Pizza Hut, Papa John's, Safeway, all within a mile of this location. Heck, you can get a HUGE pizza from Costco for $10 with no waiting and they always get the order right. My point is, order from anywhere but here. Ooommpah! First class Greek cuisine in Northern VA. Ordered dolma stuff grape leaves, gyros and house greek salad. Dolma was served warm. They were perfect succulent and delicious. Okay wow. So we get lazy sometimes and tonight was one of those nights. Most of the time we end up on Pizza Hut which is most convenient since there are a million locations or we end up getting some tasty but expensive Boston's Pizza. I keep seeing Domino's commercials and said what the heck, why not. I jump on their website and they have an awesome $10 dollar for a large pizza with 3 toppings from Monday to Wednesday. Tonight was Wednesday! Yay! Their website is amazing! When you choose your toppings there is an awesome visual that shows what you are adding on your pizza. My most favorite option is the halves. You can make each half with different toppings. Perfect. I ordered spinach, mushroom, and garlic and the husband ordered pepperoni, mushroom, and green peppers. They even have that pizza tracker (yes, the one they keep playing on the tv commercial) and you can track the progress of them making it. You can even choose a tracker theme with wild sounds and stuff. Cheesy and unnecessary? Perhaps but still cool. We got our pizza and it was totally tasty. WOW! I can't believe they served me a pizza like this. I ordered online and got an alert that it was ready for pick up. I live right around the corner so I went in to pick it up. They looked around for it and then said it wasn't ready yet. I sat down and waited for it. When I got home I had a puddle of grease on my front car seat. Still have a stain on the leather. You guys are my life saver! Seriously! I recently was bed ridden for almost 2 months, so I ordered here multiple times. The app is awesome! I love the tracker. Especially love the part when it tells you when the driver has left. I've never had any issues. I think maybe once I didn't get any sauce for my bread but no biggie. All the drivers are great. I've tried the cake (amazing), the boneless chicken (ok), the pasta premavera (really good) , stiffed cheese bread (good) the bread bites (ok) the chicken bacon pizza (so good) a few thin crust pizzas that I like the most because they aren't so bread and cheese heavy and also customized a few pizzas. We agreed and sat ourselves on their chairs.. 25 minutes later I approached the counter since all 5 employees was chit chatting about their tips they made and how one of the girls wanted a ride home from one of the guys who was going on a delivery, she didn't want to walk home since she's always getting hit on ( Red Flag: the customer should never have to hear about your personal stories).. ok so after approaching the counter one of the male employees asked " can I help you" and from the back the manager so said " Oh yeah your food is ready." With my blood boiling I asked him with all the 5 employees on staff and two of them seen us waiting and nobody acknowledged us, what was the reason for our food to be just sitting, and all he could say was " oh I didn't see you.." Really. Being in management myself I pride myself in Customer Service and I expect the same. It's bad business ethic if the customer has to either hear the employees personal stories or two it's worse when the customer has to approach you again for something they're waiting for. It's sad because we wanted to give this place a try since it's down the street from our home, but unfortunately we won't be returning. I will pay the extra money for Pizza Hut or anywhere else. If I could I'd rate this place some negative stars. Good Luck having a young manager who is only concerned about his tips. So I've ordered here a couple times before. And all I can say is... it's either a hit or a miss! Usually when we get our order for dinner everything is perfectly cooked and tastes, well, like it should! However today being the beautiful Saturday that it is and my family and I enjoying the day, my son asked for some pizza so we got him some for lunch ( first and last time). Let me just say that I would have much rather took my $35.20 ( on a med 2 top, stuffed cheesy bread, a sandwich and a 2- liter coke) and had a actual meal some place else. The pizza was lacking cheese (NO pizza should LACK cheese), the sandwich had plenty of sauce and not enough topping ( literally ONE piece of chicken on one of the halves, and four jalapeños on the whole sandwich... Come on!), the cheesy bread was under cooked in the middle and was missing the bacon and jalapeños that it's supposed to be stuffed with. And the coke... That was the only thing that came right! Overall, I'll probably order here again, just not anytime in the very near future! I just need them to stop being so cheap with their stuff as if everything ran out when I called in my order. I have to say out of all the Pizza chains here in Hawaii, Dominos has the best side dishes. I absolutely LOVE their Chocolate Lava Cakes. Oozing Chocolate goodness! I always get a extra order of these because my siblings absolutely love them. Dominos has wings, pasta bowls, sandwiches, desserts, and breadsticks. I love ordering their sandwiches as well as their desserts. Oddly, I don't order pizza from Dominos! I usually order from domino's when I get pizza and have had few mess ups (but there some where I have had to go into the store to save time). Today we ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas. It took about 50 mins to get here which is the time frame we were given. These pizzas are literally what we got. One literally has the center missing, it's not under the pizza, it hasn't broken apart because there are no extra toppings bunched up, it's just not there. The other pizza was basically missing pizza sauce altogether. I called them up and explained. It took awhile to explain we didn't get the 'wrong' order if was just very poorly made. They offered to remake them and I said we could come in and pick them up. Then she said it's going to be 45 min because we are busy. I asked why we would be put in the back of the queue when we ordered over an hour ago and got terrible food and one I wouldn't even trust to eat. Her only solution was to give us credit, which I flat out refused and told her I want a refund. She talked to the manager and the ended up refunding it, but now here we are 1.5 hours later, hungry and trying to order elsewhere. read more

Dominos is great! I've always liked their pizza. The flavor was great, it was fast and easy, and there was great customer service. We called in our order twice to this location within one week, and both times it was fresh and ready for us the moment we walked in. One worker asked if we called in our order, then asked for our name, and we were handed our pizza and out the door in less than a minute (I'm not exaggerating)! The box was clean, the price was great, customer service was good, and the entire process was so quick that I didn't think about the atmosphere. I remember back in the day when Domino's pizza was greasy and gross. Then, something magical happened. All I know is I started seeing their commercials...you know the ones! They totally owned up to being nasty, claimed they got a new recipe, and changed their greasy ways. IT WAS TRUE!! When I first moved to Ewa, I got a letter in the mail to welcome me to the neighborhood with a free pizza. After that first one, I was hooked! The crust is so flavorful, and they don't skimp on the sauce. Let's face it, if there's not enough sauce, the whole thing is just BORING!! (Yes, I'm talking about you Papa Johns!). And I love, love, love their specialty pizzas. The Honolulu Hawaiian (has roasted red peppers on it) is my favorite, but the Memphis barbeque and the veggie one with the feta cheese also rock my pizza-loving world. I have never left a negative review before but this one deserves it and more!! I guess I should have read the reviews before we ordered. If I could give ZERO stars I would but I guess one will suffice. To start, I called the location to ask about ordering a 40 piece wing order and if possible to get it half buffalo and half plain, the First lady I spoke with (Samantha) was nice, she said yes and said she'd look out for my online order. I received confirmation via email that my order was placed at 11:42am. I called them back to confirm they received it, asked about the sauces and everything was good to go or so I thought.. my husband got to the store and there was a sign on the door saying to call and will let you in once your order is ready. They then told my husband he was there too early and that our order was placed at 12:10.. note I received order confirmation at 11:42. At 12:18 they gave my daughter our order and they left. Upon returning home, we received 20 BBQ wings and 20 buffalo which was NOT what we ordered. I called back and spoke with Keani explained the error in my order and she quickly said oh we can redo your order or give you store credit. Well I opted for the store credit since there was no way we'd eat 80 wings. I asked her if I could speak with a manager to ensure that my credit would be valid and she said there was no manager on duty however one would be in shortly and she'd have her call me back within an hour. Well 6 hours later and no call from anyone I decided to call and ask to speak to a manager. I waited about 5 minutes on the phone and a guy finally came on. I asked for his name and he rudely said he didn't need to give it to me.. he said he was too busy and didn't have time to deal with me and that by me asking for his name was threatening him. A manager who would not give a customer his name is pretty unheard of in this day and age. I told him I'd be calling the corporate office to file a formal complaint and he said go right ahead. Never have I ever received such sub standard service... luckily I called another location and was treated with respect as any customer should by the other manager and she gladly gave me the corporate contact number which I'll be calling in the morning!! You either like it or hate it. This dominos has the same food as every other one but with one key difference... Quick and fast delivery. Food is always hot and fresh. Usually takes less then an half an hour on Friday and Saturday nights. This is opposed to Papa Johns, which takes about an hour on average, and food is usually cold. Download the dominoes pizza app for iPhone or android. They had a deal a few weeks back for half off ANY size pizza. The delivery kid said they do it randomly every month or so. Overall Review Delivery of 2 large pizzas 1 small Gluten Free pizza and a 2 liter of soda. Pizzas came well done and were the best pizzas we have had in a long time. The driver found our house no problem and delivery was quick. Celiac Review Dominos has specifically said that there gluten free pizza is not for Celiacs. I have done my research and I am more than happy to eat GF pizzas from dominos. I have never had a reaction to any of the food that has come from dominos, the Ewa Beach location is no different.
