New pasta items are actually really good - The thin crust pizza is good but almost actually too thin and then the hand tossed is sometimes too thick so it's just hard to get it right I guess depends on the night and the who's tossing the dough read more

Went inside I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 chorizo. I waited patiently. I watch a maintenance man changing light bulbs. It was 2 pm One lady making an cooking. So I keep seeing Domino's ads for the 2 medium, 2 topping pizzas for 5.99 each. I tried ordering online, but the price wasn't coming out for the special price so I called the store. I found out that pretty much anything and everything is an upcharge. So much for the "special" price. Too complicated and TOO MISLEADING for me to participate. That's too bad. I was actually looking forward to it as a well-deserved treat. I didn't ask if the box was included in the special price...I can ONLY HOPE! Since the new renovations have been completed this location has declined in all areas. What used to take no more than 30 mins for delivery now takes well over an hour for COLD pizza. Usually something missing from the order, if you even get your pizza at all. Tonight's delivery is on an hour and fifteen minutes after sitting at the store for 45 mins according to the app. Whatever changed about this location along with the renovations has changed it for the worst unfortunately. read more

This place is absolutely terrible. We ordered 2 medium pizzas. The tracker was moving along normally until it said "we're double checking your pizza" whatever. it was like that for over 45 minutes. then when I called they said the pizza was on it's away. waited another 30 minutes.. still no pizza. called again & they said the same thing. now I'm sitting here waiting an hour & 45 minutes after I had ordered. what a joke. never ordering from them again. read more

Food is on par for the chain but horrible service. Went in and placed my order after having difficulty placing it online and would not discount it because they were not a corporate store. This is a franchise so they are unable to take online corporate coupons.Went back to pick up my order and they had forgotten a pizza but was never told this just had to listen to them discuss how they saw it on the screen and thought the other one had made it. Then a driver came in and said he dropped an order all over his car and a customers driveway. Finally my last pizza came out and was told "Sorry for the wait, hope you have a nice evening". I would give less stars if I could. When I have actually gotten my order delivered correctly they have been good. Unfortunately, it rarely is correct. The last time I ordered, it was a pizza is chicken, bacon and BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce. It took 1 hour and 20 mins to get the pizza and then it had only cheese and bacon. I called and they offered to bring me another but at that point I had waited too long and was promised that they would send me one the next time I ordered. Yesterday I called to get a pizza while watching the football games. I was put on hold for 12 mins (long time if you aren't calling for tech support). I get that because it's Sunday and people are ordering pizza and watching games. But when I got somebody on the phone they said it was because they had TWO people in the store. That seems like poor management to me, being that it should be one of the busiest days for pizza. To top it off, they told me that no notation had been made to my account and they show no order history from my phone number (I've ordered about 50 times from this number in 4 years). Needless to say, I wasted my time, didn't get my pizza and will be never be ordering from here ever again. Gave them many, many chances. read more

Food is delicious and people who deliver are super nice. My only complaint is that they have a $20 limit on cash and when I try to order something that adds to 88 cents or so over they say I have to use a credit card. I will not do that. they forgot my ranch i paid for. but did deliver it on another trip. the chicken bites are small and not much meat to them. the chicken pasta , there was no chicken except a very small shredded piece and mushrooms and onions were left out!!!!!!!! now my second order of sausage pasta i ordered extra sausage and they left out onions. but im giving them another chance cuz the taste of pasta is good.... if they can get toppings right. read more
