You do order at the counter and they bring your food to the table. The pasta was a little overcooked but not too.much. if you like AL dente you should probably request that. The sauces were fantastic Chipotle cream sauce was amazing. I ate my whole plate! Comes with plain bread. Garlic bread is extra. I didn't have dessert too full. You will enjoy!

You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. Only saw 1 person at the counter and she was very friendly but I was a little thrown when the kids drink that comes with the meal is fountain drinks only but there's no option for juices. All were sodas and the Fanta orange was not mixed right and tasted sour so we were forced to use tea. Definitely would suggest being able to get a lemonade bottle in place of sodas for kids or bringing in a juice option. Loved the complimentary bread that dipped well with the sauce of my Sorrento dish but I would certainly suggest a dipping sauce to go with the bread but it was still a nice touch. Our adult entrees were plentiful and full of flavor. I loved the capers and mushroom mix in my Sorrento dish. Shrimp portions are skimpy but for the price can't complain. We were a little disappointed with the portion received for the kids butter noodles. Thankfully our child loaded up on the bread.

Disappointing experience and definitely not worth the price…read more This was our first time trying Marvinos, and unfortunately, I can say we will not be coming back. We were seated quickly and ordered our food shortly after arriving. However, it took over an hour for our food to come out. During that entire time, no one came by to check on us or give us an update. We could see several waiters standing around talking, which made the lack of attention even more frustrating. Eventually, a waiter came by and asked what we were waiting for. I told him we had been waiting for our food for over an hour. He went to check on it and came back saying it would be "two more minutes." I ordered the 12 oz American Wagyu New York Strip, medium, with mashed potatoes. I have never had to wait that long for a steak, especially at this price point. When the food finally arrived, the steak was extremely disappointing. I ordered my steak medium, but it came out very unevenly cooked. Parts were closer to well-done while other sections were still medium-rare. Only about a third actually being medium. It was also tough and lacked flavor. After waiting over an hour, I expected much better. The mashed potatoes were actually good and probably the only part of the meal I really enjoyed. For dessert, I ordered the tiramisu. It was okay, but nothing particularly memorable or worth mentioning. We also witnessed a very concerning situation at the table next to us. Their left over food had apparently been lost, and when it was brought back out, they were given someone else's leftovers. The customer immediately pointed out that it wasn't his food, and the restaurant had to make him a new meal because he understandably hadn't touched it. Overall, we paid about $155 for two, and for that price, I expected a much better experience, especially in terms of service, food quality, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the long wait, poorly cooked and tough steak, lack of service, and the situation we witnessed with another customer made the experience very disappointing. Definitely not worth the money or time.

My family and I stopped by Backdoor Pizza and were greeted by a genuinely friendly staff and a laid-back atmosphere. It wasn't a rushed dining experience--in fact, our food took a while to come out, and somewhere along the way my son's pizza order was missed entirely. Not ideal when you're dining with a hungry kid. That said, what stood out was how fresh everything tasted once it hit the table. The pizza was hot, made-to-order, and worth the wait. Nothing felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. The ingredients tasted fresh, the crust had a great texture, and you could tell care went into the food. The real surprise of the night? The fried Oreos. Crispy on the outside, warm and soft on the inside, and just the right amount of sweetness. They easily stole the show and were the highlight of the meal for our family. While the timing issues and forgotten order keep this from being a five-star visit, the friendly service, quality food, and standout dessert make it a place I'd be willing to give another shot. Every restaurant has an off day; what matters is whether the food makes you want to come back. In this case, it does. The fried Oreos alone might be enough to get us through the door again.

It was a great choice the restaurant was clean and our server Rayne was great. She was bubbly and attentive. My wife ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with a bowl of chicken and gnocchi soup. I got the Spaghetti and Meatballs with meat sauce and the SALAD!!! I also got a grand pour of the Chianti Classico to go with it. The Breadsticks and Salad! If you're an aficionado of this restaurant chain then you know these two items are what makes or breaks a restaurant that bears the name Olive Garden, and this location passes. The breadsticks were fluffy and fresh. The salad had crisp lettuce, the tomatoes burst with flavor, and the banana peppers added that tangy zing. My Spaghetti and Meatballs with meat sauce was good. Olive Garden isn't the best but it's nice and I love the vibe I get there. The Chianti Classico was a little too acidic for my taste but it paired well with the spaghetti. My wife's Fettuccine Alfredo was good. I'm not a fan of Alfredo but this seemed very classic and not slopped with that heavy white sauce. It was just Parmesan and butter. The Chicken and Gnocchi was the best. This soup is my wife's favorite and one of the reasons she wanted Olive Garden. I love it too, the chicken is always well cooked and the gnocchi is a soft delicacy soaked in the herbs and spices of the creamy broth (this makes me want another bowl.) I highly recommend the Olive Garden in Cypress near Fairfield.

I was VERY disappointed with our most recent visit here. My wife and I, accompanied by our teen…read moredaughter. were celebrating the 31st anniversary of our first date, which also took place at an Olive Garden. The evening started off with my wife being DRENCHED with a spilled glass of ice water. The bussing associate was very apologetic, but it was a harbinger of things to come... We had wet menus, wet flatware, and a wet table because the mess has not been cleaned up appropriately. I ordered soft drinks for my wife and daughter, and a beer for myself. The drinks came soon, but the appetizers and entrees had been served with no sign of the beer. I questioned our server, who stated the bar was "pretty backed up". A few minutes later she reappeared and reported the 22 oz beer I ordered could only be filled a third of the way because the keg ran out. She offered to substitute with a different brand, but this was already at least 30 minutes into our meal. I told her to just bring me what she had. Minutes later the manager, sans a name tag, showed up at our table with the pilsner of beer and asked again if I would rather have something else. As we were pretty much finished up with our meal, I stated the glass she brought me was good enough. I assumed the glass filled with less than 22 ounces that I ordered would be charged as a 16 oz, as that was about how much liquid was served. Alas, the only thing said manager did was apologize again, called me "darling" in a very condescending tone, and deducted the cost of our appetizer from the bill. I noticed the menu prices had increased significantly since our last visit a few months prior (e.g. the Never Ending Alfredo Sauce dish had been raised to $4.99 from $3.99, and the entrees were about $2 more), but the service has diminished HORRIBLY. We will NOT be visiting ANY Olive Garden location again anytime soon... P.S. If you have never had Adriatic Cafe, you DO NOT know what you are missing!
