I am a domino's fan, but will not be going to this location again. They have messed up my order on 4-5 different occasions, back-to-back. They have always been friendly and quick to fix it however. But they messed up my order again, so I called them. They gave me a $20 credit for the inconvenience. Last night I ordered pizza for delivery to use that credit. Confirmed the credit on my account on the phone. Ordered pizza and the total with delivery was $20.56. I said I will pay the difference with cash upon delivery. They get here and they didn't put the credit on my receipt. I had them call the store to verify the credit, they ran the numbers again and said I now owe them $5 for delivery. How does that make sense, the order was $20.56 including $4.99 for delivery? How do I still have to pay $5 after a $20 credit? They didn't fix it either and I ran out of energy to fight them on it, and my pizza was getting cold. I feel annoyed and cheated. I'm not happy about the service I was given by the driver Craig. I had a contactless delivery and wasn't able to turn my porch light on because I realized they didn't work so he called me and said that I need to turn it on. Then he pulls to the end of my driveway and makes me "walk to the light of his car" and at this point I've already told him my lights don't work but he then repeats saying I need a light on with attitude and was just giving me attitude the whole time. Then he tells me I need to sign the receipt so I do and give it back to him but then again with attitude says I missed the total line and says he made a big circle around it. We have been ordering your pizza for at least 15 years since we arrived in Chaska (the one on Chestnut St. The last two times we ordered, the pizza was cold, and had the wrong toppings on it when we received it and opened it. It had taken about an hour to arrive. My wife called this time to complain about it, and it took three people in order to connect her to the manager. The manager said her name was Kubota. She was angry when she answered, and then extremely rude to my wife. She told my wife we were now on a do not call list, whatever that means. This dominos updates me that my food is ready then doesn't update me for another 40 minutes. Meaning my food sits, cooked, and ready to go for 40 minutes before leaving. If the wait is going to be for so long then just prepare the pizza later. Also I'm not sure how I was delivered a browning salad with questionable chicken 6 days before the expiration date. I ordered a pizza at 6:05 and after waiting a hour and a half I called to find out that they thought it was for pick up. I did give my address and even asked if this was enough food for delivery. The workers at this store are always energetic, positive, and seem to operate as a "well-oiled machine" as a team. We order pizza from here about once a week - sometimes delivered, and sometimes picked up. Everyone we've interacted with has been friendly and very nice. We haven't had any trouble with placing orders online nor with placing orders by phone, and I can't think of a single time in over a year of ordering from them that there was a problem or delay with our order. read more

So this Domino's looks like it is out of some futuristic movie. Very clean, very well setup and always busy. The only issue I have is that it's hard to get into the parking lot so delivery is definitely preferred for this location. One time on a deliver they marked the pizza as delivered at least 20 minutes before it was. It caused me to call the store to check on the order and they guy admitted that the manager likes to mark them delivered before they are to meet numbers. I've also ordered on the road only to have the app tell me my pizza is ready as I pull into the parking lot...and again it looks as if the pizza was not ready for another 3-4 minutes. That seems shady to me. It was delivered in the time frame they told me so I can't complaint too much but seems like they might be cooking the books a bit. I ordered pasta alfredo for takeout. There was so little sauce that my pasta was still crunchy. This has happened more than once now, and now that the app does not allow you to ask for extra sauce (which would equate to the bare minimum amount of sauce it would take to receive pasta that is not crunchy), I am ticked off. My family orders from this location more than once per week, and if the owner does not make mama bear very, very happy now that I have left a message with him, I will never, ever order from there again. The workers are friendly but don't try and order delivery especially on a weekend night Their delivery service is unusually slow. 2 hours for a pizza delivery?! Then they send you a coupon apologizing and asking you to give them another chance. Only to be disappointed when after 1 hour the pizza tracker shows your food is still being prepped. They must not have enough workers. Even when we tried carry out it still took 45 minutes. Go to the Chanhassen location your food will be ready in under 20 minutes. read more

From oven to door it took Domino's 1 hour and 9 minutes to deliver a cold pizza. Due to such a lack of service I only tipped the driver a dollar only to see two days later that my credit car was charged $3 more than what I had signed the receipt for.
