 1st the manager on duty wouldn't even call the other store to let them know what we were trying to do, just basically tried to send me off knowing it wouldn't be rectified. I spent 25 dollars on bull crap food and all I wanted is for my order to be replaced and delivered as it was supposed to be the 1st time. I will write a review for every store until this is rectified. I tried calling corporate but they are closed but will definitely be reaching out as soon as they are open. This is ridiculous how BOTH these managers handled this situation. Ordered two pizzas. One came with wrong toppings. Called, they were not very friendly. Said they would bring a corrected pizza quickly... almost an hour later, still no pizza. Called they said on the way. Asked about a credit and of course the answer is we do not do that... horrible customer service. They certainly do not adhere to their corporate advertisements on tv. So normally, this is our go to spot for pizza. The food is always tasty and the staff is great as well. But, we decided to get pizza, myself, my husband and my son wanted their own pizza, which I ordered through the app. When my husband walked in with the pizza, we were greeted by fantastic looking pizza's. Unfortunately, this is where our misfortune begins. I had eaten a slice and was happily going to start on a second piece, when I noticed a hair. At first I thought it might have come from our animals etc, that is until I went to flick the hair off but was met with resistance because it was stuck under a layer of cheese! It was gross. I didn't eat anymore of the pizza. Now I want to state the following, clearly. This is the first time this has ever happened and I (didn't) call and report it, I figured it was a one off accident and didn't wish to make "waves" however, I did leave them a personal review through the app but haven't gotten a response back at all. Would I recommend this location to others? Yes, as long as this situation doesn't keep happening but my family and I are going to pass on this pizza place, for a bit. Very polite and understanding when orders are transferred from other store. Lots of little details that need to be addressed and focused. Where's the sense of urgency? How does the delivery driver leave with the order and not the bill/receipt? He shouldn't be offering excuses like "we're super busy - my bad". Don't tell customer it will be 35-45 minutes when it's well over an hour. Should've called to explain delay. Customers believe you until you give them a reason not to. Pizza needs to be cooked a bit longer. Pizza crust shouldn't be runny. The reason why it's a franchise is that it should be consistent from one store to another. It shouldn't be a crap shoot if you're quality and standards are going to be up to par. Politeness only goes so far. If all the other pieces are not there, being polite and $10 will get you a cup of coffee. read more
