I enjoyed the hoagie although I'm still trying to wrap my head around spending $21 for the hoagie drink chips and tip. They spin the screen around with that tip screen lol They had a steady stream of customers coming and going. They only have bottle sodas and you can get small or bigger bags of chips. The menu is a little complicated IMO if you don't already know what you want. I would look it over before going. Overall I think the food was better quality than other chains but it comes at a price. I love a good hoagie! I'm glad I finally gave this place a try. I ordered online and did a pick up order on Sunday at lunch time. First off, the primo size hoagies are huge. They are at least a foot long and full of meat, cheese and veggies. I could have shared mine with someone. They seem pricey but for the size it, it worth it. We ordered the Italian and the Audiablo. Both were good but I preferred the Audiablo way more. The Audiablo is turkey and roast beef and had Italian seasoning. I added oil and vinegar. There was so much flavor. The Italian was packed with deli meat and cheese. I would have liked it if I didn't have the Audiablo to compare it to. Went in and an employee informed me to come back in 30 minutes because she was on break. She informed me that she was the only one working from the entire shift. My husband and I drove 45 minutes to this nearest location so we were willing to wait. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 start instead of 1 is the reason employee then realized we looked disappointed and attended us 5 minutes later. We were patient with her. Primo is not bad at all. It's been a million years since I was on the east coast and had a "hoagie" from here. Ultimately this place can make a sandwich every which way. The deli meats/cheeses used are good. Cut super thin. Served nice and chilled. Not like some other chains that warm/heat/toast their subs. It's called cold cuts for a reason folks. Serval tables lined against the wall for your dining needs. Only issue is beverage products. I prefer coke. They offer Pepsi. Overall good experience. Friendly staff. Worth trying. I was excited to discover this little gem on Highway 6 as I love hoagies and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Italian although I got it to go and did not eat it for a few hours. It was absolutely delicious, beautifully crafted with top ingredients. The sesame seed white bread was delicious, plenty of meat, the onions which I usually would skip were a nice touch. I am also a big fan of Jersey Mikes. They make a great sandwich but this hoagie was better. I came in during a slow time around 4:30 and was the only customer. The employee took a while to make the sandwich but I was so worth it. The inside ambiance was simple and basic but clean and professional. I am definitely coming back but my big decision will be whether to get another Italian or try something new. read more

I miss the crab cakes, steamed crabs, steamed shrimp with Old Bay and all the local sub (another word for Hoagie) shops. What is special about this place is it started out in Philly. Even know it has greatly expanded into other states via franchising. It has kept its original authentic sub. You will not be disappointed with any of the hoagies. Now that a location is within 10 miles. I will be going as soon as possible but I already can taste the sub/hoagie. Please try it. FYI, Maryland was the first state under the Mason Dixon line. The bread and meat they use is high quality. The sandwiches are unique and yummy. Not your typical subway fare. You definitely don't build your own sandwich here. I made that mistake. I ordered a cheese and bread sandwich for the littles and they charged the same as they would for a deluxe sandwich I paid $12.99 for that. Learned my lesson! There is not a drink fountain here and they do not provide water cups. They do have bottled drinks for purchase though. read more

I was not disappointed; it was delicious: I ordered the roast beef with Swiss, toasted with vinegar, dressed, and I don't even have pics because I gobbled it all down. The counter guy was very nice and polite and helpful, asking if it was our first time and helping us order. The bread was good too, more like ciabatta to me, but it held up to the toppings. My husband got the Italian primo and it was huge, sloppy and again, delicious! For 29$, I thought it was reasonable; you won't need to get chips! Service is fine. But Over 20$ for a 9 inch sub is ridiculous. I order a Philly. It's not fresh... meat already cooked and bag in plastic onions pre cook, they warm it in an air fryer oven. This shouldn't be over 12$. I wouldn't come back because of the over priced food that is an easy sandwich to make fresh. If it was freshly made they could justify those prices. But when you have the brisket and rice place right down the street. You get fresh food and more of it at the same price. read more

The sandwiches are very good! I luckily fell in love with their sandwiches when a young man worked there. Unfortunately he left and they hired a girl named Anna. I have been bothered with her for a while figuring this wouldn't last long; however she is somehow still employed. She is never welcoming, she stares at you while parking hoping you aren't going to make her work, she can't multitask, she always acts like she is too busy when you walk in like you're inconveniencing her; to see she is only cutting meats, or wiping a counter, she will finish the task before greeting you or taking your order, she NEVER answers the phone. I have given her the benefit of the doubt many times to be disappointed when I pull up and confirm she is the staff who isn't answering the phone & when asked why she doesn't answer the phone she says she is too busy (no one is in there & barely any online orders on the rack). I could never understand this because everyone who has come & gone from this place has been able to juggle phone calls, walkins, online order, being pleasant and helpful. I will call; if there is no answer; I will not go, if I drive by and see she is the one working I will not go in. I have refer people to this place and they have all had issues with her. She unfortunately is causing people to take their Business elsewhere. I hope the owners see the complaints about her because I know I can't be the only one. read more

The mild Italian Sandwich was pretty tasty. I asked to taste a meatball while I was there. It was the soft, processed kind similar to Subway. Meh. I opted for the macaroni salad. Wish I didn't. Quality cold cuts, breads and cheese but I very cheap on portion. I ordered a cheese steak with extra meat and extra coopers sharp cheese. Since my last order was the same but minus extra steak and cheese and I felt like it was a great sandwich but the sandwich was lacking meat and kind of dry with such little amount of coopers sharp cheese. After ordering the extra steak and cheese I would think it would have corrected this but I was still served a skimped sandwich. The cheese steak had just a slight more same amount of steak as a regular order and now even more dry due to such a small amount of coopers sharp was added. I don't know why they are gate keeping the cheese on the sandwich. I was very disappointed with the portion and will not go back again since I spent a lot for the cheese steak and not worth the price for such poor portions . read more
