It's been super convenient just to pop in. Anyway, same drink, same girl (I think she's new. Red hair, bragging about going clubbing on Halloween to one of the regulars made it. It tasted like milk and hot water. Ok cool. It happens. So I go back up, the cup completely still full, and I ask if she can remake it because it tastes like hot water and milk. She said, "Well, you ordered decaf espresso. It doesn't have flavor. I said it does, I have it all the time, and you made it great yesterday." She said, "Well, I made it the exact way as I did yesterday.". I just stared at her. She rolled her eyes and said she'd remake it and snatched my cup. I'm over this generation of CONSTANTLY back talking to customers because THEY don't think what they did is wrong. Sure, the customer isn't always right. I get it. But don't argue with them.
