Dominoes is always fast on their delivery times, so I appreciate that aspect. I was excited to see that the day I chose to order delivery, they had a 'half off all pizzas' special. Unfortunately, they messed up my veggie pizza by doing a huge party foul - they added meat on it and bell peppers, which I did not request. The pizza was still delicious - my son actually preferred it exactly the way it came lol. Once I realized it was incorrect, I called the Ewa Beach store phone number. I was immediately assisted with no hassle at all. I simply provided my online order number and told them the issue. The customer service representative was apologetic, and she offered to either remake and deliver the correct pizza or refund the amount paid. To my surprise, they refunded the entire meal! Aside from the incorrect pizza, we ordered a medium Meatzza add Jalapeño & Garlic, a 2 liter soda, and 3pc Chocolate Lava Crunch Cake - total was around $50. Dinner was a spontaneous hit, especially since my family had no clue that I wasn't cooking and ordering pizza is not really my thing haha! Ordered for pick up 23 December 2021 I read reviews from 3 nearby Domino's location. All three locations had an overall rating of 3-stars. Since there wasn't much to go from (a lot of the reviews were over a year old), I just went with the closest location nearest me. I rarely eat out but I had a $15 gift card for Domino's. Once I was done reading all the reviews and decided on the location, I got on the website to peruse the menu. I already knew I was only getting pizza (it was the safest option). Added to my $15 gift card, Domino's had several coupons available. I selected the 2 large, 2 toppings pizza coupon. Ordering online was easy. Once I was done adding the coupon, I was able to select my crust, cheese, meats, and veggies. I love that I am able to do half/half pizza toppings. My only complaint is that for the chicken topping, they were a bit stingy and barely added any chicken! Once I was done selecting what I wanted, I checked the cart to ensure it was correct then proceeded to checkout. I like that they have a variety of payment options - credit & debit card, PayPal, gift cards, or cash in store. Since I had a gift card, I use that online then paid cash once I went to pickup. After my transaction was completed, I immediately received an email confirmation, which showed me the pizza processing time. I stayed on the website since it also had a processing bar. Let me tell you, I was at home dilly dallying thinking I had plenty time before I need to go pickup. I was wrong! That pizza order was ready pretty quickly. I was kinda worried that the pizza did bake thoroughly (that was one of the complainants I read in the reviews). I went to pick up my pizzas, there is ample parking in the plaza, and there was no wait inside Domino's. I saw 2 employees working in the back (both wearing masks). Normally this establishment is my go to for quick dinner when ive had a busy day. Today was quite unusual as i placed my order, watched the tracker on the app track the driver to the opposite end of ewa beach with my order, get back to the store 20 minutes later and then marked my order "DELIVERED". When i called to ask what was going on, a young gentleman says it was delivered to the wrong address and theyll remake it. I explained my kids need dinner and if it needs to be remade, to cancel my order. The young man says ok. I asked if he can confirm my credit card will be charged back and he hung up on me. I call back and ask to speak to a manager. A young man comes on the line and says "hello im the manager". I asked his name and he said "Taius". I asked if he could spell it so i know im saying it right and he asks me what this is about. I explain what just happened. And he says theyre slammed and the order is on the way back out and that it was a double order. He apologizes and again says theyre swamped with orders. Ordered 2 thin and crispy crust pizzas...... this is how I received my order. I believe this is more like thin and burnt. The sausage is very over cooked on one pizza. The cheese on the other pizza seems over cooked also as there is no gooey to the cheese. When people say cardboard pizza, these pizzas would win. Also ordered a diet coke, received it WARM. When I called the store, the on duty female manager/supervisor stated that edges shouldn't be burnt as how I described it to her. She also stated they "normally" deliver cold soda but the delivery person must have taken the soda from the back as there probably wasn't any cold sodas available. I would think that the store would call the customer to inform them that there was no cold soda available and if they still wanted it. Not to mention, in the delivery tracker, it did state that a quality check was being performed. In my opinion, this surely isn't quality. My order was given to someone else. With the technology available, for example, Google maps, how could the driver deliver an order to the wrong house? They also have labels on the box/boxes with the address on it. I checked outside and I checked my Ring camera. There was nothing outside and there was no notification that someone came close to my door or even rang the doorbell. So I called them and the guy on the other line stated that they're making the order again. No offer of compensation for their mistake. I could've canceled it but I want pizza. Usually I wouldn't care, but--when your box says "green bell, pep, & mushroom" you don't expect it to have "pep, mushroom, & OLIVES". It could've been any other topping--anchovies, onions, or even pickles (not sure if pickles are even a topping), but I would've ate it. Olives tho, they literally FREAK me out, and I truly do not like olives, picking them off is a pain the ass. And trust me, there was so much olives that picking them all off pretty much removed all my cheese. Also, being that I payed for an EXTRA topping really sucks, cause we all know when you want an extra topping they charge you an arm and a leg. So to get my extra topping wrong annoys me.
