I ordered from Dominos tonight and was using my rewards and when I picked up the pizza it was wrong order the pizza was a plain cheese pizza. I called the store and they told me online ordering was wrong and they could do nothing about the order, I had to call the corporate office. I work in the restaurant industy and I know we can make customers happy with their orders. I will not be using them again and if this is the type of customer support they have, people should go to other chains or local restaurants that care about their customers. We always order delivery. Never go and get it. Ordered last night online. 2 medium pies for $12. Picked our 2 toppings and sauces and watched them progress through making it to delivery online. Nice touch. The last 3 times we have ordered our pizzas have been phenomenal. For the cost, the time to get it and the ease of ordering they win. Last night we had our pizza in 15 minutes start of order to stuffing my face with delicious fresh pizza. thin crust is truly thin and crispy. The 2 whites sauces are very good. The chicken and sausage or both great and in large chunks. Jalapeños are freshly cut and not pickled. I can't say enough positives. Oh, the deliver people have been great. I love that they give you the option to tell them how to find your house. Well done Dominos. You are now are go to pizza store. Ordered delivery from them Saturday night around 6/6:30ish. It was delivered within 30 minutes as well, so quick and efficient here. We ordered online so can't speak for over the phone experience, and the pizzas were delivered so I also can't speak much for the store itself. But the pizzas were warm when they got here & had ample toppings on them. Plus the 2 for $5.99 each deal is such a great option compared to other pizza places. Our delivery driver was very short with my boyfriend when he answered the door, saying simply "David? Here" before shoving the boxes at him, but everything else was just fine so we'd probably order from this location again. read more

I'm giving this place five stars because of the kid friendly appeal. There is a spot for kids to watch the pizza being made and there is also a huge chalk board wall for the kids to draw on. The pizza tastes like Domino's Pizza normally tastes. No surprises there. But the indoor seating and new facility put this place far ahead of most other franchises! read more

My family wanted some pizza late on Saturday but we were in separate cars coming home. She ordered and paid but had the kids so I stopped to pick the pizza. I had to wait a bit so I waited in my car. The pizza was ready quicker than expected so they walked it out to my car instead of allowing the pizza to sit under the heat lamps. This is second mile service and I applaud them! We order from this dominos quite often. Granted we do have a million other dominos on the way and it is bit of a drive for us, the food here is always on point and fresh. (Oftentimes with other dominos my specialty jalapeño pineapple will be burned, never here!) The crew there make the customers the first priority and even getting to know the regulars! (I've noticed the GM is really good at making sure the customers are taken care of, and unlike most places nowadays she works her butt off!) they also seem like a family rather than a bunch of miserable people forced to work together, so that's a plus. second time I've been disappointed by dominos pizza. I didn't plan to buy pizza but I saw that ad on t.v. saying 50% off online ordering. BULL, Usually 2 12 inch pizzas are $5.99 each so after taxes it was around $13.00 and change so I thought If I bought 2 pies at 50 % off it would be $5.99 plus tax but it wasn't. it was $11.81. if one pizza is $5.99 and you buy 2 at 50% off why did they charge me $11.81. Where is the 50% off ? That's only $2.00 in change from what I paid when there was no 50% off. I am totally DISAPPOINTED with this company franchise. SHAME ON YOU DOMINO'S PINEHURST,DUNEDIN. You were rude and hung up on me because I asked how to fix a problem on online ordering and now this P.S. The photo below was what I got when I had a problem ordering and after the guy said ill get you a number to call and I told my friend "This is stupid " when he asked what was taking me so long to order. When the person at Dominos heard me say that he said I was very RUDE and hung up on me. When I called another Dominos they told me how to fix the problem so I reordered and got two pizzas with oil soaked boxes as I guess that was a little pay back.
