Menu stated $4.25 a slice with a drink but yet charged us for it for EACH slice. I think it's a bit wild we spent $18 for all this. Definitely a bit expensive. Great Bend is the worst place I've ever been to. I bought many slices before and I always tell them I want it then like their slice pie. Well I was there tonight and they burnt the pizza and then it was three times thicker than I wanted and they told me they would give me a discount and then I went get it and they said they couldn't give me one and they were sorry what a worthless place I'll never go there again read more

Ordered 3 calzones, ended up being $50! with no cheese or ricotta. When it was brought to the assistant managers attention, she would only offer to remake them or give store credit. We didn't want to drive all the way back to Great Bend! No supper tonight and will never order from either Stefanos again. We love having Stefano's in our community. With several locations around northern New York it's nice to have Stefano's Pizzeria just outside the gate of Fort Drum. They have a great sauce and crust. Try their garlic knots and I love to order my wings extra crispy. read more

Sold me a burnt pizza with a smile. For the price of food these days, I would rather not pay for a burnt pizza.

I can only speak for delivery and the food. The pizza and wings are great. The pasta dishes, especially the parm chicken is good and you get huge servings. All around great place to order from. Highly recommended. read more

This was for delivery this evening. The delivery driver was great but he might have been the best thing about the meal! Ordered The following: Calzone-it didn't include ricotta cheese and was very soggy. Fried Ravioli- had heard it was amazing from a friend and just standard. Nothing really stood out about it. Breaded cauliflower-this might have been the best part of the meal, though I thought it was a little odd it came with marinara sauce instead of ranch. Hello beautiful. It's been a long time since I've had good pizza. The flavor only deteriorates as you get further from NYC, but it seems this place is the exception. Came in around 5:15. Order was taken immediately for an XL pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Wait time was nominal, only about 12 minutes. There was a couple of tables eating in and almost a dozen orders waiting for the DoorDash drivers to pick them up. I took my order to go. The XL size is no joke. It was a full foot and a half across. A full 18". This is NOT a Domino's XL. I could barely get it through my RV door, and when I opened the box, I felt like I was back home in Brooklyn. I'm sure it's meant to feed a whole family, so it was cut into 12 pieces. Look, I'm a big boy who can usually eat a whole Domino's or Papa John's in one sitting, but after four slices, I admitted defeat. This thing is going to keep me happy for the next two days, easily. The crust was crunchy enough to stand up on its own without tearing up the roof of my mouth AND soft enough to fold in half, plentiful cheese with very little grease, and the Italian sausage brought back memories of a salumeria in Bay Ridge. I plan to stop by next week and order the Stromboli. Will DEFINITELY be back! read more

Not bad pizza or pasta but really disappointed because of the wrong order for takeout. Ordered fettuccine Alfredo with meatballs and paid extra for mushrooms. It didn't have either the meatballs or mushrooms. Also paid for a side of marinara, never was included. The garlic knots were also super doughy, almost like they weren't cooked long enough. Next time we'll be ordering from NY pizzeria or sadly, even Dominos. At least those places are consistent with following an order. read more

Good crisp nice undercarriage, but a bit greasy. I would give it a 7.3 and eat there again.

Really good pizza, the thin crust is the way to go for that New York pizza taste. We've only done carry out but the staff has always been very friendly to us. read more

So my son in law ordered 4 calzones at 18:30..they said they would have them here by 20:00..that was the first disappointment..it doesn't take an hour and a half..the second disappointment was that all 4 calzones are burnt..not good....since when is ok..to deliver burnt food..I suggest not going to or ordering from Stefano's..this is the first and last time ordering from there!!!! read more

Poor ingredients. My co-worker and I came here and got a chicken parmigiana sub and an eggplant parmigiana. These were the saddest excuse for genuine Italian sandwiches. The bread is clearly bulk factory bread or some kind of supermarket bread. The chicken is basically like a chicken nugget. The whole thing was entirely inauthentic. The eggplant was this heavily breaded frozen junk with no flavor whatsoever. You don't use breaded eggplant in a sandwich! That's why it's between bread. Both of us are from the tri-state area downstate and have had authentic Italian. It is a major let down. And I've had their pizza two which is fought and flavorless. Don't think you're getting New York and Italian style anything here. It's Olive Garden quality at best. You can get a better quality sub from subway. That's sad. read more

Excellent place. I messed up my information otp but they were very polite and patient. Delivery was fast and the driver was friendly. Ordered 2 subs, brownie explosion, a calzone and a large pizza. Food was delicious! Calzone was huge and stuffed. It was really greasy but it came with 4 different meats and was really good. The brownie was awesome, husband gives it a 10/10. The price is fair since the size of the the food you get is huge. Pizza was good and I would say is one of my top three favorite pizza places so far. This pizza was disgusting ! It was so bad that digornio frozen pizza is much better trust me . We ordered alfredo chicken pasta too . This place has most of the great food Stefano's offers with the convenience of being near Ft Drum. They are smaller and focused more on take out and delivery. I highly recommended eating here. read more

The pizzas good but their customer service sucks. I ordered 2 pizzas online for pickup. When I went in to pick up the pizzas they said they gave our pizzas to someone else by mistake, they told me it would be a 15-20 minute wait. I told them I wasn't waiting. (I had 3 hungry kids in the car after a basket ball game) so I told them to refund my money. The manager came out gabe me my refund and could have cared less about the mix up of orders. All he did was tell the worker to call the other customer and let them know they were given the wrong pizzas. They could have at least cared about the mix up or even offered a free pizza in the future but they did nothing. There are a lot of other pizza places in the area I don't think I will be giving them any more of my business. read more

Stopped 9/12/19 at about 745pm. Not sure what time they close but it seemed that's all that was on anyone's mind. The short brunette working the cash register was borderline rude and never even put my order into the kitchen she was in such a hurry to get outside and clear the tables for closing. I only had two cheese slices and specifically said I only needed it warmed and not too hot. After ten minutes I figured we had passed the not too hot point and told them I'd take those slices now. The taller guy folding boxes never addressed me and just yelled at the cook to pull those two slices. His confused look made it obvious he had no idea what the tall guy was talking about as there were no slices in the oven. The cook was super polite and took it upon himself to engage me and give me his full attention and cranked the slices out in a couple minutes. He was excellent. The pizza is ok especially if you like doey crusts. I also find it odd the don't deliver to Evans Mills but they deliver to all of of Ft Drum which some parts are actually farther than the village of Evans Mills. Pricing is fine. In their defense as far as Stefano's goes, I have had great food and service at their Carthage location. I'd drive the extra few miles and go there instead of dealing with the crew at Great Bend. read more
