First let me start off with sky, "some girl", the reason me saying "some girl" because she is some girl that was dumb enough to not mute the phone and started talking crap about the customer saying "that guy is back on the phone, ughh" with attitude and comes back online with me with a fake voice. Such great customer service. 2nd! They got my order wrong. I paid for and tipped really well to get wrong chicken. That was ok to me because people make mistakes, until some dude that answered the phone when I called the first time said "you only now found out that it's the wrong chicken? As far as dominos pizza goes, this place is average. Delivery driver's are usually friendly. Make sure to give very specific directions. They get lost easily and then the pizza is cold. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Completely disgusted by the service and food. 25 minutes to go less than a mile, food cold, over cooked and thrown together. When I called and spoke with the manager, got excuses and lies. Items missing from the order and the manager proceeded to tell me she put them in there. Am I a fucking lier, seriously, you're going to argue with the person who just got robbed. A refund is the least you could do. Do I want a free pizza? Seriously? Every once in a while I'll order delivery. The delivery charge isn't that high either. Online ordering is the way to go with convenience and online coupons as a great money saver. Gluten free/friendly orders are only available online. More choices and sauces keep me coming back. read more

I ordered a sausage pepperoni for the second time in 2 weeks and I could literally count the sausages on the pizza, it was also over cooked, took over 20 minutes for me to receive my order. These guys are FAST! Whenever my wife and i don't feel like cooking or forgot to take meat out to thaw we order from this domino's. We order online and it always gets to us quicker than we expect! Always fresh and exactly how we ordered. I think there was one time they forgot hot sauce on the pizza, but that was only once no big deal. Keep up the good work! read more

I grew up on Pizza Hut. And then, Papa John's came along when I was in high school and that became my new favorite. Domino's was never a choice growing up because they're pizza tasted like cardboard back in the day. But, they had really changed things up. Don't know when the changes were made, but Domino's is now my FAVORITE pizza place. It's not as oily as Pizza Hut and it's definitely more flavorful then Pizza Hut and Papa John's. Most of the time we receive great customer service. Couple times they've charged us for sauce but forgot to give the sauces. They're still not as cheap as Pizza Hut or Papa John's and their deals are not as good as the other two. But, I don't mind paying some extra dollars for better tasting pizza. They're cheese bread and sandwiches are also very yummy and worth trying. read more

The pizza is good but the delivery time is nuts. I live less than two miles away and waited over a hour for a small order. When I called to see what was going on the supervisor told me the driver was lost. So I waited fifteen more minutes before I called again and cancelled the order. I called in a carry out order of a large thin crust pizza with 3 different toppings on each half. The first half was to be pepperoni, beef, and sausage. The second half was to be black olives, green peppers and onions. #1 Guy taking order was very polite. #2 Pickup time quoted was right on time and cashier was very friendly. #3 When I looked at the pizza, I noticed the toppings on the veggies side was a bit scarce and missing on parts. The pizza itself looked poorly presented... The cashier too noticed and said something to the guy who made it. The cook came over, looked at it seriously. I asked him if that was the amount of toppings supposed to use on the veggie side.... He said "Yes", then turned and walked back to his area. Never smiled or asked anything more. I then left. The pizza itself was good on the meat side, but the veggie side could have been better if had more toppings. read more

This was our go to pizza place for their molten lava chocolate cake before I was pregnant. I never really had the pizza since I had some bad experience with Dominos back home but that was all proven wrong as my friend last month brought to our house some pizzas from Domino. Since I was hungry I didn't care anymore so had a slice. To my surprise the pepperoni pizza was very tasty. The crust itseld held its own in taste and the cheese was just how I want it....real cheese. I took a chance a couple of weeks later and ordered one from them and was pleased with the outcome again. This time cheese pizza. I am now a Dominos follwer. Not only gor their molten lava chocolate cakes but now their pizza. Dominos you have won me over from a bad experience. read more

I order a two pizzas from here on football Sunday, however one of the pizzas had little to no sauce, I brought it back in to complain. I was fairly unhappy so there was a hint of attitude, but they were very friendly made a remake and added a marble brownie! I thank them for being so patient and kinda to me. I gotta say, this outfit deserves huge congrats on turning the business around. Like another reviewer, we tried them because of a coupon offer and wow! The pizza is now awesome! New crusts, new sauces, specialty pizzas, "feasts", etc. Among the national chains, they easily blow away Pizza Hut and Papa Johns. Growing up never had dominoes. But started eating here since my military friends always order dominoes. I was never really a fan of dominoes but eventually grew to the liking of it. I love their marble brownies! Very moist and one of the best brownies I tasted. Not to think or thin. I also enjoy their pizzas for the lost part. The only complaint I have is their toppings. They are quite stingy with their toppings. I ordered the extravanga and replaced the Italian sausages and beef meat and ham for extra pepperoni. They didn't give as much pepperoni like the ultimate pepperoni. I expected it to fill the whole pizza since I was replacing 3 other pieces of meat, but sadly no, didn't even seem like they gave me any extra slices of pepperoni. I always ask for extra toppings but they always tell me extra charge. I'm also not a big fan of their hand toss pizzas. I just ordered it since it was part of the 2 for $6.99 each deal. Never again. I'll just pay the extra for pan pizza. Another pizza I dislike is the buffulo chicken pizza. Didn't like it. Overall, dominoes is pretty good if you get tired of eating Pizza Hut. When I don't feel like making our pizza (it's a couple hour process), we take out from this location. Of all the national chain pizza places, this is my favorite. We like to make our own three topping pizzas if it's Mon-Weds, because they're $10 each. The steak, green peppers, and onions with white sauce is a rich, delicious Philly cheesesteak-ish $10 dinner. Chicken Parmesan sandwich delivered without any sauce, and with only a small amount of chicken. I had ordered extra chicken as it was an option on the online order form. For some odd reason, we can not order delivery online. They claim they don't deliver here, when in fact they do. Well aside from that, I have no complaints with the workers there (only reason I will give them 2 stars) -- the person who took my order over the phone was very nice & patient and our driver was really sweet , she also arrived before expected. As for our pizza, we ordered a large extra cheese pizza with half pepperoni -- I was expecting a delicious slice of cheesy pizza to bite into, but instead got a pizza that looked like it spent too much time in the oven with minimal cheese. Not to mention we had random toppings from what I assume were other orders in our box (red pepper & mushrooms) -- next time I will just go with Pizza Hut. read more

My new favorite pizza joint! My family and I were Pizza Hut lovers until we tried Dominos last year. Their pizzas are not bready like Pizza Hut or oily. I have tried both the hand toss and thin crust and they are both yummy. Like the other reviews, we enjoy ordering during the beginning of the week for the $10 special. I placed a phone order then picked it out for carry out. Cashier never offered me condiments, plates or napkins even. Then they can't accept the coupon they have on the website. The mgr beside the cashier offered condiments and everything to the customer after me and he knew all along I want offered any because he was beside her. Very bad customer service. read more

BEWARE....I am not sure how to give - negative stars for review to this so called pizza dive. I would like to say that 4 out of 5 people that have eaten from there had an upset stomach, intestinal pain, and diarrhea after just a few hours from eating pizza from the Dominos Pizza in Ewa Beach.. I researched an article and this was the information I found. Food Contamination Improperly handled food can become contaminated and lead to foodborne illness. This can happen if the meat on your pizza wasn't cooked to the proper temperature or if your fully cooked pie was cut on a surface that came into contact with undercooked meat or other contaminated food. Cooks who don't wash their hands thoroughly can taint your entree, as well. Under these conditions, bacteria or parasites get into the pizza, causing diarrhea. If you have a foodborne illness, you might be unable to control your bowel movements, experience cramping in your abdominal region or develop a fever. My family orders food from here about once a week and for the most part the food is decent-ish. The pizza is normally super greasy, pasta comes in either an undercooked breadbowl or a tin bowl that barely gets filled half way, etc. I could keep going but my main issue isn't the food. My biggest issue are some of their delivery drivers. The night time drivers are great but it seems like during the day all of their drivers are a bunch of guys that look like they just graduated high school that have major attitude problems. I have two young kids that are normally napping/in bed for the night when anyone in my house orders food so we all note down in the special request section that we don't want our doorbell being touched and that we want to be called when they get here. The night time drivers have never given us a problem with it but any time we order during the day our doorbell is rang EVERY SINGLE TIME which then leaves me with two cranky kids. Major inconvenience. And then to top it off when the driver gets told to not ring the doorbell next time they automatically give attitude. It's ridiculous. I'd rather just pay a little bit more and order from pizza hut, they have better food AND better customer service. read more

3 Pizzas delivered on time and the driver was polite, unfortunately the boxes are not up to snuff. The cardboard is very thin compared to pizzahut so my Italian sausage pizza on the bottom during delivery was pressed against the top of it. read more

My go to for last minute dinner! I always get the Chicken Habanero sandwich which is alway awesome here. I call in so I can ask to have extra sauce on it and they never fail. Call in orders or even delivery and I always get my food hot, but I am only two minutes away. Even on busy days when I'm too lazy to walk over there, they deliver usually under the time of delivery that they estimate. read more
