It always seems to be a problem with Domino's. Sure, nobody looks at Yelp to see what people are saying about McDonald's or DOmino's. They'll get business no matter what they say. But employees told me problems with their computers, which are going to be updated in a few weeks, was the reason. Well, then honor my damn coupon anyway, when I'm showing it to you on my phone!!! So often we have problems when ordering. So about 3 weeks ago we tried to order (we do carry-out). Usually when my wife does it online, I pay when I go into the store. The option wouldn't allow us to do that, but we had to put in a credit card number. My wife did that, but the system wouldn't accept it, and go to the next screen. So we went to Papa John's down the street instead. Well, we received an email about 2 large, 2-topping pizzas for $7.99. I told my wife I'd place the order in the restaurant, since the online didn't work last time. Imagine my surprise when I went in and they said "You can only do that online." First, NO WHERE on the email coupon, does it state that. I explained all the problems and they said they've had problems with their computers lately and are changing them soon. So I called home and my wife placed the order online. But seriously, if your computers don't work, then shouldn't the "customer be right" and since I showed the coupon on my phone, honor it. read more

I was shocked to see low rating for this location. It's super close so I do frequently order a pizza here to pickup probably two three times a month. I get the pan pizza and request it be cooked well done and it's always perfect. With the online coupon it's pretty inexpensive around $10. The workers are always polite. Used the app to place an order. The app indicated that the pizza was ready. When I went to the counter, I was ignored and had to speak out for help, The sour face employee checked the counter and said my pizza was not ready. When I asked her when it would be she said she did not know. She did not even try to check. When I asked to speak to a manager SHE said she was a manager. When I asked for her name she refused to provide it. The MANAGER never apologized for the delay or even seem to CARE about the CUSTOMERS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This has been our go-to on the occasion we find ourselves unwilling to drive somewhere for pickup. Food has been decent, generally, just typical dominos quality. This time and the last, however, we had a bunch of issues ordering pizza online. Last time we kept trying to order only to fall into a loop--mark the order as delivery, add delivery-based coupon and items, go to check out, and suddenly the order is carry out and not available because the coupons are delivery. I ended up having to clear the cache on my browser to be able to place an online order. This time, despite using the card on files many times previously, it kept returning errors, "this could not be processed", and I ended up having to use PayPal. We finally ordered at 4:20, and I watched the pizza tracker hover over "prep" until around 4:55, at which point it jumped to quality check. Since we never got a notification that our pizza was delivered, I can only assume it was sometime after the "your driver is nearby" notification I got at 5:06. Since we got the "on the way", "in your neighborhood", and "nearby" texts all within about a minute of each other, I assumed that like the pizza tracker it was just a meaningless way to make people think there was progress. I finally checked outside around 5:15, meaning our pizza sat outside for nearly ten minutes as I waited for a knock or text to let me know it was actually delivered, rather than just nearby. So it took at least 50 mins for two pizzas and some questionable Parmesan bites. Questionable because about half were barely bigger than my thumbnail, and obviously burnt to the point of being crunchy by being cooked too long, like overcooked pita chips. Pizzas looked good but were lukewarm from sitting in the cold. I'll just drive somewhere else next time. read more

I don't know why we bother. They are always either hideously short staffed or tragically inefficient or both. Either way, it shouldn't take an hour and a half to get a medium pizza, lava cakes, and a bottle of Sprite on Wednesday. On top of that, I called 20 minutes after the tracker reached the Quality Check phase, and they said it was in the car, but there was only one driver who had a ton of deliveries. Sure. I call 40 minutes after that, and a different person said our order had just come out of the oven 10-15 minutes prior to the second call, and they "didn't know who told us it was on the way". On top of that, our pizza arrived soggy in a crushed box. Get your shit together. It's one thing to be short staffed, but it's another to have no idea what status the orders are at. And that's assuming the person I spoke to during the first call was even being honest about our pizza being on the way. read more

Called and explained that they delivered it to the wrong place because I never got it (mind you, I left super detailed instructions in the delivery try notes so it wouldn't be lost) someone told me it would be there in 5 minutes...tick tock....finally the guys comes through the gates (that I had to open for him) and drives right past me waving my arms from my balcony. He goes to the end of my complex and gets out and walks somewhere? After putting shoes and a coat on, I finally have to chase him down at which point he looks incredibly confused and after I basically yelled at him that he has now delivered two pizzas to the wrong address, he tells me they will bring anotheir one. At this point I just said nevermind and told him to refund my money. I'm still waiting on my refund. I had to call and ask and apparently they never did it so now I'm waiting another 3 days. Wow. Not sure where all the bad ratings are coming from. I used to deliver for Domino's circa 1994 (was even robbed at gunpoint on one delivery, so I am a legit veteran driver). Also delivered for Pizza Hut and later, Leucadia Pizzeria. These places put me through college. Anyway, when I used to work for Domino's I used to think their pizza was definitely inferior to most other pizza places. I never did like them. But a few years back I decided to try them again, and this was the location. I was pleasantly surprised that Domino's now makes a quality pizza. And this particular location has been nothing but quality since I've been going. The pizzas are great; toppings to the edges and plenty of them. The employees are always super helpful and friendly. The store is very clean. This store would beat the Domino's and Pizza Huts I used to work at hands down. Again, not sure why all of the negative ratings. I am giving them one star as their outsourced phone ordering well, SUCKS! We called tonight to order food and the person handling the call you could tell was half way around the world. Really? The store is 1 mile from us. The person, while nice, was not getting the order correct, we had to repeat the address more than a few times and she pushed items on us that were already on the order.
