The ability to change ingredients each time is the most fun and tasty. Reasonably priced about $12.49 for an individual pie. They have cookies for dessert. While the food and service is always great at this establishment, I felt compelled to write a review regarding the interaction I witnessed between 2 employees tonight. The young man that takes the pizzas out of the oven very clearly dislikes the older middle eastern gentleman. It really didn't sit right with me how frustrated short and combative he was with his coworker. Really hurt my heart to see this man maybe training or having a hard day while he was very nice towards my daughter and I it broke my heart to see how he's being treated by peers at his work place. Been to a couple Blaze pizzas and this is by far the worst. The pizza tastes great like usual but for some reason this blaze always has trouble with their lines. That reason could be that they have 7 workers behind the counter and only one is helping customers with their pizza. Makes absolutely no sense. Blaze pizza is pretty much a Subway but for pizzas. I didn't have too good of an experience here because the service was way too rushed! The pizza maker explained the process to me but i use the word "explain" lightly because how he told me it worked was literally the same thing as reading the sign above his head on the menu. The cashier also failed to ring my boyfriend up correctly as he added on my two niece's pizza with ours even though they were paying separate. He also forgot my boyfriend's smores cookie until we later went back to get it. Okay now for the pizza...it's good! Not the most amazing pizza but definitely good. I even enjoy the pie, they are personal sized so you can get your own, maybe bring a buddy n split a couple... but in the same breath, I can say this place is attached to the mall for a reason, it's a mall vibed pizza place and I just can't see myself going here over a real pizza joint all too often. We routinely order Blaze through the DoorDash app and it is usually waiting for us when we get there. We both like the variety we can have while ordering bigger than a typical personal pizza. Parking can be a little busy when going on a Friday or Saturday night but you can always find a spot, but you may need to walk. No complaints abbot the food. It of course is delicious at first bite BUT... I ordered this due to a health condition. Blood sugar was 88 before first bite. I know I'm going to be terribly upset within 2 hours,, Ok I have to add now that I'm home and it's easier,,, again,, the pizza was totally delish. But I ate half of it. Hubby and I ordered the Arugula and fruit salad side as we did 2 days ago, but due to what my glucose could be, I was afraid to eat it. I brought it home. So same pizza with half of the above mentioned salad, my glucose was 125 2 hours later. Tonight, 3 slices of my pizza, no salad,, 2 hours later,,, blood testing was 140. Not happy. Apparently this business runs through Door dash, and does not answer their phones frequently. So we drove to the location to pick it up ourselves and were told it was sent out for delivery. When it switched between three drivers and never showed we finally got an answer from the business and asked for a refund which still has not been credited back to our account. I visited Pieology in another state and immediately wanted to bring the concept to long island. Well, someone else got this idea too! Welcome, Blaze. Here you can get your own custom personal size pizza (think 2.5 regular slices) with a variety of toppings and base sauces to choose from, all for about the same price as a subway sandwich. It's very much like subway, actually, since you have a pizza artist building your custom pizza in front of you behind the counter. They have cool drink options as well, including draft beers and three different types of "agua fresca" which are basically naturally flavored waters....all three are very tasty.
