they made the wrong pizza and wouldn't deliver a new one. so we had to either let all the other food get cold to pick up a new one or just accept the wrong pizza. the receipt proves it was their mistake but they wouldn't go out of their way to fix it. read more

I can not believe this place are they kidding me. During this hole carona virus epidemic, there was 7 people working in there not one of them had on a glove. The guy cuts my pizza no glove. Then Hands me the box with no glove. I said are you kidding me and walked out. Oh by the way the Take out drivers were loading there bags with no gloves. Always have some kind of issue with this place. Whether the driver doesn't want to come to my door to deliver the pizza, happened to me on 3 separate occasions. And today I get a pizza that has all of the cheese and toppings on the lid. If I was able to choose which dominos delivers to me, I wouldn't choose this one ever. read more

I have actually never had a problem when ordering from here. My pizza is always hot, fresh, cooked perfectly and the order is always right...I always order on the app, and for whatever reason even though I'm in the delivery range I have to place it as a carry out...then I call and they change it to delivery for me...they are always super pleasant on the phone and so is the delivery driver. My orders aren't the easiest either...I do the choose 2 or more $5.99 deal where you can order a variety of things, but mostly I stick to pizza...with that said, they are 2 topping pizzas and to make the most out of my order I order 2 toppings on 1 half and 2 toppings on the other...they have never gotten it wrong! The last time I ordered I met the delivery driver outside...the way we attempted to exchange his tip and my pizza caused the pizza to fall out of the box and land right on my deck! He was back within 30mins with a fresh one! I order domino's when I have a late night munchie attack and they always do the trick! 4 stars because while I find the employees wonderful and my order always correct, I have to call to change my order from carryout to delivery due to the apps inefficiency...not necessarily the store's fault, but they are a part of domino's. read more

I recently caught a fat old spanish chick eating food in between making my order. I confronted the cashier about it and the fat slob in the back looked at me dead in the eyes from shock while her cheeks were stuffed with her dinner, looking like a God damn chipmunk!!!! Dominos is my go to drunk food. However this place is rude. They don't care whether you're drunk or sober I ordered pizzas didn't get asked my apartment number only my address, even though I said I lived in an apartment building. I called back and went to tell them my apartment number and they said too bad the drivers on the way and they'll call and don't need my apartment number. I placed an order for an 8:05 pickup at 7:00 and arrived early to find out it wasn't ready yet. Anticipating it would be done at the correct time I waited. I stood in the store for an additional 20 minutes waiting while the staff (10+ employees) stood around the ONE oven that was working. They barely even apologized and gave me NO time updates. The pizza came BURNT to a crisp... it was so burnt I could smell the smoke from the box"not kidding". Second I POLITELY asked if they could send another. I was told to text a photo to the manager first and then he would make the final decision. I tipped the driver 5$ as well. Third they decided to give me the pizza and what do you know. The delivery men are always polite and professional, however,usually late on delivery. Several times they were late, not by a five minutes but really late. Not much to say it's dominos pizza quality. So last night was my first time ordering dominos and i am very displeased with there "quality". First off they only got my order partially correct. I ordered ham, onions, and banana peppers on one side the bacon on the other side. They managed to screw this up by putting the banana peppers on the wrong side and putting onions on the whole pizza when i only ordered them to be on one side. My second complaint is that the pizza was very uneven. Majority of the pizza had ham on it then only 3 pieces had bacon on it. Overall my experience with dominos was terrible read more
