I have always enjoyed their Pizza's; however, their business tactics took me back a bit tonight, our last recent order came with a coupon, when we tried to use it tonight, it said it was expired, we double checked the coupon and learned there is no expiration date, it only says "limited time offer" with no date, that could be 5 minutes after we ordered. Very deceiving to make an extra buck! Then we had a $5.00 coupon we tried to apply and it was rejected due to we ordered a pizza less than what they expect you to spend. So, all their incentive's to continue to support their establishment, in my opinion is all BULLSHIT and and scheming way to screw the people who support them. whoever owns this establishment either needs to fire all staff and rehire or shut this place down. they don't answer the phone because they don't feel like it! I spoke with the manager of the store in oldsmar and they told me they get about 10 calls a week due to this problem. I was informed that the manager at this restaurant urges employees TO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES! you will sit there on hold for hours if you decide to wait. this is about the 7th time this has happened. We were awarded a coupon for a free pizza because of this and were told it would never happen again, but we can't even use the coupon because they still don't answer the phone. Ordered delivery here a few times and it goes downhill more each time. When you get a delivery notification and your pizza arrives about an hour later, you expect the worst. I ordered a cheese steak pizza and it arrived cold and pretty boring after waiting. I called to check status and got the "sorry we don't have drivers" reply. After a year of getting great pizzas in various countries, this goes the chain. The last 2 times at this location, were dismal to say the least. If you are a pizza lover, you can start with the weight of the pizza box. Rule of thumb; the lighter it is, theore minimal toppings are and quality. 3 weeks ago I paid the price for my usual pizza & it was sorely lacking in all things pizza, that I love. This past weekend, the pie was innedable Crust was soggy, undercooked crust, toppings literally were hard to find. The onions were NOT there.. For double cheese & pepperoni, laughable, as both were miniale & the usual great sauce was missing! There delivery fee, is quite high, but due to a personal injury, unable to drive & must rely on delivery. Marco's went from a pizza lovers fave, to never again Last 2 orders were totally inedible. Also tried 2 subs & they were underwhelming I don't mind paying for good food, but inedible. NEVER AGAIN! WHAT'S A GIRL TO DO? Remember family owned is usually the best Chains, usually let you down! I've only been here twice, and both times i've been so happy leaving. First time I came in at 1am tired from walking home, I had a car circling back around me every 3 minutes while slowing when it got close. When I mentioned I was almost home and tried to buy a dr pepper, the lady was so nice and gave it to me for free. Today is 3 months later and I was biking in the area, so I figured to stop by and visit. This time I was eager on buying a dr pepper to show my support, and I walked in out of breath and was met with not only nice air conditioning but also a nice lady asking me what's wrong. When I told her that I just biked 10 miles she was insistent on not letting me pay. The atmosphere of this business is so calm, along with the awesome air conditioning (especially if you bike 10 miles beforehand, which I recommend). I'm also certain their pizza is amazing, (concluding from other reviews) and i'd recommend stopping by this location and getting a pizza and PAYING for a dr pepper. Also, please don't take this as me saying they just give stuff away, they were just being super kind. And If there are any mangers reading this, please don't get mad at the workers for giving free drinks away. I'd like to mention that two different people gave me a drink, it wasn't one person. Terrible experience, ordered a pizza through Uber Eats, and when I went to take a bite out of a slice, there was this hard piece of what looked like plastic or bone, it was sharp and hard and nearly broke my tooth. I called the store that night and they said the general manager would call me the next day and they never did. I ended up bringing the Pizza back a couple days later ( I showed the employee the hard piece of whatever and he said it actually looked like a cat claw )asking for my money back and they said they could not give me my money back because it was through Uber Eats. I didn't think I would have to call Uber for a refund because they just delivered it. They did not make it. Uber said no to a refund because it was more than two days so now I'm out money and the time I wasted driving to and from the store to show their mistake if I had swallowed that it would've ripped my throat. What a shitty company. I'll never order again and you lost a customer over $20. read more

Today I picked up a family size Greek salad and a 12 inch Italiano Sub. Both were very good. I especially liked the sub as the bread was toasty warm and very fresh. i like marcos pizza, the one in tarpon springs fl opened a few months ago, for a while the pizza had a good amount of toppings. ordered pizza a couple weeks ago, i counted 7 pieces of mushroom on a large pizza. also they will not honor ads as seen on tv, they have very few deals. I now drive up to trinity to get marcos, lots of deals, to bad the tarpon springs store won't do deals. oh well, 10 minute drive to corporate dr location. read more
