Potbelly is usually my go-to for sandwiches, but this was my first time trying this particular location. Overall, it was a very good experience. I ordered "The A Wreck" as part of their Skinny Sandwich + Salad deal -- any skinny sandwich and any salad for $12.99. I also added the chips and drink combo for $4.99. For about $17 total, I had lunch at the restaurant and a perfect salad to take home for dinner, which felt like a great value. The sandwich itself was good, though a little on the greasy and salty side. I think that may have just been the one I chose. I still enjoyed it while dining in. The salad was fresh and exactly what I wanted later that evening. The staff was amazingly friendly, and the place was clean and welcoming. I'd definitely come back! Rhet was an excellent manager from what I have experienced, but have yet to meet new management. Hopefully they live up to our expectations; so far they have not. Ordered the Powerhouse Salad and Garden Vegetable soup from here. Delivery was fast and easy! Salad was packed full of goodies! To that note, I always find these take out salad bowls tricky to mix up as the ingredients tend to escape the bowl as soon as you start mixing. After topping the salad with their balsamic vinaigrette, I dove in. Greens along with tomatoes were crisp and fresh. The chicken was well seasoned and accompanied with the vinaigrette had lots of flavor. Hummus was creamy and went well with everything else. Avocado was green and just the right texture, I liked that they chopped the hard boiled egg for easier mixing! The vegetable soup had a good balance between acid and salt in the broth and the veggies were nice and tender. A pretty good value considering what you get! I just went to Potbelly for the first time. I got an Italian and a Pizza Melt. Both were very good and the drive thru service at this location was great. For me, a great sandwich has to start with great bread. Potbelly has great bread. The ingredients in both sandwiches were very good. I went back after a hiatus. They still have the same poor customer service and people. I placed an online order. I picked it up via the drive-through. I was told to pull forward at the speaker to the second window. I sat at the drive-through window for 3 minutes. The guy came back and asked what was my name again. I waited another 5 minutes and he came back and said, can you pull forward? The guy stated he would bring the sandwich out. It was a sandwich that was supposed to be ready at 1:30. All of this went on while I was inside my pickup window. They could have fixed my sandwich while I was there. I pulled forward and waited 10 minutes. I eventually went into the store. The guy brought me the sandwich I paid for when he saw me walking in. I reminded him about how he said he would bring it out. He stated I did not see your car when I went outside. I'm finding that during Covid a lot of places are losing employees and some are struggling to give good quality customer service. Well, this particular store, gave me amazing customer service after I ordered a sandwich 15 minutes before they closed, picked it up, took it home and it sucked! I got a meatball sub and it was dry and not pleasant at all. I made a call to the store, spoke to the manager, he apologized profusely And offered to make it right. (and just because I'm not in a-hole who believes in blasting a company for one single mistake, I prefer to give them the opportunity to make it right. It's how you take care of me during and after the fact that matters more than that one time, they dropped the ball on my sub. I have had sandwiches from this place twice and both times were a bit sad for me. I felt like they were being a bit frugal on how much toppings or meats they put in but I thought I would give them another try and one again it was the same result. I got the meatball sandwich and the meatballs were cut into small pieces and spread out thing throughout the sandwich. I thought these guys were supposed to be on a different level so I didn't dare compare them to Subway but now that I have tried an identical sandwich from both places, I feel like I would definitely say if I ever crave this sub I will now choose Subway over Potbelly. I still wanted to give them at least two stars for the cleanliness of the place and the service. The employees were nice and the restaurant had a very neat feel to it. I would have to mention that the place was empty and it still took quite a while for out sandwiches to come out. Potbelly is my favorite hot sandwich store. They're in my good books now because an item that I loved and is now off the menu (the veggie sandwich) is still taught to employees although it's been renamed - the mushroom melt. It's just on their secret menu now. I always get it with EVERYTHING on it (except maybe oil) and have never been disappointed. I tried their broccoli cheese soup as well last time and would get it again. Surprisingly, this location has a drive through - but it's a bit hard to find. read more

I love potbelly and come through often but the last few times I've ordered a baked potato soup with the bacon and cheddar (which costs extra) they forget to include the toppings. Twice ordering directly through the drive thru and now over the app and they still forgot. Quite annoying when to me the toppings make the soup and especially since they cost extra. I asked for no mushrooms and there were mushrooms on my sandwich, also, my sandwich was burnt and lighter than the Mac. Moving into the Mac, it was over cooked noodles in a grey plastic tasting sauce and wasn't good quality. The shake and the customer service was very good, but if this is what I can expect then I see why the line was nonexistent. read more

Let me just start by saying the food is great. I've been to numerous locations and they are always consistent and tasty. The customer service at this location during my most recent visit was not great. They weren't all that busy and it took a long time to get our order. While waiting, we were asked, "what did you order again" numerous times. Rating would have been a 1 or 2 had the food not been great, which it was. I'm hoping the customer service will improve since this location is still fairly new. If not, I have no problem driving to the Mopac location. read more

Every single time I go through this drive thru my order is wrong. I asked for wheat I get white I ask for dr. Pepper I get diet. I ask for avocado ( which u pay a 1$ more For like a single slice) and no avocado I asked for cucumber no cucumber. Its like really how hard is it to get the freaking order right?? Potbelly has great sandwiches always with fresh ingredients. I love that they have a drive thru at this location. My favorite is the turkey with tomato, mayo, lettuce, oil and Italian seasonings. I also love their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. My husband loves the Wreck which is very popular especially if you add bacon. They have sides, chips, cookies and shakes. Atmosphere is casual, service and food are great. Not a restaurant where you have to wait a long time for your food. read more

Really liked my sandwich here! Italian had everything in good proportion, and loved the hot peppers, I now understand why they sell them by the jar to take home. There was a long time in line, a little after one, especially since you have to split time with drive thru orders. First time at a Potbelly's. Loved the sandwiches and the decor. The problem was that all the tables needing bussing and the restrooms were not particularly clean. The place wasn't very busy and once we pointed out the tables, the staff did work on cleaning up the tables and floors. Their reaction was very attentive.
