They called me 10 min before pickup and stated I had a double order so they canceled 1 of the orders. I get to the store they said it was on its way out. My daughter ordered a pizza with chicken and black olives. The chicken was flavorful but had a very strong taste of Italian seasoning which I do not really like. It tasted soapy to me. Especially mixed with the red tomato sauce. I normally do not like the crust at this place because it was or had not been seasoned enough but, this crust was hand tossed and tasted good today. I don't like their sauce flavor. I appreciate the quick delivery of service! The pizza arrive on time and the appearance of it was not burnt. The sauce tasted like a tin can. This is one of the worst franchise's in this area. I placed a delivery order, not realizing it was coming from this store on October 27th. The pizza came almost 2 hours later. I called multiple times to the store to cancel my order and the store never picked up. When the delivery guy came I told him I already purchased something else for dinner. He took the pizza, and today I still don't have a refund. I called the manager on Saturday to discuss my refund, and he was rude and told me my refund had been processed. I still don't have my refund, but they did however update my payment to include the delivery fee!! I've been on the phone 3 different times today for a total of an hour and was hung up on each time. The last 3 times I've ordered from Domino's has been the WORST experience. They are never on time, its never correct and it is so cold I have to heat it up in the oven before eating it. Dominos pizza has got to be my default pizza joint when I'm not feeling artsy Fartsy. This place has all I can ask for when it comes to service and flavor. I love the garlic crust, I never feel like the cheese has been made from a tube, and the meats always taste juicy. I ordered two large pizzas for 8.99 each and had the sausage and mushroom and the sausage and pepperoni. The time estimate for preparation was accurate and the restaurant area is nice. However I ordered again this time a pepperoni pizza and they instead deliver me a cheese pizza. Be carful the cashier workers may try to scam you. I picked up my order and gave the cashier my credit card. I was at work and ordered bell peppers and olive pizza with extra cheese and the first time they did not put extra cheese, so they remade it and delivered it. It had a smidge more cheese than before and when I ate a piece I bit into meat as well!!!!!! I have not eaten meat since July 4, 2005 and needless to say I was and am very upset.
