The place is obviously designs for pure pick-up and/delivery, since there is no eating area anywhere in or out of the building. H9wever, that was probably the only real bad thing about this place. They got this lunch slice combo special that just rocks. Two slices of pizza and a soda for under 10 bucks. As for those slices? THICK square slices, and they sit in the gut for a while. This was my first time in Jet's Pizza and I'm really impressed. The second I walked in, I could smell the "pizzeria" smell the second I walked in the door. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and it was greatly appreciated. Welcoming people into a business is a nice touch that makes people feel welcome and it's a dying art. I ordered a large deep dust veggie pizza minus black olives, a deep dish cheese bread with garlic butter and a small cheese cauliflower cheese pizza. The bill was right at fifty bucks and it was fifty bucks well spent. It took about 20 minutes to receive my order and it was to be to see them coming out of the oven. I took my pizzas home for the family and they were all a hit. Great pizza, reasonable prices and a very welcoming and friendly staff. I'll absolutely be back to this pizza place. As I started to rattle off my order for pick up, Britney stated the order was already in the computer and all I had to do was say order the same as the last time. Genius idea. She was quite charming, Very helpful, Great listener. And to top it off, the food is top-notch. On November 21st some coworkers and myself ordered several pizzas and cinnamon sticks. We ordered the pizzas at approximately 11:45 am and were told that it would be approximately 45 minutes before our order would be delivered. We asked to receive a text when the order was on its way. After about an hour and fifteen minutes when we had not heard anything, one of my coworkers called Jet's to find out if there was an issue and the person that answered told us that the driver had left 5 minutes before we called. Note: We were the only delivery order that the store had at the time we called about the delivery! After another 20 minutes we called back to see what was going on and the person said they would call the driver and after 10 minutes on hold the person got back on the phone and said they would be at our location in 10 minutes. (The business is only a 15 minute drive from our work - so probably the person had not left the shop the first time we called.) The driver didn't show up for another 15 minutes. In the end we waited 2 hours for what was supposed to be a 45 minute wait. Additionally, the cinnamon sticks were dry and tasted like they were old and only reheated. Even though we experienced all of this, Jet's never offered to make it right. The young woman that delivered apologized profusely, but the person on the phone made no offer to make amends for the poor service! read more

Yes, delivery took a while, but whatever magic they played, the pizza was kept just as warm/hot as it'd be if you dined there. We also received a neighborhood coupon for 50% off a regular priced pizza. I went online for the order and the process was a breeze. I distinctively remember asking for NY Style thin crust because I know that'd be a round pie. I wasn't too eager to try Jet's signature rectangular pizza with a more doughy crust. But that's what we got! It was almost like they completely ignored my customization request!! I was too hungry at that point to care to argue. Hubby and I dived right in and we were pleasantly surprised! Oh, I do give them credit for remembering that I ordered "half and half." Half the rectangular had ham, sausage, and chicken; the other half had pepperoni, ground beef, and bacon. Hubby gets the toppings right EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I thought for sure with bacon on my side, my half would be tastier; it was just saltier. His chicken was definitely more flavorful. I'll have to remember that - Jet's makes a delicious grilled chicken! Thank goodness the Italian style pie's dough-ier crust was much less "gagging" as a Chicago style deep dish. Apparently that is a large and a small. The only reason we got this spot is because we had a flyer and just came back from four days out of town. Honestly never again. So for a large pizza after all the taxes and five dollar delivery fee on top of the tip you are looking at 30 dollars. The small was going to be an additional 13 dollar item but was tossed in for free due to the flyer. Im already extremely annoyed for paying that much for this. Mostly because other pizza places in the area charge less and you get bigger. The cheese is also falling slick off the pizza. Let it cool and still you grab it and the whole cheese falls right off so you are left with bread and tomato sauce. Yeah lovely way to spend 30 bucks. (Insert eye roll). I called the store and spoke to a manager who stated she was the one who made the pizza and instead of offering any solution or resolution she was a snotty brat and simply said in a condescending tone "sorry for the inconvenience". Do these franchises offer proper customer service training or have a protocol for orders that are poor quality? The pizza is good, above average. The staff leaves a lot to be desired. They're incompetent and don't know how to manage the operation or communicate with customers. Three different customers stood there waiting for their pizzas - each for five minutes or longer when the pizza was done and sitting there waiting to give to the customer! First off let me just preface this and say I'm not from Detroit I've never been so I can't speak to "if it's Detroit style enough or not" Im not sure it's fair to expect such expectations personally, I go off if it's good or not. This place is a little gem. The girl working in there was very pleasant and the place was clean. We waited about 20 minutes for a freshly made pizza and we loved everything about it. The crust was amazing and really separates this pizza from others. I've seen this place before and never thought to stop in. However, we had a pretty trustworthy foodie friend of ours that recommended it and I'm glad we were shown this place. My only gripe is there's nowhere to sit, it's just a carry out set up, so you just have to plan to get it to go, and today we were expecting to sit in somewhere, especially having a kiddo with us. It still didn't detour us though, so we just ate in the car. The menu is simple and it's pretty minimal inside like I said, carry out style. We will for sure be back! Thank you guys read more

It's a chain people!! Most chains are consistent enough to do two things...fill your tummy and not rape your wallet or purse strings. My opinion of their quality is that their marinara sauce is much better than most pizza chains like Pizza Hut, Dominio's or the place that advertises itself with "Pizza, Pizza!!! It's also a bit pricy for its quality. Although, the sauce, licked my fingers clean with the deliciousness. Glad I tried the place. That's how I'll leave this review. The caramelized cheese on the crust, and the sauce was very tasty, as were the other toppings. And the jalapeños were actually hot, like they should be. The house made ranch dressing on the side made for a great dip. This pizza definitely exceeded my expectations and Jets is now my go-to pizza place for hot, fresh and delicious pizza. Bad pizza, bad experience. Pizza was unbelievably bland. The garlic/butter/Romano did nothing flavor wise. The texture was chewy and gooey. The sauce tasted like nothing.
