We decided to order wings from Wingstop for the first time in Cleburne. Don't believe we will be doing that again. The wings were tough, with no taste except the sauce, and not even warm. When I say the wings were tough; they were dried out like they were cooked previously and sat under a warmer or something until an order was placed and then sauce was poured over them. I picked them up right away and we maybe live two minutes away, so they should have been a little hot. Honestly, the Hickory Smoke BBQ sauce is terrible. Taste like someone poured a bunch of liquid smoke in BBQ sauce. I don't recommend to anyone. NASTY read more

It was packed and many people were waiting for take out orders when I was there. The crew was working very hard to get the orders ready and out to customers. The wait was reasonable and the food hot and delicious. Needed extra crew, but they were all busy taking or preparing orders so no one was left to clean or bus tables. read more

The fries ordered were way overcooked and stale. I did order well done fries but they were cooked to the point they were all crunchy like chips, and the fries that weren't crunchy tasted stale. I will also say that I saw a female staff member (with light brown long hair in a messy bun) in the back preparing wings stick her finger/hand in her mouth while she was saucing wings on the line, and did NOT wash her hands. The night staff did not toss any of the wing orders because they was being lazy and didn't want to have to clean/wash the bowls out. They instead put the sause in our chicken box and then put the wings inside the box from the grease. You could taste any seasoning at all. I tried tossing them in the box and it still didn't taste like what I ordered. It was as if they put more of the sauce base and less off the dry seasoning. Very disappointed and then the workers acted like they didn't care it was so many returned orders this night. I heard the worker tell a lady this isn't Raising Canes. Wingstop in general is an awesome chain. Consistently good wings and service. Been eating at Wingstop for 10 years at least. I used to go to Crowley bc it was the closest now I go to Cleburne. It's always hot and fresh. In general this Wingstop isn't a "happening date night" kind of place. Not sure any Wingstops are. But I love Wingstop and Cleburne location never disappoints. 09/26/2022-Went to Wingstop tonight to place a walk-in order for some wings for the Cowboys game. I got there at 6Pm which allotted plenty of time to get back home and eat the wings. I waited TWO HOURS.....TWO HOURS....for my "All-in bundle" At one point the lobby had approximately 15-20 people waiting on their orders...one lady said she placed her online order at 3:30pm and set it to pick up at 6pm. She walked out at approximately 6:30pm-6:45pm. I want to brag on the THREE WORKERS that were working on a busy Dallas Cowboys game night, and trying their hardest to keep up all while still answering the phone/placing walk-in orders. I observed the hardworking staff get cussed out about 2 or 3 times. This issue was not those three employees fault!! There was no manager on duty (probably didn't wanna miss the Cowboys game). These employees were working hard, but management screwed them!!!!! I really did feel bad for the employees!!! When I finally got my order at 8:02pm the employee apologized for the extremely long wait. Again, I want to stress I am not upset at the employees working, but whoever is in charge of scheduling, and decided to only have 3 workers on game night at the only good wing joint in the entire city! I guess my request REALLY put him out. He sighed and rolled his eyes... AT ME! Oh no you didn't!!! Why don't you change your attitude, Son, and fill up the ketchup dispenser that I just spent 10 minutes trying to get enough ketchup to dip a fry into. It's hard to screw up chicken wings so the food was good. The location is clean but not sparkling like most other Wing Stop locations in which I have been. Again, wasn't offensively dirty; but, obviously the employees do just enough to make it presentable. No above and beyond here... ESPECIALLY the customer service. This is my first Yelp review. Literally, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The 2 ladies running the register (Jayla was the only name on the receipt, one had very fake eye lashes) do not care if the order is right or wrong or if the food is served cold or hot or if you even get your order while dining there. They don't even know how to correct the receipt when they take an order incorrectly. The owners should teach customer service 101 to the staff, because there was zero customer service skills on display. Additionally, the ladies were very mouthy when asking for correction. I don't typically eat chain restaurants and this is why! This is not your typical Wing Stop. Customer service is horrible, all of the employees do not for one minute care about their jobs. French fries were brought with no seasoning (which Wing Stop is known for) and the we're over cooked and old, cold and hard. We asked to have them tossed in seasoning and they were brought back to us with a no season and a container for us to put on our selves. Well I'm sorry that didn't work for me, especially since they were cold and old. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, but after that I asked them to make fresh ones with seasoning.
