Taylor was our server, who was super sweet and was able to answer all of our questions. Don't hate, I did forget to take a pic of our food. #Sorry I had the half rack of ribs with coleslaw and beans. The hubs had the flying pig with beans and mashed potatoes. The hubs loved the beans, which has brisket and grilled onions in it. I thought it and the Cole slaw were on the sweet side. The ribs were cooked very well, some pieces had little meat, but the taste was worth it. The hubs stated thy the turkey and pulled pork were exceptional. The table comes with three sauces to try with your meal. I like hot, although feel the hit was still a little too sweet, the hubs loved the original. Lots of drink options! Service and food give it 4 stars. Things to consider, Turkey and sliced chicken could use an extra slice or two for the price (serving comparison to others in the industry). First and last time eating here. Came in with high hopes but they quickly went away. Service was very subpar, we were not checked on since our food came out until the check was brought. The only hot food item were our fries and the only seasoned food items were also the fries, which is very sad considering this is an establishment known for BBQ. My wife's brisket was cold, my half rack of ribs were cold, both being extremely bland, along with mashed potatoes being cold. We had also ordered two margaritas and they were awfully made to the point we didn't finish them. Looking for some BBQ in the area. Read several reviews from the Rib Crib. The food was great. We got the dirtier deed which is a sampler of most of their product. I will say they had run out of brisket, to me that means it's fresh every day. The ribs, pulled pork sausage were great, additionally we substituted chicken and catfish for the brisket both good choices. The catfish was really good. Growing up in Florida Fat Boys was the BBQ place and their beans are amazing, any place in Texas is usually serving pinto beans with BBQ sauce. After running errands all day we stopped in here for the first time. We have zero complaints. Ribs fell off the bone, sausage was delicious, and sliced brisket was extremely tender. My wife and I ordered two PIGMAN Brisket sandwiched (pulled pork, and sausage topped with pickles, onions, and our secret sauces). The sandwichs were delivered cold to our table. Prior to receiving our order a food runner brought the wrong order to our table. We then watched the food runner take the order to one other wrong table before finding the correct diner. This is probably the reason our order was delivered with cold sandwiches. The second issue was a dirty table. We informed the waitress that the table was still dirty from the previous diners. The waitress retrieved a dry rag from the waitress station and wiped the table down. No disinfecting solution was used to clean the table. The debris was merely smeared around the table. However, we're creatures of habit around here and most everything seems unappetizing when we're going round and round about where to eat. And since neither my husband or I had tried Sherman's newest restaurant, we decided to walk on in. We were seated at a table less than 5 minutes after arriving and almost immediately had a sweet waitress taking our drink orders. The menu is varied, but isn't too overwhelming. Hubs ordered the St. Louis ribs plate and I took a Smokestack BBQ Sandwich. He thought the ribs needed more seasoning, but then again, he's a salt fiend. I was pleasantly surprised with the sandwich. Great bun, tender chopped brisket, not too greasy. The fries were spot on and plentiful. I also ordered a side of cole slaw, but wasn't a fan. And at $1.99 for an a la carte side, I was disappointed to leave it sitting there. Overall, it was pretty good: staff was friendly & attentive, food arrived quickly and I'm surprised to say we'll definitely be back. We were going to another place when she saw "RibCrib" from the highway...well we had to check it out and got around to doing this on Sunday June 16th. We arrived around 3 pm and they were BUSY, but did have room for us. Quickly had our order as well. She got the Baby Back ribs (Original style) and I had the Spicy Yard Bird (chicken and hot links). We kinda split the sides since mine only came with corn on the cob and fries, plus a slice of toast and she ordered the onion rings and fried okra, and also got a corn on the cob item. Both of us enjoyed our lunch. She noticed they left the membrane on the rack before they cooked it....not the best move and I noticed the hot links weren't all that hot, but I fixed that with some sauce. These two things cost them a star. Service was awesome! Parking can get difficult in front when busy, but there is more parking around the side. We'll be back for sure. read more

my son ordered Mac n cheese after his first bite I watched him pull a hair out of his mouth. We politely informed our waitress of what happened and she took his plate and sent the manger over. The manager came over and informed us they were making fresh mac n cheese and she took it off our ticket. After getting half way through my salad I had a hair , (same color) in my food. we called the waitress back over and showed her the hair. we told her we would pay for the salad but wanted to let her know she should inform the manger. We seen multiple servers walk back where the food was being prepared and they had long hair..). My husband told her we had no problem paying for all of the food. But the manger said no and she would take it off and offered a free salad, but we declined. She said that was fine fibe, but when we came back we could get a free salad. The waitress came back with our ticket and my husband told her we weren't trying to get a free meal and told her she would give her $30tip just bc that would have cove the food that was taken off the ticket. They close at 10 we went at 7. They were out of several menu meats but not any we were interested so no disappointment there. No crowds plenty of seating for a Sunday evening. However we ordered our food and it came out cooler than room temperature. They warmed it up and it was much better. We had sliced brisket and sliced chicken the taste of each was spot on. They were tender and juicy. My fear with public bbq is dried out meat. The meat was not a disappointment, the portions were ok, not overly done. The service was good.
