Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich with no onions, no tomatoes, and extra meat. What I got when I got home was a total mess. Sometimes the food is pretty good, sometimes it's just okay, and sometimes you get diarrhea, in other words they're pretty inconsistent. Unless you want to discuss the speed in which you receive your food, then they're really consistent, consistently slow. If there are any cars ahead of you in the drive thru, back up and get out or you might get trapped in line! I've had to wait as long as 15 minutes for single sandwich and a drink! I've never seen a manager type person in this place, only some young kids who look like they ditched school and aren't imaginative enough to do anything cooler than make sandwiches. Delivery service gets outsourced to Uber which is AWFUL in evergreen and the Uber driver never comes and your sub will rot on the counter at Jimmy John's. This happened to me 2x in the last month where they did not have a delivery driver staffed so they outsourced. Noticing the Uber delivery arrival kept getting pushed out every few minutes, I drove to the store and spoke with the staff. Asked if they can tell the app to refuse delivery if they don't have a driver instead of going to Uber because Uber doesn't come to evergreen with any kind of consistency. They said no. They also made excuses for not having drivers instead of hiring a driver. So if you want freaky fast delivery you should call them before you order to see if your sandwich will ever arrive. If they say they will Uber it to you...don't hold your breath. Also, they did not refund the delivery fee nor the tip I loaded in the app when I ordered. I keep giving Jimmy John's a chance but every time I just get more disappointed, I got the turkey sub and asked for Mayo and mustard, their was no clarification on what kind of mustard or what size I wanted. This JJs is fire. We always drive from Bailey to pick up. Always ready on time and the employees are very kind. Extremely disappointed in this franchise. I hope the owners read this and make some changes. Put a mobile order in as we've done many times before. Went to pick up the order and the door is locked. We could see at least 5 bags sitting on the shelf for pick up. The drive thru was packed with 8 cars ahead of us. I called to see if there was any way to get our order from the door. The employee who answered was very courteous amd did ask someone else if it was possible. Someone yelled no and again the employee was very polite. I asked for a manager and heard them yell through the phone to tell me they were too busy amd could call me back. I declined and said we were alreadt waiting in the drive thru. Still currently waiting ...4th in line now...to pick up our order. Not sure why the same procedures that were used during the height of Covid quarantine can't be used now. Block off a portion of your entrance so mobile orders cam quickly be picked up. I had a fantastic beef lettuce wrap. Unfortunately they did not put the avocado on the wrap I ordered and for a good size wrap one slice of tomato. Classic jummy johns store with consistent sandwiches but this is one of my favorite lunch spots because of the employees. They are all super friendly and happy to serve customers and its super refreshing and makes it a great atmosphere for lunch. Oh and their music is great too and they got a drive thru.
