This BWW gets really busy. We try to avoid going here on Tuesday/Thursdays when they have deals. The staff aren't very helpful with determining wait times it's more of a turn away system. Pretty good food and service here. We came a little early on a Friday night and got a seat right away but it started to fill up. But what we noticed is the floor was really dirty, straw wrappers left in the window sill, and the booth wasn't wiped down before we got there. I would figure it should all be taken care of before the Friday night rush. As for our food, we always enjoy the house sampler and I really liked one of the new chicken sandwiches. This was my first experience at this location and I thought it went perfectly! I ordered through the app and showed up to pick up my food about 10 minutes early (this was 11:50am on a Wednesday so I was expecting a lunch rush since there are a lot of business's around the area) and walked up to the counter to give them my name and to my surprise my lunch was ready! I know it was Super Bowl Sunday, so very busy. I called in a take out order at 2:00pm and asked for a 5:45pm pick up time. they accepted my order. I went to pick up my order and was met with a long line of people waiting for their orders. I waited over 1 hour for my food to be ready. this is totally unacceptable. they seemed to have a sufficient number of staff on hand. it seems to me that this was a huge error on the managements part, they must know what capacity of orders they can fulfill and never should have accepted that number of orders that they could not fulfill. Even worse, management showed no concern or apologies to the waiting crowd. if they had at least offered apologies and perhaps a free drink or gift card to somehow compensate the people for their time and trouble it may have helped. Terrible. Ordered door dash tonight and it cost $45+ for a chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. The order came and the sandwich was the size of a White Castle sandwich and we upgraded some items and none of them came. We paid extra money for absolutely nothing and the sauces were all wrong. I will NEVER order from this place again. Theres so many restaurants you have access to now through door dash and we have never been so disappointed in an order before. I was told the game wasn't available for a Packers game, and they played baseball and a different game on the main-screen after I asked, and another guy at bar commented too that they should have it on it wasn't just me. They finally put it on one of the tinier TVs after teasing me and I was not impressed, just because I'm female doesn't mean I wasn't interested in watching the game. I usually do the carry out so I call in the order and just pick it up. They normally have it ready to roll by the time I get there. When I get home I do pop them in the oven for 5 minutes at 450 to crisp them back up. Those bad boys come out ready to roll at that point. My go to fav are the Asian zing. They pack just a little bit of heat with mouth watering flavor. I also gravitate to the honey BBQ. They are good but lack the kick so they balance good with a half order of the Asian zing. Want to go balls to the wall hot? They have that too in the Blazen!!! God help you the next morning if you go with that one though. Prices: for 24 boneless wings it will set you back about $22. Thus if you don't need boneless hook yourself up on a Tuesday for 1/2 the price. If you do decide to eat in just a word of advice that the place is usually really busy. If a game is on they will be packed because they have 4000 TV's inside to watch. That's a lot of TV's I know!!!! Overall, just a good place to watch a game, have some wings or grab a beer. Went to BWW for the BOGO (buy one get one) offer per the BWW app. When the server came, we showed her the BOGO app that had the BOGO offer and I asked "So we can get 30 wings for the price of 15 and she responded "Yes that is correct". So we were surprised when the bill came and the cost of wings were over $3 higher than the cost of 15 wings. When confronted, the server tried to explain how they calculate the BOGO. I wasn't buying it and said, You agreed that we would get 30 wings for the price of 15 when I asked about it. She had the manager come over and he gave a BS explanation about how they calculate the BOGO bill. I responded that their calculation isn't BOGO if the price isn't 30 wings for the price of 15. The manager wouldn't change the bill. This business is dishonest and their BOGO offer is not a true BOGO. I don't think we will ever give this BWW restaurant our business again.
