The new NY pizza was spicy hot, and just meh ok, but the wings were absolutely Gross! The bbq sauce was super heavy & thick, not sweet & good like Pizza Hut! Ok consistently problematic with this particular location since we moved to Centralia. Once it was burned (earlier review). Then every pizza had jalapeño taste on it, despite nothing we ordered had jalepenos. Then one time it took a really long time for the delivery to arrive. Most recently I ordered (and paid) online and asked my son to go pick it up. When he got there he was told no to go orders had my name on it. When he got home and told me I called them and they said he gave them the wrong name. They said MY SON didn't tell them HIS MOTHER'S correct name. Really?... I'm pretty sure in his 26 years he learned his mom's name. He had to go back a second time to get the order and there was no compensation offered for their inability to provide the order the first time. I've had it with this place. Pizza was actually very good . Wings were very small . Garlic bread was delicious. However they add on 5.99 USD for delivery without telling you . Not good customer service. Tell people up front. The bill suppose to be 24.99 plus 7.99 which was 33.00 USD. Then was 43.00 USD. With tax. So I ended up getting more cash. They could just let you know when you call and give you your total before they arrive. Especially since we were at Great Wolf Lodge. Thanks goodness my daughter brought extra cash or we would Haaretz had to run back to the room since they can only come to lobby. Every. Single. Time. I order food for delivery, there is an issue. One time, it was very clear they had a cheese pizza that had already went through the oven and for whatever reason they didn't use it, so they slapped some pepperoni on it and threw it back through the oven. The pizza ended up overcooked with pepperoni that just fell right off because the cheese was already hard when they put it on there. Their delivery is horrible, it is usually the same person that takes almost an hour to get there even though I am 10 minutes tops from the restaurant. They don't always properly update their tracker so you don't know when they have actually left the restaurant (it seems they are confirming the driver left when the driver actually doesn't leave for another 10-15 min). I have stopped offering from Domino's because the one here is really just that bad. read more

Ok, how the hell do you not know how to cut a pizza ?? Holly hell. I couldn't even rip through the pizza the rest of the way. I literally had to cut the pizza my damn self. And my pizza was dry as hell no sauce. Here are some pictures of how bad it was. You should be able to grab a piece of pizza and pull it out of the box with no problem. I literally picked up the entire pizza when I tried to grab one piece because the pizza was still held together so good. I will never go back . After a wonderful wedding at the Red Barn, we returned to the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, tired and hungry. At 11:35 we called Pizza Hut and they said that delivery stopped 5 minutes before our call (11:30). They get kudos for referring us to Domino's when we asked who might still delivering. We placed our order and were told that it would take an hour to an hour and a half. But were pleasantly surprised when 30 minutes later, our perfectly prepared pizza was delivered. Worst Dominos I've ever experienced, and that has been consistent with every order I've placed here. Domino's in general has great tasting pizza, but this location in particular really skimps on the toppings. Either the staff consistently aren't paying enough attention to detail, aren't trained properly, or they are directed to do so to lower food costs. Just used their website for the first time to order a pizza. Great experience! I was a little concerned I would not have enough choices to customize my order, but I was pleasantly surprised to see I could get everything just the way I like it. Triple cheese, light on the sauce, two toppings I wanted with how much to apply, and crust type I like. They even included the coupon I had with no fuss at all. I placed the order and then the fun started. The slider on the website showed me when Kayla made the pizza, when it went in and came out of the oven, when it was quality checked and when Kristine left to deliver my order; all the time playing pleasant music I actually enjoyed listening to. My only personal contact with the store came from polite and personable Kristine who did a lot to top off the experience. THE WORST PIZZARIA EVER! I wish I could add - 1 Star! They are rude on the ph. The pizza, pasta, chicken bites and cheesy bread were all burned. To the point I thought a pasta noodle was a French fry with a dollop of Marinara sauce. As I opened the other boxes the same BLACK hard goo was around each item. One star is way more than this place deserves last night we order $95 worth of food and they put a finger nail clipping in our food. I called the manger and she was like not possible I will have our driver pick up your wings. I was like will you remake them for us and she said no we have done that too much for you. Granted we order about three times a week and spend upward of $300 here a week. With as much as we order we are gonna have trouble. Most of the time it is them out of stuff ALL the time like toppings. Once they were out of sausage, beef and pineapple all on the same day. We carried out this day and watched Candace substitute sliced sausage for regular and says it's all the same don't call the customer they won't know as her employee was going to call. Their excuse we ran a half price pizza sale two weeks ago and are running out of stuff. Really don't you get an order in there. Next time they were out of BBQ sauce for the wings, the next time it was Sprite and most of the time it's Cherry Coke. If you have customer that orders three times a week and always orders two cherry coke you think after a month they would make sure they had it on hand. Next time I had a driver pound my door like he was trying to break it down not even a knock but a closed fist pound. Then when he handed me a coke not a cherry coke he told me I ordered coke I said no I ordered a cherry Coke he screams at me it says right here you ordered COKE. I said hang on let me call your manager and he ran off with my pizza. I called the manager was told they would be remade and they were just brought back ICE COLD. Whenever I call in and order bone in plain wings cause my son is gluten free and they are cheaper than the tiny gluten free pizza we get GLUTEN bone in wings. I've been looking for good pizza like I remember from when I was a kid for years now. I actually only ordered from Domino's because it was the nearest place, and wasn't expecting much. But wow, it was everything I've been missing! The soft crust and perfect balance of cheese/sauce, generous toppings... everything fresh, no canned mushrooms or anything. The online order form confused me a little since it asks about cheese and then offers you cheese choices in toppings. Still not real clear what's going on with that. I ordered from Dominoes located off Harrison Ave in Rochester, WA. After speaking with former employees who worked there, it wasn't a shock how rudely a woman by the name of Candace finished my order. I was having a relaxed day and the weather was nice. Until when i picked up my food order. I've been a manager in food service for over 7 years and in all that time i've never been treated so rudely. Talking "shit" about me behind my back with other employees as im picking up my food, ask who would think this is acceptable behavior. In short, I want this employee written up, suspended or terminated from employment. Looking at past comments, it appears she has worked there for years, and still treats customers this poorly? Everyone goes thru rough times; thats understandable. I've had employees who went thru something similar when im in charge. But, thats no excuse to treat customers so rudely as Candace did. This staff was working on Saturday April 4 2020. Funny, I was willing to tip nicely for how quickly they finished- and that quickly went out the door when this 'short' attitude little girl was rude and disrespectful for no reason. Each pizza was LOADED. Also, may I suggest you try the marinara sauce in lieu of the robust sauce and also try the Brooklyn Style crust.
