The food is standard compared to any other Domino's. The issue is the customer service. I know staffing has been an issue in the food industry since COVID, but over 2 hours for a delivery? It appears that they intentionally withhold orders, so they can mass deliver to one location all at once. On a busy night, you may wait hours until they decide they want to come to your building. I also called and was left on hold and forgotten when I tried to check my pizza status after an hour. I only ever pick this place because of limited choices on base. Ended up waiting 2 hours for my food. And then the delivery driver couldn't find my order of chicken and almost gave them to someone else. I had to do a "pretty sure that's the them bro" like three times. My coupon didn't work the way I thought it should, and I was trying to ask why (paid in cash so didn't check until he got there), and he told me he would find out why and call me back. Its right on post too and I've even heard about them being decently quick to folks that live over on the airfield, but we ordered 9 big pies and then we just kept drinking. But I do remember checking the time and we completed the order at 21:05 and I ain't even shitting you the delivery guy was at the CQ desk at 22:09 and because we were just getting wasted in the barracks the time between the order and the pies showing up went super fast! the delivery fella was a swell guy and requested that we check our pizzas right in front of him so we did just that and every pie was exactly what we ordered. I can understand how sometimes they'll get a bad review but for cryin out loud they're the only pizza place on post and open as late as they are on the weekends and theres a TONS of assholes like us living in the barracks and lots of times thats damn near all we eat on the weekends.......well pizza AND copious amounts of alcohol. I call him out for his BS, and his response is, 'I don't know. It's on its way.' I ask if anyone is in charge at the store, and he says, "Yes, but he's too busy to talk to customers." The guy in charge...is making pizza....for orders at a pizza place.....and nobody else can do it. This place is like everything remotely connected to AAFES. A joke. After today Nov 30, 2018 I rate this place as the worst place to order pizza. This will be the second time it happened to us, we called ahead 30 minutes ahead of time to order the pizza. When I got there they couldn't find my order in the system. They trying to come up with excuses maybe I called the wrong number, asked me if I called order or did it online. Nothing special just your regular old Domino's, but they've always been right on time and really good about their service. Also delivers on post which is nice. They always have coupons when ordering online too which is definitely worth looking into if you want to save money compared to other local pizza places in the area which can get a little pricy. read more

I've never been disappointed. They've always got a good deal. We've never had trouble with it being late or cold. Only problem I've ever had was ordering online, I always add a cup of marinara for whatever they charge and the first time I picked it up myself and didn't even check because Pizza Hut always sticks it in the box, so I just assumed it was in there. It wasn't. Next time I ordered it again and my husband went to pick it up. I forgot to tell him to check. It wasn't there again. Not a huge deal, I just get upset when I pay for it and never get it. When I say I will never buy nor eat anything from here again. I'm from Michigan and I eat dominos all the time. I am visiting Fort Drum, NY and this is the second time having this locations pizza. The first time someone else brought and it tasted old like how a Little Caesars hot and ready pizza taste after it sits for a few hours in the warmer. Not sure if they having Little Caesars out her but that's what comes to mind. I ate one slice and assumed that my family member just took their time bringing it back. Didn't eat anymore because it tasted old. This was a month ago. Today I'm on my 3rd day of thanksgiving food and can't take it anymore. Decided I wanted some pizza. Rob the delivery guy was really nice and punctual so I gave him a $5 tip. I really had my mouth fixed for it this food. I open it and take a bite. The pizza was sooooo dry the crust had a certain reheated-in-the-oven type of texture. The cheese was not pulling in anyway. The cheese just sat there looking all dry. It reminded me of school lunch. I ordered 2 pizzas. Rob took my food str8 out of the hot sleeve so how could this food look and taste like this? One had extra cheese and the cheese on that one was stiff as hell too. I also ordered a chicken alfredo bread bowl and the crust was so tough, dark, and dry, that the garlic butter sauce that they put on it didn't couldn't soak in, in the least bit. It basically just rolled off. The alfredo sauce was soooo watery like straight up warm milk. I called and asked for the manager...waited on hold just a few seconds....Amanda came to the phone and said she was the manager. I explained that I did not want a refund or anything because I want her to understand how serious I am. She just seemed to not care and kept ensuring me it was fresh and made correctly. She basically was saying all the politically correct things to say in a clearly uninterested voice. Said she will check the oven and ensuring that her dough is the correct "proof". Then proceeded to try to explain what proof means as if I'm an idiot. I'm disappointed and disgusted. I just wanted a break from thanksgiving food and now I am just dumbfounded.
