I've been going to their location in Cedar Park for years. But sine that location closed a while ago I thought I'd try this Leander location. I ordered our usual two specialty pies with extra sauce and pepperoni. These without a doubt were the worst pizzas I've ever had. They should have closed this location and kept the one in Cedar Park open. I'll never go back to Leander again. YUCK! read more

Always fast service and very friendly employees. And the best part is their pizza is great!

I ordered a works pizza, pepperoni pizza, Mediterranean salad and club salad for pickup. The pizza is easy to bake, you keep it right on the tray. The employee there was very nice, and it was ready when I had specified when placing the order. It was okay, definitely a good compromise between fast food and preparing a meal, you can still have a hot and fresh meal with no prep work. For the price point, however, I would rather have gone somewhere else. I think it would be good for the price if you came in when a deal was being offered. read more

We went not that long ago and ordered another one just to try it out since we were in a hurry and it was right by our grocery store that we go to anyway. Seems that they are getting even tighter on the product that they put on the pizza. That will be the last time that we go and pick anything up at Papa Murphy's pizza every time we order one it's the same thing. When we come home we have to add ingredients in order to make a real pizza like it used to be when it first opened. We do not support this business until they start putting more food on her pizza crust!! read more

I ordered my pizzas and was told they were a little backed up and to come back in 25 minutes. Not a problem, I'm a sensible adult and realize it's Thanksgiving eve and everyone has the genius idea to get pizza. So I come back after 35 minutes. My pizzas still aren't ready. Hm well I must be next, right? They tell me there's an order before me and then I'm next. I watch three other people get their orders before me, all of which were offered complimentary salad or cookie dough, one of those people was placing their order when I came back. When my name was finally called, I wasn't offered anything, except a hurried sorry for the wait. It took an hour and a half from the time I placed my order to the time I was walking out the door. I love Papa Murphys, I always have, but I will never do business with them again because of the poor customer service I received. read more

Probably some of the nicest employees and hardest workers ever. I ordered two $5 special pizzas online. It's Friday evening. They had a huge rush earlier because of the $5 special. It was only Christopher and another employee. Only two employees worked the huge Friday night rush! Christopher was incredibly nice and very professional. I have never had a problem with this location. They're awesome! Great job, y'all! read more

I can't say enough good things about this Papa Murphy's. I have been coming here EVERY. SINGLE. FRIDAY for 5 years now. Yep that's right y'all, I've eaten pizza almost every Friday for 5 years now. Managers have come and gone, employees have come and gone, but the newest manager, Sekoyah, is FANTASTIC. To give some reference, i order a large thin crust, double pepperoni, triple jalapeño, and most of them know me as "jalapeño girl." However, new employees (and ones who don't know me) make my pizza WRONG every time. I like to place online orders, so Sekoyah reassured me every Friday she would be there to oversee my pizza being made....CORRECTLY. Fail not, every Friday at my pick up time, there is my delicious triple jalapeño pizza made to the t. She greets me with a warm smile every time I walk in, as well as the employees who know I'm frequent. This Friday, I had someone else pick up my pizza, and along with my perfectly crafted pie I received a little note and a couple coupons from the manager. This place is a must. The people are friendly, the pizza is good, and man...they sure make my fridays great. Thanks Sekoyah, you're truly the best. read more

I've always loved Papa Murphy's and was very happy to see one so close to where I live now after a move from Oregon. The employees are nice and I've never run into an issue with wait times. My only complaint is that lately there have been a few times when I'll order a family size pepperoni and they're really stingy with the pepperoni. I'm not sure the person making it realizes that the pepperoni shrinks when you bake the pizza. I've also noticed that the crust is thinner than I usually get, especially since I didn't order a thin crust pizza. Otherwise the pizza is very good but the lack of pepperoni is kind of disappointing and next time I see it, I'll be mentioning it in person. read more

Ok, had to do another review. I was very unhappy with the visit before this one. We went in Friday night and they were pretty busy. I put in my order and waited. After a while I noticed most of the people who came in before me and some who came in after were already gone. The manager hurried up to me and said that my ticket had been misplaced and they were working on my pizza. She apologized and gave me a ticket to get a free pizza the next time I come in. While not perfect, this is definitely an improvement. And as always, we enjoyed our pizza. read more

My first time at Papa Murphy's it came highly recommended by a friend. The food is really good however the customer service not so much. The manager of this establishment is a joke, the poor girl working looked extremely overwhelmed and he left her to handle multiple orders to take his "girlfriends" phone call. Not to mention the store was filthy, as you sit and wait you can tell they do not bother to sweep under the equipment. Not sure I will be going back especially to this location. read more

Pizza is always good, but the customer service is lacking. We ordered online and asked our daughter's boyfriend to pick it up. He asked if the order was complete and was told yes. Well, it wasn't. When I called to tell them that they forgot our salad, the manager was dismissive and basically told me to come get it now or later. When I asked him to remove the charge from my card, he seemed bothered. And...never once apologized. I never walk away from here feeling like they appreciate my business. read more

Pizza is almost never ready when it is supposed to be. Ordered online at 12:30 to pick up at 1:00. Got there at 1:45 and told my pizzas weren't even started yet and it would be about 15 minutes. Employee was busy, and I understand that, but shouldn't online orders be completed along with other orders instead of being placed on the back burner? Really don't understand why online orders are made to wait. read more

Great pizza, but, it's 430pm on a wednesday and they only have one guy working until 6pm. The wait is a bit much...

I love Papa Murphy's but this location has exceptional staff who are friendly and engaging! Good job!!!
