Upon arrival, the entrance door was propped open due to what I assume the A/C was not working based on how hot it was in the lobby. I asked to place an order at the counter and the female employee stated, "We are only taking online order". Ok, no problem. I go outside, sit in the car to order online and I am still not able to order online. So, I went back inside and told the same employee that I cannot order online either. The system is not taking any orders. I quote word for word from the female employee "We turned online ordering OFF because we are very busy right now. You can try and place your order later". REALLY. You just told me less than 5 minutes ago, I had to order online. I saw four employees, two sitting in chairs in the kitchen area, one employee walking around, and one employee filling up the ice machine. No wings cooking because I could clearly see all the cooking fryers with empty baskets. Also, there was not one customer in the lobby.
