Even though the employee saw it happen and Dominos has carryout insurance, when we asked for a replacement they said we had to pay for it. listen. i love your guys's pizza. little flat sometimes the dough has been left out too long at times but please follow the rules on the alfredo pasta. maybe one of your employees left it out too long and forgot about it only to put it back in the fridge upon seeing it. this causes the alfredo to become bad and can cause food poisoning. which is exactly what i was told i had at the hospital and this exact food was the cause of it. if i were you, i wouldn't eat the alfredo at all due to the high risk of this. this is the second time it's happened. read more

My wife and I ordered Ceasar Salads at Dominos this evening. The lettuce was wilted and the salad was tasteless. We understand that these are "kit" salads; nonetheless, they were terrible. I've ordered for take out so many times since it's right on campus. Just had it again yesterday. My love for pizza never dies! It was really busy and they messed up my order when they forgot one of the large pizzas, but the guy ended up giving me the pizza for free along with the lava cakes! So they made up for their fail. I just want to comment on the store's management. This store lied about their own promotion. They put a promotional flyer on the store's window offering "$7.99 for 3 topping pizza all day". When I want to order the offer, its employee said the offer ended on Sunday. What? Why didn't they take off the flyer if the offer was no longer available two days after the offer ended? He said I can ask their manager if I want to. This is not about 5-7 bucks. This is how this store lied to their customer. My kids actually love to eat pizza from Domino. Sometime in 2001 it was around 11:00 pm in Miami, FL, I was with a friend and we were hungry. The problem was that everything in town was closed except Domino's. We called and ordered our first Domino's pizza ever. It was really bad, the sauce was the worse. Obviously I never ordered that pizza again. A couple of years ago Domino's had some very good promotion and I'm cheap, I couldn't let it go so I tried it again. At that time I was living in DeKalb, IL and I went to the Lucinda branch. Big surprise!. The pizza was delicious. Nothing even closed to my 2001 experience in Miami. It was very easy to order online, the guys were very nice and the pizza was so good! Terrible first time (and last) experience. Just wanted some pizza. Was told it would arrive in 30 mins and after an hour wait i called to figure it out. The manager was rude. Told me i was fishing for a free pizza and my order hadnt even left yet. Gave me crap when i complained that my wait had doubled. And then hung up on me when i asked him to cancel my order. Won't bother to come back here. Ordered 2 large thin crust 2-topping pizzas for a total of $23. I'm a senior citizen, so I've eaten a lot of pizza over the years. Whoever put these pizzas in the oven obviously either doesn't know how to bake thin crust pizza or they were too busy being distracted elsewhere. Both pizzas were burnt. The crust of thin crust pizza should never ever be a deep dark brown. Burnt crust on thin crust pizzas basically makes them inedible. That's all ya taste is overcooked crust. Whoever baked the pizzas fell down on the job & whoever was at the checkout counter & should see them before giving them over to a customer fell down on the job. Anyway, I won't be back here. The pizzas went into the garbage. Should've taken them back but we don't live close enough to waste the gas to go back. Learned a lesson tho. Next pizza place I order from in DeKalb, I'll definitely open the box & look at the pizzas before paying. Didn't have to do that when we lived in DuPage County. I looooove dominos pizza, so delicious. The only issue is that the guy working there with the red beard is pretty rude and whenever I pay with my credit card and he does it, I get charged twice. Very annoying. So if you go, make sure you pay with cash or have someone else run the card for you. I ordered through Domino's website last night only to never receive my food. I will first admit that I did not update my phone number from a recent move. However, when I ordered online earlier this week the food was delivered in a timely manner. I waited an hour before calling only to speak with Dan the Manager (who would not state his last name). Dan first tried to cover up any mistake and then claimed that my order had no apartment number on it. Hard to believe since I had ordered with the same saved address earlier this week. When I asked for a discount or to include the breadsticks I had ordered at no cost he told me he couldn't do that. When asked why, Dan stated that he did not have the authorization despite being the on duty manager. I still wanted my order just with some compensation for an error in their computer system and the now cold food is being offered. He could not even offer to throw in a two liter. Instead, Dan proceeded to decide for me that he was cancelling my order and then hung up on me. When I called back to get his name and when the General Manager would be in the store next, the cashier failed to place me on hold as I heard Dan say in the background "what does this asshole want now". Overall it was one of the most unprofessional managers I have ever dealt with. I am no waiting to make sure that the charges to my card are refunded. read more
