Most of the time I've gotten it here, the chicken is fine but the bun is kinda soggy at times and the mayo and lettuce is not as much as other places. The kids always get burgers and they love them ... so that's good at least. Other positives are that it's usually clean and the condiments counter is fully stocked. So, all in all, it's okay. I could understand if I got a large meal or one of their premium "deli style" sandwiches, but this was ridiculous. And furthermore, they had the audacity to tell me to pull forward out of the drive thru to the front of the store for the fries to finish cooking (did not give me what was already ready), despite the fact that there was no one else behind me or in the drive thru line at all, nor did anyone come through while I was waiting. I totally understand if they need to keep the lane clear for customer flow, but if I'm the only one in the line it is frustrating to have them tell you to go somewhere else and wait an unspecified amount of time.
