Went here today to watch the Uconn game against Illinois. It's so so different here in Hawaii. There is no interest in the NCAA tournament as I was the only person who had any interest in the game. I enjoyed my time here with excellent service by Kai. She made my experience a great one and the chicken tenders were very good along with the fries. Ugh. I REALLY want to revise this review soon! But for now, here we are. I work nearby this BWW and we frequently come here for lunches. Many times we've had to leave before our food comes out and ask it in to go boxes so we aren't late getting back. One of the bartenders seems to see me come in and the wait at least 15 minutes before waiting on me. And she always seems very irritated to take anyone's order. Today- my husband picked up a to go order of BONELESS wings. But got home to bone-in. He left a good tip because we've worked in the industry. But- again- the servers were not friendly. He's much more chill than I am- I would have driven back super fired up. So I'm writing this review instead. C'mon guys. You can do better. read more

The service was junk. Wasn't even that busy and the waitress couldn't even refill our drinks until we asked for refills. I also noticed they just talking story and didn't bother to see how everything was going. Our food took awhile to come out as well and when we did get our food, it was lot even fresh. Honestly not so great experience. Took our server 30 mins to even ask me if I wanted a drink, super slow service after that, didn't check in. Seemed understaffed for a Thursday night football game with popular teams.. I don't blame the server, but they should maybe schedule better for peak sports events. Not the best BWW but also not the worst. The restaurant was empty on a Sunday night but we stood at the front waiting for a staff person for at least 10 minutes. The staff even helped people who came in after us first (though to be fair, I'm not the type to confront or make a scene so I let it happen). The house sampler was pretty sad. The boneless wings that came with it were all batter, barely any meat, and the tray itself looked so sparse. We requested flats only for our traditional wings, which is an extra charge, but the wings were so skinny and overcooked. We also had to flag down the staff a couple times for water refills and the check. I never expect much at BWW but this wasn't the greatest experience. read more

It's gotten better over the years. We tend to order for pickup while watching a game at home but I would say there is always something wrong or missing on the to-go order. We got our food fastest that we ever had at any BWWs. Unfortunately though they were out of both root beer and lemonade. Tried the new Buffalo Boneless Bar Pizza and it was pretty good. We went early and saw all four fights tonight. Almost all of the televisions had the fight. One table asked to have the baseball game and got it, so they are pretty accommodating. They didn't rush us and ensured that we had everything that we needed throughout our stay. Ensure to sign-up for their rewards program. I received six free wings for my birthday and in the BWWs app received an offer for 25% off the meal. Went to the Ewa Beach location after golfing on Saturday. Kinda knew what to expect since I've been to their Windward Mall location a couple times before. Food and service was average (even for BDub's). Didn't know there was an MMA fight going on followed by an NBA finals game (sorry, not into BB that much ). If you like the REALLY loud, raucous crowd atmosphere, then this place is perfect. If you were expecting to be able to have any kind of conversation with your table-mate without losing your voice, then stay away or pick a different day and time there's no event going on... good luck . We ordered the appetizer sampler platter and the bbq brisket sandwich. As I said the food was just ok... the sandwich was tasty but VERY small for $14. I'm giving two stars because of Brittany who made a awful takeout experience better. I made an order for pickup at 6:20pm, I made the order hours in advance and got the confirmation email and the confirmation on the app. When I got to the restaurant I told the takeout worker my name and then he proceeded to answer the phone and have a long conversation. So he asked my name again and went to the back, no order. Asked for my name again, can't find it in the system, asked for the confirmation email and I showed it, asked for confirmation in the app and I showed that too...still couldn't find it. So he went and got Brittany and she couldn't find it either and she had to get the manager who also couldn't find it and asked for my confirmation email again. At that point it's getting later and I had somewhere to be, which was why I planned my order for a certain time. The manager said I could get my $10 refunded but the issue was I used a coupon, one for 6 free wings and then a 6 free wings Birthday reward. I asked the manager and he said he could take my name down and they would take care of me. What that means...I don't know! After he walked away, Brittany assured me she could get my order out to me quick so I sat and waited and she did not fail me. Honestly she should be a manager, she handled that whole thing perfectly. I have no idea why I keep returning. Worst customer service on the entire island. I love Buffalo Wild Wings in general, but this place has had terrible customer service the last three times my family and friends have been there. Servers acting rude or annoyed, not refilling drinks, orders messed up or delayed with no explanation. The food is ok for bar food and wings but there are so many other places to go on island that I will never return to this specific Buffalo Wild Wings and I will not only not recommend it, I will go out of my way to discourage people from going to this place.
