Had an order this morning and the employee at the store insisted that my co-worked give a TIP for the order! I am totally FOR tipping but NOT to be expected! I spoke with the manager at the store "Nathan" and he said he spoke with the employee about this and said not to do this in the future. He also mentioned that TIPS are the way the Domino's employees get paid. How would a customer know that and why would you work or patronize such a company? read more

Been living a few minutes away from this location for over 3 years. The food is Mostly consistent, enough where we order at few times a month, some orders screwed up for sure. To me they are WAY Overpriced. We had workers in our house the last few weeks so I was ordering pizza more than a couple times a week with delivery. EVERY SINGLE time it took more than 30 minutes to deliver the pizza after they left the store, -not from the time I ordered, but after the pizzas were in the car so the pizza was always COLD and SOGGY. Mind you I can walk there in 10-12 minutes & drive in a couple minutes...I called to discuss it and NO ONE CARED. The driver sure didn't and he had no excuses the manager couldn't give a damn. Here is a picture of a $25 dollar, medium sized, slightly burnt pizza with a 'coupon.' They even forgot the side item. Let's face the facts people. The only reason this establishment is still in business is due to them being the ONLY delivery food source in Evergreen. The franchise owner knows they can get away with the poor food quality and kitchen service. Here's a footnote to my review. There was little to NO sauce on the slightly burnt pizza. Despite my order asking for sauce. I can't believe I paid $25 dollars for this crusty, slightly burnt, pizza pie. A $10 dollar frozen pizza from the adjacent grocery store would have offered more toppings in addition to more flavor and less crust that's NOT burnt. Truly pathetic. Pity we can't get Pizza Hut back in our market to create a competitive environment. Please forgive me for a second footnote. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Do not order from here. It's been 2 hours and still waiting on the delivery. I called to check in after an hour and they said 'it's almost there'. 55 min later I called again and now it's 'almost there'. When I asked for a refund he said there's nothing he can do because the pizza is on it's way?!? We have three small kids and it's way past their bedtime at this point and we are still waiting on the pizza. If they had just been honest after an hour we could have cancelled it and fed the kids. God Awful. There aren't many places that deliver in Evergreen, so it's sad for me to say that I cannot ever order from here again. The last straw was when I placed an order and never received the food. I called the store to let them know that the online tracker showed that the food had been delivered even though no one showed. The worker told me they only had one driver and assured me that he was on his way. Still nothing. Apparently, a neighbor found the order on her porch, so I called Domino's the next day to see if they would refund or credit the order. I was told they would only credit me half since I didn't call the night before (which I informed them that I did). Not only was I charged for food that I didn't receive, but I was charged a delivery fee for something not delivered, and a tip for someone who didn't do their job. This Evergreen Dominos has not failed us yet during this pandemic. It's been the only reliable food delivery and our pizzas arrive via contactless delivery and we can pay and tip through a phone app. We are truly grateful to Dominos in Evergreen! read more

Ordered a pizza from here on 12/30/16 as a quick and yummy birthday dinner... BIG MISTAKE! The gal took our order just fine and my fiancé thought the service was smooth when he went in to pick it up. Anything good ends there as this was by far the worst pizza I think I've ever had. My "no onion" pizza was covered in onions, there was no meat on the deluxe half of the pizza and was missing two other ingredients that standardly come with it, not to mention the flat and soggy crust. Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. arrived cold, no Buffalo and a giant pool of grease in the middle. Made me nauseous after two bites.

Best GF pizza. Thin, crispy, fresh tasting. Try their veggie and Canadian Bacon with pineapple and add cayenne pepper.

I can't believe I am posting a positive review for Dominos - but after having their pizza for the first time in about 25 years, I was really impressed. When I was told that's what was for dinner, at first I thought I'd rather scrounge through the frig for an alternative. Was I wrong. Pizza arrived hot and earlier than they told us. We had their BBQ pizza on their thin crust - and it was surprisingly good. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza on their midsize crust (very yummy). I've gotta hand it to them, nice job. The only potential we had for an unpleasant experience was the person on the phone was having difficulty processing my coupon (can't do Dominos w/out a coupon - that stays the same!) ... it took a long time to work out, but they gave me the price - the customer was right. Good service. SO ... if you haven't tried them in awhile, and have the option of doing so ... give it a try! read more

This dominos is decent and has fast service. They can deliver to our address but only by taking phone orders, the online ordering doesn't work for them in Evergreen. 2 out of 5 orders with them they may make a mistake or forget something so make sure they repeat your order back to you. They're always quick to remedy a mistake when it is made though. read more

This place has a loyalty program for customers to collect 10 cards for a free large 2-topping pizza. We've ordered dozens of pizzas in the past couple years and decided we should use those cards to get one free pizza for the first time. In exchange for our customer loyalty, we received the worst pizza I've ever had in my life! The absolute worst. It was just bread. Whoever made this pizza, and I'm assuming it's the owner trying to save a buck, was too cheap to make a pizza with normal ingredient portions. They saved $2 of cheese and toppings and cost themselves a customer that was previously satisfied. I'll go out of my way to Tuscany Tavern or Anthony's in the future. They shouldn't even have a customer loyalty program if that's what they're going to send out. I'd rather spend $20 and not have ruined our dinner. read more

I ordered a pizza with two toppings, was delivered with only 1 topping! called and was told it would be an hour and a half for a new pizza!! I was only 10 mins from the store.
