Basically same story as some of the other reviews. Tracker said it left, and was 15 min away, 35 minutes later it arrived, and not hot. Maybe Luke warm.... Also paid for extra sausage and cheese, I would have been disappointed if it showed up as the normal portion.... Had people over and put in a big order. Tracker says the driver is on the way and 5 minutes out. 20 minutes later it shows as delivered but it wasn't delivered to my house. Called the store and they actually picked up the phone (rare at this location). Told me the driver was a good driver and basically called me a liar. Asked me if I wanted them to remake the order and I said yes. Person on the phone said that's not going to happen and hung up. It's always a risk at this store. Food is rarely on time and when it is actually delivered the quality is inconsistent and usually not that great. They don't care about customers. Find another pizza place read more

Ordered 4 large one-topping pizzas. 2 thin crust, 2 Brooklyn crust. One of the Brooklyn crusts were awesome. The other was super thin and burned, over cooked and the cheese was over cooked. The thin crusts weren't great either. Tried to call a few times but they never answer their phones. Will not order from this dominos again. read more

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE, OR WORK HERE!! I was a driver here for a little over a month. Horrible experience. Management does not care about food quality, cleanliness, or employees. They re-label expired bottles to make them appear new, use pizza dough and screens that fell on the floor, half-ass dishes, and overall violate all health codes. Pizza makers are told to under top pizzas to save money. Management also takes tips from drivers and pizza makers. read more

It showed that my pizza was ready for delivery at 6:40 and it didn't get here until 7:01. The first pieces were fine and then the rest were sticking to the box. I opened the box for the lava cakes there was no visible powdered sugar and one was smushed. I got an email as I have done numerous times before stating that delivery was not what they hoped it to be and to make it up to me I can get either 60 points towards something or 50% off my order yet I have to use it in 7 days and I have to pay another delivery fee. I have never used them because I never found anything wrong except for this time and heck if I am going to be ordering another pizza from them in 7 days. What I want is a refund for this crap. There was nothing bad about the delivery guy Calvin it was that it took 21 minutes from when the pizza was pulled out of the oven to get to me when I live 5 minutes away and that the cakes didn't have powdered sugar and smushed. read more

Me and my family ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and a thin crust fillet cheee steaks they were both burned,dried out, barely any toppings ,tasted like cardboard and it tasted like pizza that was reheated multiple times in a row. The crust was thinner than thin and really burnt to the point it was like a chip. I totally do not recommend ordering from this location. Just wanted to post a note about the exceptional service and honesty we encountered with one of their delivery drivers Phil. Without getting in to all the details, there was a mix-up with a transaction between Phil and my teenage son a couple of nights ago. It was an honest mix-up between both parties and neither did anything wrong. Two days later Phil stopped by our house to make sure all was resolved! What a great gesture from Phil and it is so nice to see that there are some great people in this World! I understand that restaurants can be busy. I worked in food service for a long time. However, the lack of communication from this store is unbelievably unacceptable. I have called the store several times within an hour time frame and not one person has picked up. My order that I had ordered well before closing time never showed up and I was left all night wondering if it would come or not. Online it said pizza was delivered but it sure as heck was not!! If you actually want to receive your pizza don't order delivery from this store. The employees/store manager need training as to how they should pick up a phone when it rings. Worst pizza I have had in 20 years. I worked for Domino's and I know why it was crappy. The dough was not allowed to rise long enough and the crust was a soggy mess. To add insult to injury they didn't get the topping right. I know I'll get a free one if I call but this is the third in a row that's been sub par. I called 4 times before I drove up there to order my pizza. When I got there it took a little while for whoever it was to get to me. From what it looked like, there was 1 person working. He took my order and as I was waiting the phone rang and rang and rang. By that time some more employees had came in and were helping him out. I pointed out that the phone was ringing, and his reply was that he had a lot of people call and hang up on him so he wasn't going to answer the phone anymore. I told him I was trying to contact them earlier by phone and he apologized. The only reason I order from here is because it's supposed to be convenient. Literally half a block from my house. I order from this Domino's on fairly regular basis, and usually the experience is positive. Occasionally, something is missed, but they've always been good about making it right, and the delivery drivers have always been friendly and professional. Professional, that is, until tonight. I ordered pizza and a few other items (lava cakes, icing, sandwich). It was my daughters's 15th birthday, and she wanted Domino's. It was estimated that the order would take from 47-57 minutes, and I've usually found that those are conservative estimates and that I usually get my order either in less time than that or on the lower end of their estimate. Tonight, however, I received a call 32 minutes after I placed my order from the driver, stating that she was lost. I live on Excelsior Blvd in Minnetonka, and it's extremely rare for people to have a problem finding my place, but she was in the city of Excelsior and wanted help. I voiced my frustration to her, then gave her directions to my place, which I thought was probably 5-10 minutes from where she was. When it got to be a full hour from when my initial order was placed, I called Domino's. It turns out, she didn't like me telling her I was frustrated, so she went back to Domino's without delivering my food, but didn't bother to tell me she was doing this. Also, nobody else bothered to tell me this either. The manager seemed to think he was being gracious offering me half off my order. I wanted it free, and maybe that wasn't completely fair on my part, I will admit, but given that I didn't even get an apology, I decided that I no longer wanted the pizza. Also, my daughter had by this time fallen asleep, so I ordered from Papa John's and will probably order from there from now on. read more

I'm 56 years old. Praise when I get good service & seldom complain unless warranted. I have been ordering Dominos from this location and the predessessor store previously located on Hwy's. 7 and 41 in Shorewood for 17 years. Ocassionally an order would be incorrect- we are human. If the order was completely off, I would call. The order I placed previous to this one included a gluten-free pizza. BTW, not only would I rather eat my step mother's SOAS, the pizza was v/pricey and made incorrect.ly I called the store. Graciously offered to re-do or, offer a free pizza on the next order. I asked if the free pizza could be non gluten free- "No problem". Today's order went v/ poorly. Was told I must order a gluten-free pizza to replace freebe. Eventually capitulated but gave me a total of more than cost of two $7.99 pizzas w/tax- let alone anything free. I got cut off. Called back and was hung up on (%(&!%@!!) I went to store. Domino's has the fastest delivery of all the local pizza joints. I've barely placed my online order and they are ringing the doorbell. 15 minutes! My order is always exactly as I placed it. Never an error. Pizza and pasta are good too. I recommend Domino's. read more

The pizza I ordered was a hand-tossed dough. I haven't had a bad experience with this type of dough. Overall, I think Domino's offers one of the best pizzas and sides. Prices are competitive with other pizzerias, and the Team Members at this Domino's are the Best!!! read more

If you want to experience left over pizza without having to wait a day, this is your place. My pepperoni and cheese pizza was delivered more than 45 minutes after the tracker said it was out of the oven. It arrived ice cold - looked like it had been left out all night. The parmesan bread bites were ok, but I ordered 2 garlic sauces that weren't included. I had given up on this place a few months ago for the same reasons of being slow and inaccurate with orders.
