Awesome service, great food, ambiance , recommend anytime, live band , great music, favorite place

I was so excited they had blue point oysters but they were definitely a let down which was disappointing. Not sure how old they were but didnt taste fresh. I did get the shrimp tacos and those were decent. I did like the outdoor bar situation - very nice vibe being on the trail. Id have to try to them again but Im not rushing back.

I'm not a lobster fan but this place was highly recommended and had a wonderful "non-lobster options" menu. I loved the blackened grouper tacos with mango salsa. I had a slice of the inhouse made key lime pie as an appetizer. It was good but not $10 good. It was a very skinny piece that had slid off it's graham cracker foundation. If someone else was buying, I'd choose it in a heartbeat. The mango salsa had just the right spice bite on grouper that was cooked properly, great portion. Again $22 was a splurge for 2 tacos. They also had a wonderful guacamole sauce. Over $40 with tip for lunch was over the top though. The hostess needs a raise. She was excellent-informative, kind, enthusiastic. Heard some great sax music one night from there as I walked the Trail behind it. Indoor & outdoor seating.

Edible but not worth the drive from clear water beach. We were here for the long weekend and didn't want to dine on the main strip on Monday night. Made a bee line for this place had an 8pm resi but didn't know they closed the kitchen at 830. We called we were running late and were told if we make it this will seat us and feed us which they did. The food however was not worth the drive or the rush. Lobster rolls and tacos were just ok. Oysters were fine not fantastic and while service and food were quick this was simply not a hit. Even the lobster bisque was lame. The one outstanding item was the octopus appetizer.

We've been in Florida (Orlando and Tampa area) for a week now and this is the first fantastic meal we've had. Located in cute Dunedin, there's ample covered and uncovered and indoor seating here. The menu is fairly extensive with options for everyone. I ordered the spicy mango margarita, which was $14 and delicious, but very small (maybe 8oz), and the Connecticut (meaning hot) lobster roll. I've never had a lobster roll (I'm from the west coast). It came with fries and a kale apple coleslaw. Girl, this meal was FANTASTIC! The lobster was fresh, buttery and generous, overflowing from the buttery, soft brioche roll. I did add salt. The fries were perfection. And I loved the coleslaw! Someone else in our party got the lobster pot pie and that was a big hit too. The hubs got the lobster quesadilla, which was a recommendation of the waiter and he said was good, but it looked boring to me. The only downside was that our waiter REEKED of pot. He clearly smoked it before coming to our table and was breathing it onto us. Bad form. Smoke on your own time, man. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing food. We started with the shrimp appetizer and lobster bisque. Both were delicious and I'd get them again. For my main I got the lobster roll served hot and instead of fries got double coleslaw. Their coleslaw is pretty unique like an apple coleslaw. I absolutely loved it. My husband got the lobster tail and thought it was fantastic. For drinks I got a spicy mango margarita and actually didn't like it. I switched to a sweet martini like drink on the menu next and it was much better (the drink menu on their website doesn't have all the drinks so I couldn't find the exact name.) My husband enjoyed his old fashioned. On a Friday night they had live music which was a lot of fun. Most of the seating is outside. If you get bit by mosquitos a lot (like I do), wear bug spray. Service was fantastic. Our server was very attentive. He brought us complimentary hush puppies which were also delicious (I wouldn't order it on my own, but when given I ate two of them.) The restaurant has its own free parking which is a nice touch. It was busy but even though we made reservations we probably didn't need them. I'll definitely be back.

Had the clam chowder, I felt like it was very garlicy. I think we both wanted what we picked to taste like items we have had elsewhere. I read a review that they had escargot, I thought it was going to be the traditional escargot in garlic butter. The best way to describe it was a saucy garlic sauce that had escargot, lobster pieces and maybe crawfish. It had cute lobster buttery flaky roll- that was really tasty. I need something else , like French roll to be able to eat more of that sauce. It was just okay. Hubby had the lobster roll and ordered it hot. Just needed a little more butter. It is a small sandwich. It came with a small kale salad-that was tasty , needs to be in bowl the sauce was absorbed in his fries. Enjoy

A great indoor and outdoor sports bar and restaurant, with really good service. Start with the Lobster Bisque, very good. The Connecticut Lobster Roll is excellent, made with complete lobster claw meat. The onion rings were a little overcooked. There is a full bar and a moderate but diverse wine list. Free parking nearby.

We came in a little high maintenance and the hostess was a little annoyed with us but they were able to make it work. Ambience was great. We really enjoyed the live music. Our waiter was attentive. Most of the food was great. The kids burger was dry and inedible. Lobster roll was the star for sure.

I've never visited here but my parents had been multiple times and suggested it as a dinner option. Arrival & first impressions, the outdoor covered patio area is super adorably decorated for Christmas during December. It was cold but they had fires going and ended up closing the open end of the room so it warmed up nicely then. The food here was decent. I ordered the lobster BLT sliders which was a new concept for me. They had a great amount of tasty fresh lobster in them and the fries with them were pretty good as well, if a little soggier than I prefer. Mom had the lobster mac & cheese which I tried. Good portion and super creamy - I think her entree was the best of the ones we ordered. Husband got the fish & chips which was sadly overcooked in spots. Dad got a pepperoni pizza which was unfortunately the opposite, undercooked in spots. Some knocks are that the bread service advertised on the menu isn't free anymore - it's $3.99 now. Need to update the menus as the implication is that it's complimentary. Also we wanted to get lava cake for dessert for my mom's birthday & they were out of it unfortunately.

Emily, good bartender.. The lobster roll was very good, would've been better with some drawn butter.. blueberry margarita was tasty !!! Lobster bisque was delicious !!! Key lime pie could be a little tarter.. Over all I enjoyed it, Pricey !!!

Whole belly clams, grilled octopus, Mexican street corn and guacamole and chips.
    Dave D.

Very good! We enjoyed an expresso martini, with some small plates. The whole belly clams were great and the closest to new England here in FL. The grilled octopus was grilled perfectly and tasty. The guacamole and chips with Mexican street corn went along with this light dinner. The service was great, friendly and attentive. Thank You we will be back soon.

My little one had the kid jr French toast breakfast with a scrambled egg and extra bacon and said it was delicious. Service here is truly amazing and everyone was polite and conversed. We walked in and were sat immediately and our server Paige was super nice and made great recommendations we eventually settled on the chicken biscuit to share, the corned beef skillet and the lumberjack breakfast. The corned beef skillet was the best thing we had today which was well seasoned, tender and full of flavor, the home fries were okay and the over medium eggs were perfectly done. The lumberjack breakfast was Huge but just okay, not good not great. The homemade biscuit was very mealy and dry, not flaky and buttery like a good biscuit should be. The owner came out and apologized for the biscuit being what I described as a "disappointment" which it was because as I explained to my server, the owner and the other kitchen manager, I have been all over the world eating great food and this doesn't measure up. The chicken biscuit was also very okay. We ended up leaving 3/4 of the food we ordered on the plates to be thrown in the trash. The ambiance was exactly wheat you would expect from a diner on a Sunday morning that attached to a mall, busy, kinda loud and people everywhere. I really wanted to like this place but it's a NO for me.
