It has been a long time since I have actually had disgusting food. Yesterday was that day. I made the mistake of purchasing the 6.99 pizza (of course they said to get that price I had to buy 2), even though I wasn't expecting a great, let's just admit it I wasn't even expecting a good pizza; but disgusting was not on the agenda. The staff was nice nothing special about them, they did their job but the product yuck. The crust was tasteless (yes I am a bread baker), there could not have been more than 2 tablespoons of catsup (can't call it cause), a quarter cup of cheese and a quarter cup of sausage on the medium size pizza. I made the mistake of not opening the box until I got home. I know pizzas in Texas are not the best but this place is the worst. Save your money don't go here. Horrible experience and no appreciation for helping their customers. I went in person for carry out and wanted to redeem rewards, but was told I had to do them through the app. The app shut down on me 4 times and I was unable to complete the order, and the employee and managers were unwilling to help me with the issue. They didn't let me place the order with them and I ended up leaving with no food. They did not apologize and did not care that I left without placing an order. I was upset and they not could care less. When I asked why they could not help me, they told me they are just an "independent franchise". If they really are pushing to stand alone from the corporation, I would think they'd care about helping their customers. I am incredibly discouraged from this experience and will not be returning to dominos anytime soon. read more

Terrible customer service from the manager. When I had a problem with my pizza, the person on the phone told me I was crazy and that he made the pizza himself. I brought the burned pizza with incorrect toppings back to the store to show the manager. After he was rude and condescending, I asked his name and gave me a fake name. Then he just walk away from me and ignored me. Will NEVER order pizza from this dysfunctional restaurant ever again. 6 year customer, gone. Would rather eat Pizza Hut than order from this store again. The childish manager's name is Jon I found out later. Too bad. We hadn't tried their pizzas in a long time - but the cheap price on the roadsign was too much of a temptation to these stressed-out parents. Time for pizza for no reason. We had our fresh-made pizza in 15 minutes - we could watch the progress on the scoreboard. Very clean store, and you can watch everything being made. Both the thin-crust tomato and thin-crust white garlic were hits with the kiddos. Gluten-free crust is available. And the counter folks were very friendly and responsive. There is just a couple of tables, so plan on takeaway-only. We now have a close-by alternative to Little Caesars for cheap kiddo pizzas. read more

My 12 year old niece and her friends typically stop by Dominos after school as a reward if her grades are up, maybe once a week. Yesterday, she and her friends stopped in for a slice. Hot cheese and oil slid off her pizza and burned her arm. She politely asked the employees for ice or an ice pack and they told her no. Several minutes later another boy in the restaurant suffered an injury and they gave him an ice pack. When my sister picked her up the blister was smaller than this picture, but increased in size as the evening progressed. Seriously why wouldn't they have tried to help her? Maybe give her ice or a cold, wet cloth instead of making her sit there in pain with a pretty severe burn while waiting for her mom to pick her up? Pretty disappointed in the Dominos staff and management. read more

This location has limited dine-in seating for about 15 people, pretty cool for a Domino's. Their main traffic is still carry out and delivery though. The place is very clean and the staff was very friendly. The pizzas come out quick, we waited less than 10 minutes for our pizza after ordering. We dined in the store and the hot, fresh pizza was really good. The crust had a garlic butter topping, which was so good I ate all the crust, which is unusual for me. We had the original crust pepperoni, and it was very good. The sauce had a nice flavor and the amount of cheese and pepperoni were spot on. We will definately be frequenting this place. Love that this Domino's is super close to my house. It's a pick-up and dine in. There isn't a whole lot of seating. But there is plenty of room. Seats about 15-18 people. We got the $3.99 special. Great deal for a one topping medium. The crust was super great. It had parmesan garlic butter brushed on it. Best Domino's we have had. They put lots of sauce on it and it had very robust flavor. The amount of cheese was great also. It's only been open about 2 weeks. Very popular. Lots of take-out. Definately will be back for both dine-in and take out. read more

DO NOT eat at this Dominos, unless you want bad customer service! They got my pizza order wrong and had to go back to get the right one! When my pizzas were delivered they were cold and tossed around. I refused to pay for them and the manager calls me to tell me that I had to pay for them and they would compensate me for the bad service. When the driver returned I paid him for my crappy pizzas and there was no compensation offered. I called the manager and asked him about my compensation, he said that he could offer me a Coke. When I told him that was not acceptable, is this the compensation they usually offer for bad service, he said, "No usually we offer a free pizza, but that's only to people that pay for the pizzas." I've tried Domino's a several times even since the menu re-do they did a short while back. I just don't like anything about their crusts, sauce, or toppings. The crust is always too chewy, the sauce is too sweet, and the toppings are rather flavorless for how much salt is dumped into many of them. I had a wing once. It was dry. read more

Let me first off say how much we love pizza and have tried numerous places. Not only is this Dominoes the best tasting, it's EXTREMELY fast and reliable. My food always comes so hot that I still have to let it cool down before eating it - talk about straight out of the oven. The online tracker is accurate and we have never had any issues like we have with other places. For example, i ordered at 719pm tonight and Gerardo was in my driveway at 732. Crazy!
