The 2nd one was also made wrong, I called and was given a credit for a free pizza next time, if that wasn't enough, when I opened the lava cakes they were burnt...smh...do these people not check the food they send out? I would leave zero stars. If I could they charge me $17 for a carry out of 699 and they put toppings on it. I order from Domino's quite frequently but recently I have not been getting what I pay for. First of all the app does not allow you to add as many toppings as you want Even though we're the ones paying for it. When I do order extra toppings I do not receive them on my pizza. I have taken multiple pictures, I have called to talk to the managers only to be hung up on, and every time that I have went in they are very rude. I have seen them come from the restroom and not wash their hands before returning to work as well. I have submitted complaints but I do not want a free pizza I want what I pay for because on the free pizza if I get extra toppings that I'm paying for I still do not receive them!!! read more

Well let's see the ordering process was the only thing that was positive. We literally live around the corner and yes we should have went and picked up the pie but it was late and we were tired so what the heck, 40 minutes later still nothing so we get a text Evan is on his way in 2 minutes. WRONG. We get another text Evan went and delivered across town 22 minutes later we received our cold pizza. Evan decided to be a little cute with the wrong ones. I'm sorry you have other deliveries but you chose this job not me. Don't give me attitude when things go wrong and you mess up. Pizza was cold and nasty attitude was unnecessary. Though the pizzas are always good here, today, we went in early -- pizza order was for pick-up but we were half an hour early. Didn't matter -- we'd wait. While the employee was making pizzas, she had five phone calls, all put on hold, because she was the ONLY PERSON in the store. She also answered the phone WHILE making the pizzas -- with no gloves on, so sanitation is questionable. Good thing the pizzas are cooked at a high temperature. But since she had to do both, there was really no choice for her. Now, I'm all for keeping costs down, but she was overworked (and probably underpaid) in this situation. The people on hold were on hold for most of the time we were there waiting, maybe 10 minutes minimum. I can't imagine being on hold for any length of time in a pizza joint! The worst customer service and most unfriendly manager in town! I ordered my pizza over the phone for pick up ...I get there and there is a lady making pizzas when I walked in who said nothing ...I went to the pick up area and waited till finally some other employee asked if she could help me ...the board said my order was ready so I told them I was there for a pick up ...she asked how I was paying I said cash ...she said I would have to wait for the other lady (the one making the pizzas who I first saw when I walked in) so I waited ....while she continued to make other pizzas. Then she finally came over and asked the name in the order ...she told me my total ....I counted out the money. She took it and said nothing . No one said anything else. Not thank you, not have a good day, not even here's your change...no napkins or toppings were offered ....other employees there ...no one had the time of day for walk in customers. Maybe they are nicer if you have it delivered??? Don't know but shouldn't matter. Their customer service sucks here for sure! Do NOT order from this establishment. They have absolutely AWFUL customer service. I ordered two separate pasta meals to be delivered. Both were completely the wrong items. Not just one wrong ingredient added, which we would overlook, but completely the wrong items with the wrong sauce, ingredients, etc... I called to ask for the restaurant to make our correct orders & they would not comply. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that she was very busy (at 2:30 p.m.). The manager, (Sara/Tara-although I seriously doubt it was the manager)-after much argument on my part, finally came to the phone and stated that they would remake the order but would only deliver it after charging us again! LOL-I already tipped the driver 25% ($7.05) when the first wrong thing was delivered. Just finished throwing both wrong items into the trash and telling Dominos that I would not pay to reorder the same exact thing that I had already ordered.... ***Edit: After speaking to the delivery driver, Terry, I feel better. He was kind and actually listened to what I was saying. He delivered our correct orders at no additional charge. If someone from Dominos happens to see this review, you need to hang on to him because I was getting ready to plaster an awful review on FB and Twitter. Our company decided to try Dominos for a change... Big MISTAKE. Placing the order was a joke, the "young lady" was very rude. Upon, picking up the order she told our employee to hurry up because she had to answer the telephone. My take out got really screwed-up. Went to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready. They couldn't find it. Finally found it had gone out for delivery but would be right back. The new Domino's is clean, modern, and serves my food hot and fresh, but there is a sense of small-town charm that they lost when they moved locations, which is why I deducted a star. Before, the staff recognized me as soon as I walked in the door. Now, I feel as if the customers barely get a second glance and the staff is not nearly as friendly. read more

More than once my family has ordered pizzas, both using the app and over the phone, and we have received pies missing vital ingredients. Most recently we received a pizza without cheese, before it was the sauce and pepperoni missing. The pizza is standard fast-bake style, so it's nothing fancy, but it would be nice to actually get what is ordered and paid for. I can say that the delivery drivers are always extremely friendly and professional, which I appreciate. read more

Check your order. We were missing one of two salads and when I called the young lady said she would send the delivery man back as soon as he got back to the store. After waiting, I called again and she had forgotten to send him back. I told her to just cancel it and credit my card. Apparently, that can't be done so she got the manager on the line. She said she would put a credit on my Domino's account. I think I lost out on this one. Also, we got no napkins, no salt or pepper and one fork. Usually love ordering food from here. Ordered 2 pasta bowls and stuffed cheese bread. First off, like I said usually love this place but tonight I don't know what happened. Second I paid 6 bucks per pasta bowls, the pasta had hard ends and there was just enough to cover the bottom of the plate barely... third, my stuff bread most of the cheese and spinach was in the middle not spread out like it usually is. If I'm using my hard earned money to eat out no matter if it's fast food or a sit in restaurant I expect to get good service and good food, or I will take my business elsewhere. This Domino's never disappoints! Food is consistently good and they always get our order right. Also they have very fast delivery. 7:00 on a Sunday night and they were here in less than 25 minutes. Best thin crust around, too! read more
