I asked her to let me talk to the clerk and was told we would be getting a 20% coupon on our next order, WHICH IS OFFERED TO EVERYONE ONLINE! I asked to speak to manager and she said we could get a free drink or a brownie but that would be an addition wait to make it. That should have been offered upfront not after!! We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. Received them and one of them wasn't our pizza. We called the store to get a replacement and they had attitude because we were asking for them to deliver the pizza we ordered. We were hung up on. Called back and they tried to just give us a store credit. We said we didn't want a store credit, we just wanted our pizza. The women Candy who said she was the manager huffed and said they would have it sent out. We ask they not knock because now the kids were sleeping and we didn't want the dog to wake them. About 45 minutes later they very loudly knocked, causing the dog to go nuts and when we went outside to get the pizza there was a half eaten, saliva covered candy cane on top of the box. When I called to let them know what the driver had left us the girl acted like she didn't know what a candy cane was and then hung up. I called back and asked to speak to the manager she just laughed and then hung up. My boyfriend called and asked to speak to a manager and got Candy. She said she checked with her drivers and none of them have had candy canes and that some one in the 30 seconds it took us to answer the door, walked up my drive way, passed the delivery driver, slobbered all over a candy cane and left it on the pizza box and then ran off. The pizza from this location has always been good, and delivery service is always wonderful. However carry out always seems to be an issue here. I have tried the drive through window and sat for a long time being ignored while people walked around inside before just pulling to the front and going in for my pizza. (Which completely defeats the purpose of drive through) Then, I recently opted for curbside delivery at this location..checked in online and put my hazards on like it said. Sat for 5-10 minutes, then moved to a parking spot right in front and still nobody came out. Eventually went inside and told them I was there for my curbside pizza. Was given it with no apology for them not realizing I was there or anything. A week ago I ordered food from here and they forgot the sauce I paid for. Today I ordered the same thing but forgot a topping. Plus my sandwich was destroyed in the box and covered in oil. The delivery service is good but they need different people in the kitchen. Absolutely horrible. This place is the bomb!! I drive a truck and I was picking up a load in town. I sit in line for a couple of hours sometimes. This is the only place that I found that would deliver to me (to my truck at that).. Food was hot and customer service was great!! We have never been disappointed with any location, but this one had us scratching out heads. After ordering on line to be delivered to our hotel room, we called to let them know we would like the Gluten-free pizza we ordered cooked 1 and a half times (due to the crust not being cooked to our desired doneness, this was advice from our local Domino's). The girl who answered our call denied our request saying they couldn't take it from one end of the oven to the other?!? Then told us to put it in the oven after we receive it. We told her this request of ours was advice received from another domino's location and that we didn't have an oven in the hotel room, upon which she said "Put it in the microwave then!". She said this with a asinine tone that was almost offensive. Her attitude was horrible, as if we where asking WAY to much of her.
